It was the first store I visited and the best experience, Ingrida is super knowledgeable and really tries to help you on the journey for the dress. The service was great - go in with an open mind! "Thank you" will never quite cut it when it comes to the experience I received with London Bride Couture. The team there are quite exceptional in how experienced, professional and welcoming they are. I have worked in the wedding industry for many years, been to a lot of bridal shops, but I couldn't be happier that I chose London Bride Couture when it was finally my time to be a bride. Aside from the stunning dresses they already had in the shop, Mandy had ordered in two additional dresses from one of their designers for me. Nothing was too much trouble - I brought both my parents and we were all made to feel so at ease. The dresses, at a reasonable price point, are beautiful quality, the service is exemplary to all customer-facing businesses and they make everything so enjoyable and stress-free. After multiple postponements, I can't wait to finally wear my dress in October and can't thank them enough for storing my dress for almost two years now! Also, I highly recommend using their in-house alterations service... they know what they're doing and provide a perfect final result. I will happily recommend to any bride and bridal party if they want to have an enjoyable experience, be made to feel wonderful throughout and walk away with the perfect dress. Absolutely beautiful shop where my sister in law to be found her dress. The shop is in a lovely part of London, the dresses are stunning and the lady in the shop made the bride to be feel extra special. She went for her first fitting yesterday and she said that their seamstress was also a total superstar. With such a quick turn around, from proposal to wedding day in only 4 weeks we worried that we wouldn't be able to find her dream dress but London Bride Couture ensured it was possible!

LBC was the first (and only) shop I visited for my dress. In early 2020, I purchased my gorgeous dress. However, 2 years and a pandemic later, I found myself changing my mind on what I wanted. Ingrida, the owner, was honestly so great. After several appointments of altering my existing dress, it looked like a brand new one and I was so happy with all the details. Ingrida is a visionary, she is obviously extremely experienced and suggests edits that make sense and really flatter you. She was patient with my whirlwind of bridal emotions and made me feel secure at each appointment. Thank you thank you for helping me get to my dream dress!

It wasn’t the ‘Couture’ experience the name would suggest. Quite formulaic in their service and no recommendations given. Almost school mistress like - pick 5 dresses and I will put you in them. It’s £30 and you feel like your are an inconvenience. Dress samples tired, not a large range and if you are looking for a higher end bridal gown it’s not the place to go. If you are looking for a cheaper dress this might be the place for you. Find the name of a brand of dress you like and go to that store directly. LBC is quite niche names and perhaps just not to my taste.

It was my first time wedding dress shopping so I was a bit nervous and wasn’t sure what style I wanted but the team at London Bride Couture were so warm and welcoming. They explained the process to me and I chose a few dresses that were all completely different styles to see which I was leading more towards and from there tried on more similar dresses to that style. They were so so helpful in recommending what dresses to try on according to the style I was leaning more towards and had expertise knowledge in all of their designers, styles, shapes material etc. Overall I had an amazing experience and it’s one that played a big part of my wedding journey and one I’ll never forget! This was the first bridal boutique that I visited back in Dec 2019. Jen was assisting me at the time. My first impression of the boutique service wasn’t that good. I was left by my own with my mum to search around the dresses without being asked any particular styles and without being given any info of the available collections, designers and sizes in store. However, that was ok since I found a dress that I was interested with. I then emailed the boutique to check on the dress and expressed my thought to retry on the dress again. At first, Mandy who replied me said it was available for me to retry on. However, when I wanted to schedule the appointment she then said the sample dress was not available anymore and offered that she could order a brand new dress for me but without retrying the sample dress. I wasn’t comfortable for not retrying the sample dress and to order the dress straight away. Therefore, I decided not to proceed with LBC at the time. After searching through wedding dresses across different boutiques, I still liked the dress that I found in LBC. So I decided to give another try and called the boutique. Ingrida who picked up the call said that the dress I wanted was still available and I could come to retry on the dress. I was happy to hear as I nearly couldn’t find the dress that I wanted due to the inconsistent information that was provided. Since then Ingrida has been assisting me throughout the entire process of my wedding dress journey. From the measurements, additional laces requirement with the designer and up until the final product readiness. It’s a beautiful dress and fitted perfectly on me. I am still in love with my wedding dress and can’t thank enough Ingrida in helping me to get my dreamy wedding dress.

