K. Y.We've been to this place many times before and we love in there, but this week it was exceptional! Normally we interact with the people in the bar who are absolutely great. Fantastic customer service . This time, with the covid rules, people are not allowed to dance or mix with people outside with our area. Security guys were very polite controlling the crowd what must be a hard job. My friend felt sick and security team helped him to the medic. They were patient, polite and very respectful. Big praise for them. And a massive shout out to the girl medic who looked after him. She was absolutely kind, understanding and made us fell safe and welcome even in a hard time. Can't recommend Studio 338 enough. Going back as soon as we can!

V. R.Great super club near the o2 Greenwich. Remember to take ID as you won't get in otherwise. Lighting and sound first class and the outside area is great to have. Bars have a good selection of drinks but be aware there is a £20 minimum on cards so take cash (or get cash out there using the machine near the entrance but it does charge for this) unless you are buying rounds. Great venue and can imagine it's even better during the summer months when they can use the outside area more.
M.Very good atmosphere however paying £13 pounds for a vodka redbull is insane, even more so when you have paid over 30 pounds to get in the place.

N. F.I want to love Studio 338, but there are too many negatives. Too few toilets for a venue of this size and bar service is slow. Let's not mention the outrageous prices and refusal to supply water foc. The "greenhouse" main room has little to no ventilation and quickly gets unbearably hot. Chavs in the toilets harrasing the toilet guy. If it wasn't for the good music and vibe sound system I wouldn't go.

Came here for the hospitality bbq party and was not disappointed! Staff were friendly and the crowd was so relaxed and friendly! Cannot wait to come back again.

S. L.I'm a "seasoned clubber" and have been to tons of clubs in many cities. I have mixed feelings about this place. Security is tight. Your ID will be checked multiple times, you'll be searched thoroughly etc. In contrast to other reviews I didn't find the security aggressive - they were just doing their jobs. The venue itself is aesthetically impressive, but there are definite bottlenecks when trying to move around, especially when trying to get to toilets, which can be a nightmare. It is HOT. I mean hot in a way I've never experienced in a club EVER. I had to go outside to get oxygen at times as it was impossible to breath on the main dance floor. Dress appropriately for this. Our clothes were all soaked when we left. Sound was good in the main area, but not great (quite tinny) in the room to the side or outdoors, but they had cancelled music on the terrace due to wind. The "Loft" upstairs that opened later was nice and cool and more intimate with better sound quality than the side room. The crowd at the Solid Grooves night was pretty "Love Island" with lots of girls in underwear & mesh/guys with tops off & sunglasses on inside etc. I got the impression it was a mix of people purely there to pose and others there for music. Drinks are slightly expensive and yes you need to spend £20 to use your card, but that's never difficult in a club. Not sure I would go back again, but it's worth visiting once to experience the main room and maybe the terrace if it's open for music.
C. D.This place is great. I'm not a huge fan of super clubs, but I've been to this venue a few times through the industry, and time after time always blown away by its magnificence. Great sound system, production is always on point.
The outside area has really come to life over the last 12 months too, a cool place to relax and recover from the madness of the main room!

The lineup is excellent. The sound system is not the worst in town however not super clear. Drinks are well priced. The minimum amount for card payments is £20. Restrooms are also ok and had tissue all the time.

I.Were there for Ibiza opening. But it was rather disco than clubbing. Mostly posing and flirting instead of real dancing. The - small - dancing area was early crowded with no dancers. Sunglasses everywhere. The girls there were great but unfortunately very young. Security was quite undue but friendly.

Security were a mixed bag, some lovely, some very unprofessional, however as I’m not sure whether these were provided by the venue or otherwise, I’m unsure as to whether or not they’d have a permanent impact on the quality of the clubbing experience. A little bit out of the way if you’re looking to get home after a night out, particularly if the night tubes are having a bit of a wobble...

Card machines charge 2 quid to get money out and minimum card spend is £20 - water is 3.50 a bottle no tap water
But the venue is good, 2 indoor areas and big outdoors. Big names play here and i had a great time seeing kings of the rollers
Sound could be a bit louder and clearer too
F.The best club in England !!! The place were the best global DJs are coming. Beautiful location,big summer garden , and a bar outside witch looks like a plane. What else you wish ?! I wrote that is the only club in England who imitates the ones from Ibiza...

