The venue was nice and beautifully presented. The lighting, especially the chandeliers made it look prestigious and very spacious with ample amount of seating. I would have given it 5 stars, the reason that I'm not as theirs no visitors parking. Parking can be found on the side roads but it is very difficult.

A good size hall for weddings or other functions. Divided over 2 floors. The top floor is smaller it can easily hold 200 guests, you can squeeze in a few more. The bottom hall you can fit in 300+ easily. You can choose to hold fully segregated functions. Parking is free in the local area after 6:30pm. There is a nearby carpark if needed. They could do with a bit of updating to the decor and furnishings of the place.

One of the main reason i’m giving this place a 5 star is because of the manager! Very warm hearted and lovely person and will put you at ease, he listens to what you want, made me feel like i’ve known him my whole life! The venue it self is very beautiful and big and very underrated, its decorated nicely and i got so many compliments from guest about how much they enjoyed the decor and food which was delicious. They also have amazing lighting, good parking/ toilets are cleaned and decorated nicely! Can’t go wrong! Hopefully we can book here again! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Thank you for a great service, so happy! I have been to this venue a few times and LOVED it every time I went. So few days ago, my sister got married and we decided to go for this venue. Did not regret my decision a single bit. The venue was decorated fantastically and the services was GREAT!! The food has always been on point for this venue and the food for my sister's big day was not any less! The food is cooked at the venue so it is ALWAYS hot and delicious! The number of guest that came were much higher than expected! Hats off to the staff of the venue who managed to look after and accommodate an extra 100+ people than what was booked! I really appreciate the way they handled it and would not have expected any other hall to do what they did. I will definitely be hiring this venue again at the many more weddings to come within my family! AMAZING VENUE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Beautiful place to get married in. My sister's wedding was in this hall. If you don't have family (male*) to help you arrange everything or a father figure or brothers/uncles/or cousins to help you this is the venue for you. The Manager handled everything and allowed my mum and sister's to handle the guests. This made the process much easier for us. He handled everything including the dancers and the food. Nice venue for weddings, parties and meetings. Nice and clean building. The venue is nicely decorated. The capacity of the venue is good, easily you can cater 300 people. The also have balcony. There is no car park so you have to find car park space on side road. All the roads are very busy.

Nice venue but no free parking space. Had to park 15minutes away. The venue inside itself is not large but clean and decorative. Very good enjoyable food. Not enough toilets for large events such as weddings. Staff onsite were friendly. Reception area to just relax or wait. From the outside it looks reasonable but could not tell it was the wedding venue. Segregation available too. No place to pray but prayer mats were provided which was good. Good speaker systems and layout of tables.

I have been holding a charity event at Pavilion for the last 3 years and year on year the service gets better. From booking to leaving the event i have always an exceptional service. I need not worry about the actual day as everything is taken care of. My events are usually ladies only and Zubair takes great care in ensuring that females waiters and service staff are available and curtains are drawn to ensure privacy. The food has always been delicious, served piping hot and in style. My guests have always praised the food and this year we chose a menu that was slightly different, and i have to say that it topped all our previous events. The venue is easily accessible and decor is fantastic. Comments from my guests.... "It was a lovely evening and the food was faultless!" " Wow, the chicken noodles were a lovely to change to chicken tikka" " Desert was awesome!!!" This is my one stop shop for all my events. Recently had my wedding here Great for segregated event Went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable. Ladies and men's areas clearly labelled Owner Zubair is organised and approachable and really listened when we specified what we wanted for our event. Food is lovely - option to add wide range of dessert for extra money Waiting staff were excellent. Always asking us if we needed anything. Very good value for money Don't be put off due to outside of venue. Inside is lovely. Parking is an issue though as on busy main road and most areas are Permit only but venue has designated 10 spaces for close family and friends. Overall very happy with the service

