My experience here was very lovely. Although we were just passing by yesterday and had no appointment. We were made welcome into the store. I didn’t get the lady’s name who served me but she made sure to show me the dresses that were within my budget and had great knowledge about the dresses they had in store. After looking everywhere in London, I managed to find my dress at this store with no hesitation. Thank you to whoever served me, your customer service was the best I have experienced.

I had an amazing experience finding my dress here. I went to the first appointment by myself and so I was initially a bit nervous but Molly went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. She was super patient when I asked her to take photos/videos for my mum at home. The dresses I tried were all beautiful but Molly was fantastic at understanding what I was looking for and managed to pull out my dream dress. It was love at first sight and I felt so good in my dress on my wedding day! I felt well looked after and advised at every subsequent appointment I went to. I can’t thank Molly and Kim enough for their help and for giving me the best experience I could have asked for!

Having been to three different bridal shops with no luck, I was so worried that I would never find ‘the one’! When I visited London Bride UK, this completely changed. They couldn’t do enough to make my experience so special and everything I had dreamed of. The individual experience I received along with their advice, professionalism and knowledge was amazing. They listened carefully to my preferences and the style that I thought I wanted, and provided a number of dresses for me to try that matched this. They also used their expertise to bring out other dresses that they thought would suit my body type. Of course they were right and I ended up going with one of their recommendations! Kim and Molly were very honest throughout the whole process, giving me lots of time and offering great advice. They also helped me to pick a beautiful veil and hairclip to compliment the dress. I really got the whole personal, bridal experience that I had wished for. The dress was ordered and I soon returned for my fitting, where my dress was pinned for the final alterations. I felt amazing and I really can’t wait to wear my dress on our big day. Thank you so much to Kim, Molly and the rest of the team at London Bride UK.

The first dress Molly pulled for me was absolutely perfect, I fell in love with it instantly- she had completely listened to what I was looking for, and found something to compliment my body type. However, to help me be 100% sure, both Molly and Kim brought a variety of other dresses in various styles and silhouettes for me to compare. I really thought this was a lovely touch and showed true dedication to making my appointment special. I wasn’t treated as a conveyor belt bride, instead I was listened to and was made to enjoy the process of wedding dress shopping. I cannot thank the team enough for the time and energy they put into my appointment. Their dedication, knowledge and their passion for the designers they stock, made the appointment so enjoyable! I said yes to the dress here and I’m so glad I did! Every appointment I had was a pleasant experience for me and my mum, even the appointments that were in the middle of the pandemic were made special. Staff are all so helpful, friendly and give amazing advice. The staff here were all so patient, giving me and my mum time to take lots of photos to remember the moment and we never felt rushed. Also want to mention how reasonable their prices are (the dress I chose here I had tried on in a different shop where it was marked up by hundreds of pounds more!). The alterations made to my dress so that it fit me perfectly were amazing, everyone on our wedding day said how lovely the dress was and how well it fit me. Amazing staff who give a great service, beautiful dresses and reasonable prices - I would 100% recommend London Bride. Thank you all again ladies for making this experience everything me and my mum could have hoped for! X

Although I didn't end up buying my dress at London Bride UK, I wanted to write a review as I had an absolute fantastic experience. For me it worked well to first try some dresses that I liked on their website and from there, they were really helpful to pick similar dresses for me to try. Being shorter than the average woman, I was extremely impressed how much effort they all put into pinning the dresses correctly, so I could see how they are supposed to fit. All Bridal shops I went to had sample dresses in sizes that were far too big for me, so the proportions were all wrong. Special thanks to Irene who made my experience at London Bride UK very special. She made sure the dress was pinned so the proportions looked right (and the other lovely ladies helped too for some dresses that were far too big for me). She was also really helpful taking photos from all angles (as I came alone and wanted to share photos with my mum) and picked some lovely dresses based on the style I liked. I would highly recommend visiting this bridal shop, I felt really relaxed, well advised and not rushed into any decision. Thank you for the great experience London Bride UK!

The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful.There is a wide selection of dresses to pick from at affordable prices. I brought my dress from this shop after falling in love with the dress at first sight, and it did fit so nice. I would highly recommend viewing this shop to find your dream dress for your wedding day.