A. H.Haven't been to this place in about 5 years and I can only presume I'm being asked for a review because I got stuck in traffic at the Blackwall the other day.
Only real memory of this place is my mate having his stash found on the way in and they still didn't let him in. Bang out of order tbh. Take the stash or refuse entry. But both? Not right in my eyes.
A. M.I found the bouncers to be friendly and had a great night. Pre-booked VIP tickets for clockwork orange and was escorted through the long queue. Search wasn't too over the top. We were shown to our table by a very pleasant girl and given free drinks. Just be aware that if you look like a hoodlum you won't get in. Definitely go back.

M. L.Me and my friends visited 338 for Toolroom. It was such a great night. The venue itself was perfect; the music was excellent and the outside space was more than big enough for everyone there! I also had to speak with lost property after the event about something I left there and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend :D

(.This club is a great spec (layout, lights, smoke, confetti etc) aside from it being full of very young Essex types who Ultimately ruin it for anyone who wants to dance (they overfill the venue) so I'd suggest getting balcony if you don't want to be stuck feeling like a wiggly worm fist pumping all night or dashing out to a bar for some airtime. You will catch much jokes here however, and try not to touch anyone's man or you will get given a finger.
Lads are almost guaranteed to pull here without much effort.
Drinks are ~£9 a double and mixer.
It's got an outdoor shack bar and a big covered tent smoking area.
On point security, no ID no entry, no gum (I managed to get sweets in)
Nightmare uber costs to get back (to anywhere that's not very nearby) from, and you will have to walk 5mins to find your car off the main road, not a great feeling if you've spent the last few hours dripping in sweat.
Won't be back but glad I've ticked it off the club list finally.

but when they took it inside WOW ! amazing sound and the bass was awesome amongst the hot & sweaty people. best thing about that club is the sound inside with good music, worst thing is the slow bar staff..They could probably double their profits if they speed up the bar & add more staff though.
S. J.I've enjoyed myself here, usually friendly party vibes. Drinks a little expensive, security a bit OTT and the sound system could be better. In future I shall only go if there is a DJ I really want to see and they're not playing anywhere else in London.
P. M.Hi it's Sandra,Paul's girlfriend. Just wanted to say how brilliant you were in looking after us again Paul(manager)on Sat 3rd August at the Hospitality Warm Up. Our day didn't go so well as on the previous visit but that was down to an ill choice of who we had with us but you made sure we were OK from start to finish. Having an invisible illness isn't easy as it's not obvious to everyone but you made sure that our time spent was made as straight forward and fuss free as possible. I'm really sorry to hear you're leaving and wish you the best in whatever you go on to do from here. The venue won't be the same without your friendly face and attention to detail so once again,thank you for everything you did for us. I would like to also thank you Stacey for organising everything on the phone and Tasha in the medic tent is so patient and kind all of the time and this is so much appreciated. We hope to see you again in the future,but just us two the next time for sure.
J. M.Great venue, a little much for drinks. Minimum £20 on card, standard London prices, lovely smoking area, on the rooftop. 2 rooms one downstairs is huge, 2 bars one on the left of the dance floor, another upstairs.

Couldn't get a single beer - minimum spend on the bar was a tenner (via debit card). So had to begrudgingly buy 2 bottled beers, both of which were very warm thus horrible. Come on - this is basic stuff...

what a fantastic sound !! all the tech crew sound & lights make that place what it is ..i love Void in Ibiza ,reminds me a bit of DC10.. they look so damn cool, 338 must surely be their bench mark for quality systems -it was pumping on that dance floor , best sound ever especially for drum n bass music :) !! 1 star for oversold tickets though /long line for people to be refused entry.. & 2 stars for the Garden volume limits. That sucks as its a great garden party space for day parties, i thought you were allowed to make noise during the day ???? That also seemed to me like they have an automatic limiter outside which kept dipping the volume down because i assume some DJs were trying to play louder? surely they can't get noise complaints from there?

Let down was having to queue so long for cloakroom and bar....need much more better paid staff on a sold out event. Spent over 2.5 hours just queuing and bar staff who are not happy and don't know how to work a bar properly. Shame as it was the only negative or it would be 5* rating.

B. T.Great venue with huge capacity for I think around 2500 / 3000 people. They have a Void soundsystem which i really like and the bars are run really well, meaning you usually don't have too wait for long to be served. The Terrace and the upstairs smoking area are my two favourite bits, not too keen on the inside on the ground floor. It's cool, but you cannot really compare it with the terrace.