From the first contact with Zubair, the service has been exceptional. He really made it easy for us, and did his best to accommodate our needs. He also really helped to keep the expenditure within reason also. The venue was perfect for us, especially as we needed 2 halls and some prayer space. Lots of guests commented on how good the food was (he threw in an extra lamb biriyani into our package for us), and the venue helped package all of extra food so nothing went to waste. All i have to say about this venue and it's catering team is AMAZING. I have known Zubair bhai for approx 5 years since when my brother got married and he did the outdoor decor and catering for us in central London. He did an amazing job then and he and his team have struck again for my sister's mehndi and walima. The team there have been so accommodating and so helpful. Believe me when i say my family are tricky customers, we have high demands and very high expectations. The venue is unexpectingly amazing for its location and setting. It is perfectly sized, with a intimate enough vibe to engage your guests, but the grandeur and gravitas of that equal to any central london venue. The food was incredible, we have strict instructions and specified the spice levels and requirements, this was adhered to and all guests loved the food. The catering team were professional and listened to every request and were efficient and diligent. The location was ideal for us local for my family and guests, though there is off street parking (I.e. no venue provided parking), this was no issue for our guests, as plenty of spaces off street, and we had no complaints. The decor and package available is incredible, and I would highly highly recommend. Each one of our guests complimented on how amazing the venue was and how it surpassed their expectations. I would suggest definitely going in for a visit and seeing how lovely it is for yourself!!!! A million thank yous to Pavillion and Imperial for making my sister's wedding a great one!!!!!

We used Pavilion for my brother's wedding on Boxing Day and myself and my family were all extremely pleased with our choice. The planning and organisation was made hassle free by Zubair who was on hand to answer queries and provide information at every point enabling us to plan every last detail. Had food spilt over my jacket, went.to see the person in charge and he made it.clear that it.was my fault for being there. Our wedding took place in the Pavilion hall Walthamstow in December 2017. We were highly impressed with the diversity choice with regards to the décor and food options available. The event was flawless as the manager and staff were highly cooperative and liaised with us throughout the event. The ambiance created by the manager was very relaxing. I've hosted 2 weddings at this place and both times thier inhouse service has been impeccable. The inhouse waiting team consist of mainly Eastern European teens who are very attentive. The cooks are amazing and the food has been deliciously consist of the two occasions I was there. The owners are an asset to the catering scene, just leave everything up to them, you won't be disappointed. The onsite carpark will hold 10 vehicles. All the local roads are free to park on after 5pm weekdays and all day weekends. There is no lift to the Upper floor, that's the only thing to take in to consideration when booking this place.

I got married at pavilion few years ago and i don't know what I would have done with Zubair!!! You hear about these stories all the time but I never thought it would happen to me. Pavilion caught fire 4 days before my wedding date and was no longer available. You can imagine the panic this would cause a bride to be but Zubair came to the rescue. With all his hard work and real care for his customers he managed to go the extra mile and find me an alternative venue that still matched my required criteria and made my wedding happen within such a short time! Not only that he still did whatever he could and more to ensure my wedding day was still as perfect as i wanted it to be. He was present for the event himself and without him and his team it would have been a disaster. Thank you so much for making everything happen so perfectly last minute. I still get compliments about the decor, quality of food and the service pavilion provided. I recently got married at pavilion and I can actually say the event was perfect! This was all down to Zubiar and his excellent organisation and management. Everything was to the top standard. I have had volumes of compliments about how smoothly the event went and the quality of the food, management and decor. Zubair was present himself throughout the event and ensured all went according to plan. He also provided me with the most beautiful cake arch I could only have imagined for my dream wedding!! Thank you Zubair! I will definitely recommend pavilion and Zubair's great services.

I went to this venue for a wedding on 16th April 2017, and even though the website boasts 700 seating capacity, the owner told me it's more like 650 if some spaces are taken up by a Dj or cake tables etc. The venue is not big enough and will get cramped if people come out of their chairs. There needs to be more space between the tables and more consideration is needed in general when halls are made into wedding halls. The interior is great and the venue is still very nice looking.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with you. My little sister's wedding had taken here at the Pavilion. I have to say the staffs were amazing, efficient and very polite. My guest had turned up late but this was no issue for the staff to manage. As we all know how stressful an Asian wedding can be lol these guys had made it look so easy. Below is a breakdown of my review: Food - 10/10 - My personal opinion is that most wedding food is never really that great. Since we were catering for 600 I was worried that we might face the same as you would think that the food quality would drop. However, I have to admit it the food was amazing and was the best food we ever had in a wedding. Believe me I have been to a lot of weddings!! My entire guest both from the groom and bride sides exact words were “food was amazing and best wedding food ever had” Parking – 10/10 – there is a limited number of spaces that the pavilion can provide. However, they had provided staff throughout the whole wedding watching the cars. Also, Pavilion have CCTV cameras that watch over the cars. Welcoming drinks – 10/10 – no cheap stuff and was able to continuously provide refills. Decoration – 10/10 – Amazing cannot complain. Bride and Groom loved it!! Staffing – 10/10 – we had one staff for every two tables which is more than enough. Everyone was polite and helpful. Asif Bhai (owner) was overseeing everything and was extremely helpful , very calm and a very nice person too. The way he was watching over everything was like if it was his own sister’s wedding and also did a few extras for us. Very hard to find people like this nowadays. Facilities – 10/10 – All clean and tidy. We stayed a little bit longer that the booking but Asif bhai (owner) had no issues with this. OVERALL 10/10 for everything. Highly recommended.

