We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with London Filmed. Tom, Anna and the rest of the team were personable and professional throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Tom and appreciated his last-minute availability for calls, run-throughs and troubleshooting ahead of the event. We ran a full-day virtual conference with London Filmed with multiple sessions and over a dozen speakers, and everything went perfectly on the day. Professionals from start to finish. Working with Claudia and Tom on a two day event with over 100 speakers was a dream. The team are clearly expert in virtual event production, but I was also impressed with their project management approach. We hired London Filmed for our two-day corporate conference, with over 1500 attendees, in London, to film and edit customer testimonials as well as capture event highlights and create an event video. The team was very professional, responsible, and friendly. Given we were at an event, not everything went 100% as planned but Sam was very flexible and proactive. We told them once what we wanted the outcome to be and they did a fantastic job with the editing and final videos. All our rounds of comments were worked on ultra fast. I wasn't the greatest client tbh, I kept changing the date and spec that we required London Filmed for. On the day of the event, they were just meant to send photographers, but I called them 2 hours before the event start time literally begging for videographers as well and THEY CAME THROUGH. The video they produced in just 3 days was perfect and they went off the vaguest brief as well. The final photos were sent in less than 24 hours when most companies take much longer. I will definitely be using their service again.