N. W.I had a mixed experience here-
it was my friend Connor's event 'Foreverland' and a group of us travelled from Bournemouth for this huge night. I had a really good time up until the end, when I got slightly emotional, as that week I had lost a family member. I was in the toilet with a friend of mine, sad and she was comforting me. Then we heard two big bangs on the door telling us to open up, which we did straight away. The security women (both middle aged, one with blonde hair, another black woman) asked what we were doing and obviously we knew this was to investigate any drug use which is understandable. However, when trying to explain that I was upset they both grabbed one each me on the arm and my friend and said she thinks we need to leave which really confused us.
We were led out and told we couldnt go back in which was very annoying as we had to wait for our friends to come out an hour before it ended. Very annoyed by this as there was no reason to 'kick us out' and they were not listening to anything we had to say.
Other than this to pass time, I had a lovely conversation with two security guys Levi and Klevis? They were very nice and made time pass whilst waiting - thanks to them guys but please can security be more considerate as the women were obviously unaware of people's situations and not ready to listen and could have really upset someone in the process of being stern and safe.
If they thought we were using drugs they could have searched us or something but no...

S. L.I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Paul for all of his assistance on Saturday at the Hospitality BBQ. The event was an amazing one to begin with,which was made even better by all he did for me from arrival to departure. I wish I'd had the chance to thank him in person so I hope he sees this. I'm trying to persuade my boyfriend and friend to return to the Warm Up on Saturday 3rd August as I was so incredibly well looked after. Paul,you're an incredibly empathic and supportive guy,thank you so much. Last weekend was the best!!

Had to knock a star off for little things
1. Ladies toilets seemed too small for capacity and badly laid out. Pretty much always a queue at them all night
2. Bar was busy all night.. seemed that they needed a few more ppl behind the bar at times... that beinh said there was fantastic barman who was efficent friendly and knew who was next!
3. No where to sit down except the floor! Now i know its a club and dancing is the most important thing but some of us are growing old disgraclfully and need to rest our feet even for 5 mins
4. Smoking/outside area is a decent size but there should be more cover for wet evenings... we are in England we get a few! There was some but very limited
Overall its a good lil venue will defo be returning!

L. D.I would to give a massive thank you to Paul and the front of venue security team who helped escort my friend off the premises after they'd too much to drink. Paul in particular was very helpful.
I explained that i'd be re-entering the venue, and therefore Paul personally escorted my friend to the uber in my place. Even though my friend was slightly uncooperative at the time Paul was very calm, composed and understanding. Once in the uber Paul returned and let me back in the building. Extremely professional the whole way through - I was very impressed. This alone was reason enough for a great night.

C.Great club space! Massive big room with great audio. Can be a bit crowded on the stairs trying to get down to the floor, bit otherwise a pretty good crowd.

R. N.We had the honour of going for the first time to this wonderful venue around a month ago, for an Ibiza night (on Saturday the 20th of July). Based on how the night was, the prices, the sound quality and the small capacity of toilets, I would give 4 out of 5 stars, but what makes me really give the full 5 stars is the GREAT and SUPER IMPORTANT help from the girl that was taking care of the medical support, on a side of the outside area... I already forgot her name by now, but she took proper care of a friend that felt ill really badly and she was a huge help for us to make sure my friend was actually out of pain. She got everything under control and took care of him like if it was the best hospital. Thanks to her my friend ended up OK and out of danger. Alicia, maybe? Whatever, I forgot your name but I'm sure they know who you are: THANK YOU! And best of luck on your career! I wish you the best!

V. C.Forgot to bring my ID, and whilst it was totally my fault, I kept being sent to a member of staff to explain my situation to then being sent to another member of staff and another...and another. Eventually they just took my photo and checked my bank card but felt like such a fuss. When we got in (3pm), one of the bars outside already ran out of soft drinks (!!). Aside from these little hiccups, the venue itself is fantastic. It does have the Ibiza vibes with its huge terrace, which they leave it opened all night , even after the last dj finished their set at 10pm. The main room has a great layout with a good sound system. It does lack of air conditioning, but there is a little room upstairs (hard to find at first) boasting of air conditioning and its never busy so great for dancing and getting drinks. There is also a little outdoor smoking area up there. I would definitely return although it is a bit far away to get home late at night.

C.love the place, love the music, cant stand the door policy. went to an event which was not even sold out rocked up to the door only for the bouncer and lady to tell us we cant get in. produced our tickets and id and told her i came to the last event we managed to talk her around. the asian bouncer then decided to say if anything happens lads it'll be me coming for you and you will not like it like what the hell. the best part is now. get to the door to the next asian bouncer who decides to conduct the most thorough off searches. searched in all places which is uncomfortable over under, when i mentioned to the bouncer about they way he seems to favour his searches, he then says ok now take your shoes off i will show you thorough. DO ONE. the door policy is ridiculous. the venue is good the music is good the vybe. just the mugs that run the place.