The facilities were clean, staff were helpful, parking was limited but we had reserved parking and the car park was monitored by staff. Negative points, reception drinks were not chilled. Though we were provided with ice after complaints. ( Really let them selves down as it was a very hot day) The receptionist ignored us because we were slightly early. The chicken that was used in the chicken tikka had bones in it. Not a pleasant experience spitting out bones. (I was not the only one). Mens toilets had no hooks on the doors for hanging up coats etc. It could of been a better experience.

The food was up to a very high standard, I seriously recommend that they consider opening a fine dining restaurant and the service provided was brilliant. The great thing about the Pavillion is the combination of the venue and the catering provided, like many other venue which lack either a bit of one or another. The Pavillion provides both elements at very high standards. They have a vast menu to cater for everyone's taste buds. I now been to this Banqueting hall on numerous occasions and can honestly say that the experience has improved each time. At the beginning the decor was a little drab and the food was not the best. This is no longer the case. The decor is quite neat, but still needs some improvement (snagging) and the food is now very good, but not excellent.

I booked the Pavilion for my son's Wedding /Waleema and I can some it up in one word "FANTASTIC". The venue manager Zubair was very helpful and made me feel totally comfortable. At first I was stressed out about the whole thing , how to see to the guests and make sure they were looked after. Zubair put me at ease. His staff were hands on and available throughout and made sure all the guests were looked after. I was told that I am paying for a walk in walk out service and this is exactly what I was provided. I recommend the Pavilion to everyone for what ever the occasion is. On another plus side the price for the venue is very much affordable. I compared 3 to 4 other venues and trust me I was shocked at the price difference. I opted for the Pavilion provided catering a full 3 starter 3 main meal and 3 deserts. As a family we have used The Pavillion for 4 of our weddings over a period of 11 years! The last 3 being in 2012, 2015 and 2017. That should just say it all. Exceptional food, extravagant decor and amazing execution in respect of our personal preferences. We have hosted 3 segregated events at the Pavillion out of the 4 and can honestly say we have not been disappointed with the level of professionalism and organisation that has been put into making our events successfull Alhumdulillah! The inhouse catering has always been on point, food arrives on time and served hot and generous portions. Guests have always been quick to compliment the food and menus at our events ma sha Allah. All I can say is Thank you to the Pavillion team for making all of our events a success every time, we Highly recommend you because credit should be given where credit is due. If you are considering an event at Pavillion I would happily recommend it as it has always been our number one choice and can honestly say they will not disappoint.

Very difficult to find parking as it's located on the busy Walthamstow main road. A very small car park is at the rear. I suppose public transport links make it a good location. But when you are decked up for a wedding you really don't want to be travelling on public transport do you? A medium sized complex although there iA very small car park is at the rear. I suppose public transport links make it a good location.s a small hall upstairs obviously for at extra cost. I haven't enquired about pricing as I have no intention of using this venue in the foreseeable future. Toilets are in the basement but there are disabled toilets on the ground floor. They were clean and tidy.

Attended as a guest for a wedding. Once you enter the building its completely different environment. Its a nice cosy hall, entrance at front reception is quite glamorous too. Decor was quite impressive. Food was very good the whole family enjoyed it. Dance floor was good spacious and surround sound for music was impressive. Only downfall is carpets appeared a little dirty. Otherwise it's a nice place to hold a ceremony in and we really enjoyed ourselves.