I just wanted to share what a fabulous experience I had with London Bride Couture. I had a particularly short turn around time between getting engaged and getting married....only 7 months! I was therefore quite worried given the stories I had been told that this wouldn't be enough time for me to find the perfect dress for my day. However from my first appointment at London Bride Couture they immediately alleviated that stress and reiterated they would assist in helping me to find something that I would love that would be ready in time. I had a wonderful experience at my first appointment trying on all the beautiful dresses and drinking Prosecco. The staff all did a fantastic job at making me feel at ease and relaxed, which was so important for me. I found a beautiful Elena Morar dress which I ended up loving and choosing. From finding the dress in July, it was ready to take home with all alterations completed at the beginning of December for my wedding in February. The turnaround of both the dress and the alterations was fantastic and I couldn't recommend them enough. The service was brilliant from beginning to end and I felt so special in the dress on the day. I found London Bride Couture a few years ago when a friend was dress hunting. She ended up buying and loving her dress from the store, so it was the first place I thought of when looking for my own last year. Though I went to a number of boutiques, no where compared in terms of dress selection, customer service and price. The dresses are gorgeous and everyone so helpful - the appointments were fun and relaxed, with no pressure to buy or strict rules about how many to try on. The dress I chose was suggested by one of the team (thank you!) and it was no trouble to have it ordered bespoke with sleeves. I received regular updates once my dress was ordered and used the in-house seamstress for fittings. I felt in such good hands throughout the process and couldn't recommend London Bride Couture more - happily I have just been back with another friend for her first appointment.

I had an amazing experience with this shop. I had only 2,5 weeks to find the dress for my wedding. I've been to several shops before I found London Bride Boutique, couldn't find anything I liked. I called several shops and they said they wouldn't be able to make alterations because of such a short notice.I really lost the hope. London bride boutique has a wonderful selection. I was able to find 4 dresses I liked and finally chose the dress of my dream which was PERFECTLY altered within 1 week. This review is certainly long overdue. I bought my dress at the end of December for my wedding in April. Mandy was exceptionally helpful. She listened to what sort of dress I wanted, I gave her a budget and she respected this and offered me a variety of dresses based on what I thought I wanted. The first dress I tried on is exactly what I wanted and bought it straight away. This shop also recommends the most wonderful seamstress... Ingrida. She added some cap sleeves to my dress and did the usual alterations. She was reliable and professional. I can't thank Mandy enough for her support and help she gave me the first time I met her!!

After 8 London-based store visits and 50+ dresses that swamped me, I was starting to panic that I wouldn't have 'that bridal feeling' and would have to settle for a gown I wasn't in love with. But then I visited London Bride Couture - the dresses are unique and beautiful and they have a great selection for petite brides - the best I found in London. The store is lovely with a boutique feel and an excellent in-house seamstress. The appointment is very private and the assistants really do listen and care, and help find the style to suit you. In addition, the customer service was excellent throughout and I appreciated that I could pay for my dress over two payments. The quality of my Mikaela dress was excellent, it didn't catch or crease after sitting, and I was extremely comfortable, even in 29'C heat. V highly recommended! I bought my dress from London Bridal Couture and found my experience to be exceptional. I had shopped around a few places already and had already made up my mind on a dress in a different shop but I had wanted to pop in here just to make sure I’d made the right call and had already had an appointment booked so thought it was worth a look around. As soon as I got there I was met with such committed and professional staff that immediately made me feel comfortable and could tell their dresses were above par. I was still a little concerned that I wouldn’t find a dress in my budget as everything appeared to be of such a high calibar. They helped me find dresses in my range and I found a unique and perfect dress and to my surprise fit every expectation I had much better than the last store. They worked hard to work to my tight schedule and I enjoyed every one of my appointments with them. If you’re going to look anywhere for a dress definitely include these guys on your list, you wont be disappointed. The experience here is one of luxery and ease!

