I cannot thank Safinah and Mandy enough for helping me find my dream dress and the incredible service over the last year. I had had a few appointments elsewhere that I had not enjoyed at all because of staff pressuring me to make decisions and making me feel like an inconvenience to them. However my experience at Blush and Ivory could not have been more different! Safinah was an absolute delight and was doing everything she could to make me feel comfortable and enjoy the experience, I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was being pressured into making a choice. I found my absolute dream dress (didn't know what that was until I put it on..!) and had the loveliest experience with my mum. During the pandemic, Safinah was excellent at keeping in contact about fittings and arranging these around my schedule. I had to have significant alterations done as the dress was a sample size which was too big for me - the fittings were excellent and I was thrilled with the result and service. I felt incredible all day in my dress and cannot thank Safinah and Mandy enough for making dress shopping such an enjoyable and stress-free experience! I can't thank Safinah enough for all of her help with my wedding dress and veil. I was in a real dilemma two weeks before my wedding and was without a wedding dress as my dressmaker had messed up. I found several dresses on Blush and Ivory website and contacted Safinah. She was so helpful, reserved a dress for me, and helped me to find my dream dress all within two weeks! The dress fitter was so professional too and they both managed to achieve a miracle. I found a beautiful, one of a kind, wedding dress and I can thank them enough! My experience at Blush & Ivory was amazing from the moment I stepped through the door. I’m so glad it was my first wedding dress shop experience, the owner Sophie was so inviting and made myself and my family feel so at home and ready for what was such an epic day. She knew what suited me without me even saying anything and the first dress I tried on was the one! I still tried on the rest of the dresses and was made to feel incredibly beautiful in each, whilst sipping on the complimentary bubbly. Alongside alterations I was given the option of changing elements of the dress, for a more custom feel and I really believe that Blush and Ivory go above and beyond to make their brides happy and feel special. I have been to two bridal shops since my visit and can honestly say the customer service doesn’t come anywhere close to what I experienced at Blush and Ivory, nor do the dresses. I honestly recommend this place to every bride looking for a wedding dress, the quality and range is unmatched. Thank you Blush and Ivory and Sophie for helping me find my dress.

I would put more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing boutique with high quality dresses and excellent customer service. Sophie helped me to find the perfect dress for my special day. She offered 1to1 appointment and helped me to complete my bridal look with very unique accessories. Amazing experience from start to finish, can’t recommend enough. The team at Blush and Ivory did all that was in their power to ensure I had a smooth and stress free experience. They helped me to pick the perfect dress, and altered it in such a way that it absolutely fit me like a glove. Each appointment was full of smiles, so even when I was feeling stressed with wedding planning I actually couldn’t wait for fittings because I knew what a warm reception I’d get. The team were attentive and despite how many brides they must have, they remembered details about me and my wedding and really took time to find out how everything was going. I never felt like one of many brides, I felt truly unique which is a rare experience in the world of shopping! All their dresses are stunning, the boutique is clean, and very pretty, and the customer service is second to none. I wouldn’t have got my dress anywhere else.

I can't thank Safinah and Shannon enough for the absolutely amazing experience I had buying my beautiful wedding dress at Blush & Ivory!! I booked an appointment after a disastrous experience with another retailer which resulted in my initial wedding dress arriving far too short, and so I was deflated and nervous at starting the whole process again. However, from the moment I stepped in the store, I felt so reassured that my previous bad experience wouldn't happen again! Safinah was so patient as I tried on practically every dress in the shop (and kept my bridesmaids topped up with bubbly in the process)! She has such an eye for detail and completely understands what you are looking for, whilst encouraging you to try on dresses which may be out of your comfort zone along the way. The selection of dresses they have is absolutely spectacular and it didn't take me long to find the dress of my dreams! The experience didn't stop there - Shannon has skills second to none!!! I asked for quite a few bespoke alterations to be made to my dress, all of which she did to absolute perfection! I was absolutely blown away with the results! Both Safinah and Shannon make you feel so special at every opportunity and really go above and beyond to make the whole experience perfect!

Shannon who did the alterations was fantastic too, she did a great job and my dress needed a lot of alterations as I'm so short! Amazing experience from Start to Finish. The staff here really make the experience even more special; they are nice and friendly. I found Safinah very professional and understanding. I love the fact that you get exclusive hire of the store during your appointment. The dresses are beautiful and vary in style and prices. Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in London!
