Highly recommended! Melissa and Nikki were amazing. They looked after me and my best friend so well and made me feel so special. Customer service is just outstanding. I found an evening dress that I love but I was on a budget and shop owner Deb were so understanding and helpful. The shop has a huge range of dresses as well. One of the best bridal shop I've ever visited. I lived an hour away from Crosby and it was definitely worth my time. They were so honest and gave me good advise on choices of dresses and alterations too. I had such an amazing experience in this shop last Saturday. A massive thanks to Melissa, Nikki and Deb from the bottom of my heart. You girls are amazing xxx

Every time you go in you're made to feel special, we did have a slight issue with the dress at 1 point (no fault of boutique brides) and this was dealt with extremely professionally and quickly showing the great customer service they have. The owner Deb and staff member Ciara are such lovely ladies. Really warm and welcoming from the moment we got in touch with them to the time we left the shop after having chosen my perfect dress. They are the only wedding dress boutique I found so far, who were confident and willing to provide me a pristine dress and not something off the peg within such a short frame of time. They are both extremely knowledgeable in what they are doing. I went in the shop entirely unsure of what dress type would look good on my petite frame, but within a few minutes of talking, Deb knew exactly what sort of dress i had envisaged, and what would actually suit me. Within minutes she produced a whole load of beautiful dresses for me to try on. Ciara helped me out to put on the dresses. During the entire process she was so patient, calm and kept infusing me with body positivity. They complement you with so much love and give genuine feedback. They will recommend what is the best for you and not just what is best for them to sell. You can keep trying on the dresses, and they never get tired to produce more. Within the 2.5 hours we spent with them, I felt amazing in their company. Cannot wait for my beautiful dress to come back so that I can meet them again :D

They were so professional and advised me through the whole process, making me feel a million dollars. They listened to what I like and where my wedding is going to be and made suggestions accordingly. I've put a lot of weight on recently to how I normally am and felt self conscious, but they were so body positive and reassuring, effortlessly pinning me into all different dresses, so that I could see how a range of styles would look on me. I chose a dress which looks stunning and is nowhere near the top end of my budget, so I really felt they advised you on what looked best rather than pushing you to spend the most you can. 100% I would recommend this beautiful shop to any future bride, I wasn't rushed in the slightest and tried on loads of different styles before going back to the first dress! I had the BEST Bridal experience at this Beautiful Boutique yesterday.I was a little anxious,not really knowing what I was looking for or what dresses suited my shape.OMG!! The staff were just FAB! I rarely give reviews on here, but after today's wonderful appointment with Melissa and Adele, I felt I needed to! My bridal group aren't local so sadly I had to attend the boutique myself which I was quite nervous about, but the ladies quickly made me feel comfortable and were just so friendly and sweet. Melissa and Nicky were absolutely amazing today. I went in not knowing what to expect from my first appointment and I was so nervous. I thought I might be expected to decide on THE dress today but that wasn't the case at all. Melissa and Nicky helped me try on between 10-15 dresses and were great at finding similar styles based on my thoughts or even facial expressions! I came away loving one dress in particular and there was no pressure at all to make any decisions. I would 100% recommend going here for an appointment. I was made to feel totally at ease and happy.

Went to Boutique Brides of Crosby yesterday to shop for my daughter Olivia's wedding dress. I can honestly say it was an absolute lovely experience. I was recommend to Boutique Brides of Crosby, the first bridal shop I went too, Laura and Melisa were so lovely and were very patient with me as you have no clue what you want. I found the perfect dress for me but thought I should try other dresses on as this was my first dress shop I had visited. So later that day I went to another bridal shop to try on dresses NOT boutique brides of Crosby. It made my decision so easy! The other bridal shop didn’t have a patch on Boutique Brides of Crosby. Best bridal shop around. Debbie the owner can’t do enough to fit you in with appointments then when I got mine I was introduced by a lovely lady called Sandra, who did above and beyond for me. Thought I found a dress for my big day until I went back and Sandra got a few more out to try before I bought the one I thought I wanted. My daughter and I went for a second appointment on Tuesday 23td June 2020. Our 1st time was in February were we went 1st time wedding dress shopping which was amazing Emma my daughter picked the dress she wanted for her December wedding which looked amazing and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately because of covid19 we have been very unsure and maybe still a little if the wedding will go head. Boutique Brides have been in constant contact with Emma during lock down which has been really reassuring for her her. So we made a 2nd appointment and Debbie and Melissa were the bridal consultants. We had the most amazing time trying the dress back on she was able to walk and really get a feel for the dress things she liked and things she would like to change. Debbie the owner was sooo helpful taking time to talk about costs etc and Melissa made emma feel amazing and special when trying the dress on. Can't wait for the dress to come in now and see again. I was a nervous and anxious bride to be, I had tried numerous shops before this one and had no luck. When first going into brides of Crosby we where made to feel so welcome. I tried a few dresses on and couldn’t find one that suited me best then laura the lady that worked there suggested something that I totally wouldn’t have gone for and that ended up being the dress I said yes to. Emailed to say i was home for a short while and would need a dress ready to go within 2months to take back to spain with me, where i currently live and work, would they beable to help with such short notice.... Ofcourse! I had a vast amount of sample dresses to choose from. I tried about 6 on, whilst my family watched on with tea and biscuits, throughly enjoying the experience. I felt nervous, they put me at ease. I wasnt rushed to make a decision, i was torn between two, they let me take pictures, offered their opinions. I firstly spoke to a lovely lady Lynne on the phone, I am an older bride (57) and explained I’m very self conscious as I had stage 3 breast cancer which has left scars mentally and physically...this lovely lady put me at ease made me laugh and was very knowledgable on all the dresses, for this I can’t thank you enough, fast forward to my appointment on Wednesday 12th February, very nervous and again low confidence, I had my sons girlfriend with me and on entering the shop we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome by Sandra and Pat, after lots of discussion Michelle and I were left to have a look in our own time, felt relaxed and they were both on hand when we needed to ask questions, between us and the help of Sandra we picked 4 dresses but one for me stood out ( not remotely what I had in mind lol)... getting changed I would normally be embarrassed but I felt very comfortable with Sandra and let me tell you that’s a massive milestone for me, well only tried one on and I felt lovely in it and not felt like that for a very long time. With all the brilliant suggestions made by Sandra and Pat ...one tried on and I didn’t need to try any others on ...I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, caring and professional approach, I love my dress and the help you both gave me ...this is a lovely personal service by lovely people I can’t recommend them highly enough ...💗🌈💗
