Just amazing. Beautiful building and staff all very attentive to needs. Disabled access incredible - hidden lift under 'disappearing' steps to front entrance. Meal just lovely as was service. An incredible night

The ICE at One Great George Street is a fantastic venue. Great open spaces and multiple rooms which can be used for events of many kinds.
Fantastic architecture and details, perfect sized cloakroom and good facilities.

It is a little scratchy to work with their event managers and supervisors, who like bossing around over and over all the time and sending staff home early(earlier than their booked working time)without proper communication. As I had been through with them, I would say this is impolite and rude. Apparently they have not realised the importance of team work and have remained this make -do attitude for long time, in such a historical and gorgeous building.
Dear Gary,
Thank you very much for your genuine reply.
Thanks to my angycy, I have had the chance to work in a few of different 5 star hotels and restaurants in central London which I have tried to write down my reviews objectively for each of them. With my skill and experience, I can tell, at least, which one is friendly and polite from the attitude and language between their staffs and managers.
Frankly I am not interested in how is your relationship going on with your clients you serve for who actually pay you. What I focus was the unfair treatment to the staffs like us in this public platform, who get paid from you. I am a professional graphic designer, artworker and retoucher, I don't think I need the help from you in this case. In the contrast, you are the one who really need to improve the relationship between your staffs and managers who obviously lack of the same enthusiasm and passion to staff, compared with to your clients. I feel sorry if you still have not figured it out in this beautiful Edwardian style building for these days.
Kind regards,
Minyan

We had our wedding brunch and reception at OGGS in September this year and had a such a pleasant experience and, only have good things to say about the beautiful venue, friendly staff who provided great customer service from day one when we contacted for a quote. Fola went above and beyond to make our day perfect (we can’t thank you enough Fola and Nikki!). All our guests are still talking about how stunning the Great Hall is. If you are looking for a grand and beautiful venue, I would 100% recommend OGGS!

Wine Society Tastings Events takes several forms, ranging from informal, walk-around affairs to tutored tastings, gastronomic dinners, Saturday morning workshops and monthly lunches at Stevenage. The emphasis of these events is on fun and enjoyment, whilst providing an opportunity to expand your wine knowledge.
One Great George Street (OGGS) is a four-domed grade II listed Edwardian building used as a conference and wedding venue just off Parliament Square in Westminster, London, England.
The building is the global headquarters of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE); it was originally soley a venue for ICE members to relax, meet and have conferences but became available for public events in 1989. It is near the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and St James's Park.

I have been here a couple of times. The food is excellent and this is a truly impressive venue

Amazing building but they insisted on serving coffee and dessert in another room downstairs

Nice venue. Some of the ceilings are very lavish. Stones throw from Parliament.
