The brady is a great place to go if you are looking for an art exhibition to see they have martial arts classes and other activities you can hang out with friends and chat over a coffee.

A nice place for multicultural activities, specially for bengali community. No allocated parking area, so it’s a great problem there The only green room/changing room for a theatre hall with low seating capacity & other lacking. It needs to be developed & modernised

I have been to several events at this centre over the years, albeit only on the ground floor. There are many regular activities taking place in this centre, which I am not familiar with. As you enter, there is a small lobby with manned reception where you can get various information leaflets etc, then you go through to a pleasant large lobby, which has tables and chairs and often exhibitions on the walls. Off this lobby is access to all the other parts, including stairs and a lift to the rest of the building. There's an auditorium with a floor level performance space featuring black stage curtains, good lighting rig and sound system and steep banked seating. There are two spacious halls towards the back which have a movable division. There is a very peaceful courtyard garden to the side. A spacious kitchen with serving counter opens out onto the hall. The venue serves its purpose well. Local parking is very difficult and it is not easy to drive there if you are an unfamiliar visitor. There is a small amount of space in front of the building for bicycles. Minus points are for the problem with how hot the auditorium gets and the steps into the garden. I am not aware of it being wheelchair accessible. Also, the toilet facilities are not quite ample. There's a disabled toilet but I'm not sure a wheelchair would fit in easily.

This is a cheap and basic event venue right near brick lane. The management messed up our booking so we waited on the door step for nearly two hours before we got in. The spaces are basic but open to alternative events. Overall would use again due to cheapness

A good community centre with so much going on. Has it's own theatre, huge hall & conference room & cafe. If you are looking for rehearsal place or similar, this place is well worth looking into....easy access to West End etc., All info at reception or via website.

Centre has been active with lots of Community activities , especially for and by Bangladeshi Community groups. Would be good if the Café could remain open after 7pm. Enjoyed some drama and other cultural programmes there.

Saw a really great showcase of young people from London who had researched the history of stop and search using both archival records and oral testimonies which they then turned into a spoken word theatrical performance. Really great to see in Tower Hamlets and great to know that the local authority still facilitates important community based youth arts work

Have been here a few times for the Buddhafield In The City festival and its a great space for it, the larger rooms are perfect although the 3rd room is a little cramped.

Been using this space for the last 17 years, it's a big, welcoming, has an amazing kitchen, the lift is always working, is right next to Whitechapel station and several bus stops.

Performed a play here with a team 13. Helpful and friendly staff. No stage cross over and only 1 changing room; no green room. Venue is a bit tucked away and lacks parking.