I was helping my friend to choose her wedding dress . We had an appointment on Saturday afternoon at 'London Bride Couture'. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional, time was not an issue and she bought a dress that needed a fair amount of alterations! . Having been through this process before with another friend I was a little cautious as the fittings can be difficult . I needn't have worried ! I got my Martina Liana Bridal dress from this shop for my wedding in 2018 and it was perfect. I went with my Mum and sister and I tried on about 6-8 dresses in total. Before I went, I had in mind which one I was going to pick. It was my first (and only) time trying on wedding dresses. The one I thought I would pick turned out not to be quite right but the assistant helping me suggested I try on one more, which I hadn't even considered. It ended up being "the one" and the only altering I needed was some hemming. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and I had a great experience here, it was the magical moment I had always hoped for :)

This is the only shop in London which stocks the designer - Celestina Agostino. My mum, sister and I received a really warm welcome from Kim and the team. Our daughter had found the gown and designer she loved and we found that they had one in store. Though corresponding with Mandy by email and Kim by phone both couldn't have been more professional and so helpful. Our daughter lives in Ireland and was due to come over a few days later to go dress shopping however as Mandy advised they were having their sale on the Sunday and the dress would definitely go. Flight booked getting her here Saturday night and we were 1st at the store on the Sunday getting the 1st ticket. The way they handed the growing crowd was very civilised and not what you would expect. The doors opened at 11am and they called the 1st four in. You got to choose 3 dresses and taken to the fitting room. Obviously the specific gown was one of these. Anyway after trying it on she chose it and Kim was ever so helpful advising on the alterations and even giving an estimate of the costings which were pretty spot on. We went back a few days later to have it fitted and we're greeted with such professionalism and helpfulness. It is so important to feel comfortable to leave your special gown in such great hands. I have recently bought my Paloma Blanca dress from this shop and the staff and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The sales assistants let me try on a huge selection of dresses and even picked some for me which I would never have usually tried on but suited me perfectly. I visited the shop three times before deciding on my dress and each time the staff made me feel very welcome and gave me their 100% full attention. It is centrally located and you and your bridal party are the only ones allowed in at each appointment which makes the experience more special (plus a glass of prosecco on arrival). I fully recommend coming here to find your wedding dress and am really looking forward to going back to start the alterations!

I booked an appointment at London Bridal Couture to try dresses after 4 long months of no luck finding my perfect gown. I went alone after too many opinions (!) and was instantly made to feel welcome and at home. The ladies were so helpful and had some fantastic ideas on how to make my chosen dress unique to me. I fell in love with a Watters dress and was even allowed to pop back the following day with my bridesmaid to make sure. I am thrilled with my purchase and it is totally 100% worth the initial £20 fee. So many other stores in London and Cheshire seemed uninterested and intimidating. I paid for another appointment at a place in Wimbledon and it was not a pleasant experience - rushed and impersonal. I would highly recommend London Bridal Couture for a friendly, fun and bespoke dress service. I just can't wait to go back for fittings and try my beautiful gown on again. Thank you xx

I have had a wonderful experience at this shop! I was starting to get very frustrated trying to find a dress since most stores just try and get you in and out and sell you anything. However at London Bride Couture I had the whole store to myself and had the sole focus of various assistants and the owners. They were even accommodating when I needed to have a dress they did not not normally stock shipped in for me to try on. Even during alterations the owner was more than happy to give her suggestions on some of the alterations that needed to be made. Tina, who handles the alterations is very patient and really makes sure you are comfortable and everything fits perfect. Could not be happier with my experience here!

Good range of designer dresses covering all sorts of styles. My Mum and I were made the feel very welcome and greeted with a glass of Prosecco. It's quite small in size and as a popular bridal shop it does get a tad busy on a Saturday with multiple appointments booked in. Having said that they do make you feel special. They suggest dresses that would suit you and that you should try so they really add value. They try and limit the number of dresses to 6 that you try on and do keep you moving if you're taking too long. Overall a very good experience!

