This was my first attempt for wedding dresses (bride). I was received by Francesca that started taking some measurements of my body and asked me to go around and see the type of dresses I like to try. She left me and my friend to have time to look and think but was at the same present and observing our preferences. I tried 3 dresses, I liked them. But nothing wow. Francesca brought me other dress that I did not see and said “this one will fit you well”. It was a Vera Wang, end of collection, last example, last size, last dress. When I looked at the mirror was love. The perfect dress and a bargain that was waiting for me in the shop and Francesca found it for me. She was absolutely amazing. Comprehensive, empathic, friendly. She was so excited as myself to find me a dress. I loved her. The service at David’s bridal was absolutely amazing. Very warm and friendly. I felt very welcomed and they have a huge variety of dresses for different budgets. And my budget was low and o found THE dress. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Francesca. Thank you David’s bridal. Adding the final outcome after a few months - the dress ended up costing 3x more with all the alterations. I was a bit surprised and disappointed because they were not very transparent about this. When I bought they said they would need to make a few alterations would cost around 150£. In the end it costed about 500£ - just the alterations. Be aware of that.

I just bought my Bridal Dress from David’s Bridal with the help of Augusta, who was wonderful, she was patient with helping me find the perfect dress within my budget range and went out of her way to accommodate all my needs and preferences and now I can’t wait to wear it on my big day in February. I would also like to say thank you to the alteration team, the ladies behind the till and in fairness to everyone in the store, you all been great and me me feel special. I would highly recommend this store I came back here, as I also bought a bridesmaid dress from here a few years ago and my experience was just as great the first time. I had the best experience at David’s Bridal and am so grateful to the wonderful team there. First of all, Alex is brilliant!! Kind, professional and thoughtful he made the whole experience easy and fun. He helped to walk me through the different options and was great at managing my expectations. My dress arrived on time and I was really happy with it. I also want to say thank you to Debbie who helped to order my dress from a US store and was super lovely and professional throughout. And Nick - when I picked up my dress he made sure everything was okay and I left the store really happy. All in all, 5+ stars for this wonderful and considerate team - thank you so much!

My experience at David's Bridal was second to none. Lucia and Ernie took the time to get to know me as a bride and were very understanding and wonderful when I told them about the experience I had elsewhere, which left me without a wedding dress. With less than 6 months to go before the wedding, we found not only one but two perfect dresses (one for the ceremony and one for reception). Thanks to Lucia's and Ernie's expertise, I had a fantastic experience and feel relieved to able to get my dresses in time. They were supportive and helped me become excited for my wedding again! The bridal gowns are stunning and of amazing quality. Also, there are bridal gowns and accessories to suit all budgets. Definitely recommended!

My whole experience was lovely and all the staff were so helpful. The manager greeted us and helped us to find our way around! My stylist Mamy was amazing today and made me feel really comfortable. My bridesmaids also really liked her. She was very knowledgeable of the dresses and actually chose mine. She listened well to what I needed and and found me lots of options and the final dress was beautiful! The whole experience was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

I cannot rate my experience at David’s Bridal Stratford and the incredible service I received from Emma highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would! Emma took the time to get to know me and what my vision for my wedding day and dress was and was simply amazing the whole time. All of the staff that I encountered were supportive and not pushy at all. Definitely worth booking yourself an appointment!

Her 15 years experience and knowledge really shines through. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I also would like to thank Nick who very calmly helped me when I decided to change my dress with extreme late notice. You really took the stress away and delivered exceptional customer service. I had the most exceptional shopping experience at David's bridal. It was incredible, I was really nervous about going to Lucia made me feel like an actual princes. She's a complete whizz, without even asking my size she picked 5 dresses that fitted like a glove. She was encouraging without being overbearing and only gave her opinion on the dresses if asked. She picked out a dress for me herself and I loved it. I decided to think about and went back the next day and had an equally fantastic experience with Francesca, she was thoughtful, attentive and patient as I took my time choosing. In the end I chose the dress Lucia had picked for me and felt amazing. Despite the restrictions they made it special, even ringing a bell when I chose my dream dress. Incredible customer service, please give Lucia and Francesca and raise.

All of the staff at David’s Bridal Stratford are amazing! From the team who sold us my dress, to the alterations team, they did not disappoint. Their welcoming and positive attitude was present all the way through my experience. As a bigger girl, I was nervous about finding a dress for my big day, but the staff here did not make me feel funny, and were even able to give me helpful advice about what undergarments to purchase. I will definitely be recommending David’s Bridal Stratford to all my friends. If you want great dresses for all shapes and sizes, at great prices with great customer service, this is your place!
