C. B.We attended ComicCon Liverpool at the weekend. It's a lovely venue in a fantastic location. Very spacious, lots of toilets. We had a great time meeting other attendees and the celebrity guests.
However, security was severely lacking. No bag checks done, MAG arches not turned on most of the time. Not acceptable given what happened in Liverpool the same day about 15 minutes from the venue
A. 0.Went for a COVID test. this has been a very good Test Center from the early days of the Pandemic.
Hopefully it will remain after the April closing down of test centers nationally.
As old aged pensioners we hope we will not have travel many miles after April for tests
S. K.The place itself was pretty clean & looked nice, the accessible loos were also well kept! But there's almost no signage for the elevators and step free access to the auditoriums, as a wheelchair user I got lost so much as a result.
N. S.We visited for Comic Con and were really pleased with the venue. My only problem was that having a disability and having to queue for a long time for panels without somewhere to sit left me in pain for a couple of days.
E. H.A nice place but needs more than one place to eat when there are a few thousand people and we are not allowed our own food
T. T.A most enjoyable and educational place with all the aerial picture displays found around the area. Apart from the entrainment side of it, several well known hotel chains, the big wheel, Echo Arena, Exhibition Center all lumped meters from each other,the views are fantastic an a photographers paradise, cyclist haven and popular with walkers and joggers. Most of all there is plenty of car parks, very wheel friendly, a top notch place to be. Don't just think shop. Think adventure.
C. O.Aka arena and convention centre, Large events centre, entrance stands between BT convention centre and Echo arena. This place is by the docks so great scenery to look around River Mersey or take selfies. Lots of toilets on different floors. Staff are very helpful and professional. No complaints at all. Lots of hotels and restaurants around this facility. Wheelchair friendly place.

D. E.Superb venue. Great sound quality in both the arena and auditorium. Fair prices for food and drink compared to other larger venues but the best thing of all are the friendly and efficient staff who look after visitors so well with a smile. Car parking on the doorstep, although it is a little expensive and discounts aren't given anymore for people attending a show/performance. Really easy to get to and accessible for everyone. Anyone who can't find the arena and auditorium complex must be arriving with their eyes closed!

G. H.Have visited the ACC for the past 3 years now for an annual conference. The facilities, meeting rooms and halls are great and all equipment work unlike some other conference centres. Great views by the dock as well! Very large spaces available and all kept to good order and clean.
D. B.What a venue this is. I personally think it’s one of the best arena around. The staff are really wonderful and ready to help when needed. Outside the venue are hotels as close as they can be, that’s if you are staying over. The riverside is a, outside, has a wonderful view of the River Mersey. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink around the concourse .
Well worth a visit if you are attending a concert or at a Convention.
S. B.Absolutely fantastic place to work at. Great venue and brilliant staff from the security staff on the doors to the great set of event managers we get to work with on the various shows we do there!
N. J.Attended conference for 900 people, the location is convenient as it is a ten minute pleasant walk through the Albert docks from James Street underground station. The rear of building looks out on the Mersey so the view is pleasant. Catering was insufficient so attendees ended up leaving the lectures early to ensure they had enough food. Besides the catering, the venue is spacious, with adequate facilities for managing large number of people.

Coffee and sandwiches, cakes available at kiosk by escalators on ground floor. Cloakroom and business computer/internet area available.
S. S.It's a gigantic place with various rooms and halls, and the technical provision is great for conferences and meetings. The waterfront views are wonderful. There's even a free cloakroom.

G. T.Loved the views and amenities near the ACC, lovely venue but most rooms super difficult to locate. The conference rooms are standard but it's locating them as the signage are not that great
i. c.Good sized conference and exhibition centre with plenty of breakout rooms and smack bang in the heart of the Royal Albert Docks. Plenty of places to go nearby and hotels close at hand. As for restaurants well just take your pick. Take a stroll along the river front...I defy you not to start singing"Ferry across the Mersey" if only in your head!
A. L.Wow, breathtaking dockland views with lots of preserved heritage around. Large spacious event complex at the water front, co-located with restaurants, shops, town centre & many hotels etc. Ferry port is next door and liverpool lime street is less than a 10min drive! Here for a fully immersive conference, enjoying the modern space and quality of the catering at the centre...nice. Strangely enough, only criticism is with the basement ladies toilets, why are your cubicles almost pitch black when in use?!!! So dark you can't see parts of yourself😂.....strange happenings lol!! it needs more light. 🤨

S. G.This was an special place to visit. The hilsborough disaster memorial was heart breaking to visit but pleased we did it. An incident that didn't need to happen along with the loss of so many. Heart breaking
P. C.Attended for the TEDx Liverpool, great event, great venue, security is becoming a little oppressive. Visitors safety is important but security must remember that they are customer facing, if they appear offensive or officious they will loose the visitors cooperation.