Thank you so very much to Mandy for responding to my emails, to Suzanne and Poppy for making my wedding dress trial so special. I came to my Friday afternoon (the latest one) appointment on my own and it was such a delight. Suzanne truly knows her job as she recommended the perfect dresses for me. I tried 5 dresses (and almost tried a 6th one but halfway through we decided it was not worth the hassle). What I love was that it was such an intimate, welcoming environment. They never pushed me to the door (given that I was their latest appointment), they truly took their time and they were so encouraging. I picked up my wedding dress last Saturday and I can’t begin to describe how amazing the service has been at LBC! Bring a size 12/14 I was very much aware of the fact that I probably wasn’t going to fit into the sample sizes. However, they put me at ease straight way pulling out dresses for me to try and making lots of recommendations. In fact the dress that I bought was one of the dresses that they recommended and one that I totally missed in my excited search of the rails! The whole team are absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough – make sure you make an appointment here you definitely won’t be disappointed!

We were thrilled with the dress, veil and belt and found the service to be very friendly, not at all pushy. My experience at the boutique was five star. I called on the same day to see if I could have an appointment and I was told I could come in. The dresses are all beautiful and even the veils were so pretty, the customer service was more than expected. I couldn’t recommend London Bride Couture enough. After searching for an old season Justin Alexander dress, Ingrida had one in store but also had his new collection. However, the collection was being moved into Dubai on Monday and we called on a Sunday . Ingrida Kindly offered to open up the store on Sunday evening for us to come and have a look around. I had a really wonderful experience at London Bride Couture. On my first visit I arrived very excited to try their Celestina Agostino dresses (they were totally gorgeous). The lovely lady there suggested I also try two Yolan Cris dresses, and that was it! I was absolutely head over heels. I went back the next day with my mum and bought the Valdivia by Yolan Cris. I loved each visit. Everyone was incredibly warm and excited for me. I was given very honest and straight forward advice, and the seamstresses was fantastic - patient, thoughtful and hugely talented. London Bride Couture made the whole dress experience fun, light hearted and really very enjoyable.

I had the worst experience here. Left the shop crying. We arrived promptly for our appointment but had to wait about 15 minutes because other brides were trying on dresses. This would have been fine but we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. I was told to choose dresses. I chose a few but was hoping for some advice from the 'experts' on what would suit me (service I have received in other boutiques since this). I had to ask for a drink for me and my mum and maid of honour. We were given water in plastic cups. When trying on the dresses I was told I would not fit anything (I am a size 12, so hardly obese) and was told repeatedly that the dresses were tiny and nothing would get over my hips and chest. This was the first time trying on dresses- which I told the ladies, so I was hoping the experience would be special. The service was appalling. The selection was terrible and badly displayed. The website is very deceptive, the selection was nothing like I was led to believe from the range on the website. Not an experience I could ever recommend.

I've just ordered a gorgeous Yolan Cris dress from London Bride Couture. My dress isn't even part of Yolan Cris' bridal range - it's actually an evening gown - but Kim at LBC loved it so much she decided to stock it anyway. Kim and Mandy have been fantastic getting swatches for me of the various fabric options for the dress and keeping me updated with texts and phonecalls, but what I've loved most about this boutique is how personal the experience has been and the time and attention these ladies have given me. They've always let me really take me time trying on my dress - even after their closing time on one occasion - without making us feel at all rushes, and have let me really enjoy the experience with my friends, chatting with us, giving us bubbly to celebrate with, taking pictures with us, helping us try on all manner of accessories and talking through the options with me, giving me the benefit of their many years of experience and expertise, and just really sharing in my excitement. POLITE, ACCOMMODATING, AND VERY FRIENDLY! From the moment of walking in to the store, the service has been excellent. A wide selection of dresses, and found a beautiful dress at a steal price. There were quite a few changes that I needed doing to the dress (from half back to backless, hem line shortening, straps narrower etc.), and feared that the tailor would be hesitant or reluctant, but on the contrary - Tina, the tailor has been so accommodating, as have the entire staff. In addition to the tailoring modifications being completed in a very fast speed. After speaking to Tina at various fittings, I discovered that she used to be a wedding dress designed, and has tailored many designer dresses, and costumes at the Royal Opera House (which I am a huge fan of), all of her experience is evident in her work. I can't thank London Bride Couture enough. Thank you!!

I came all the way from Paris to order a Yolan Criss dress from Londonbridecouture, since they were the only ones stocking a sample in this region. Everything went smooth and the ladies were very responsive to all my questions. Luckily i fitted perfectly in the dress, no alterations were needed.
