R. R.We have now used The Tailors Surprise singers two years in a row! It was for a Virtual corporate celebration that really did go down a treat! The team performed to over 150 colleagues on the call and everyone was in stitches. Such a unique way to entertain in a virtual environment! I would highly recommend they made it so easy for us, we completed a simple brief and they were super professional and talented and wrote the best songs about the company we work for! They delivered such a fantastic performance on the day and just cant thank them enough for bringing some entertainment to the team when we couldn't meet face to face! Thanks Alex and Josh : )
P. G.Recently (3rd July 2021), The Tailor Surprise Singers performed at the wedding of our youngest daughter. To maintain the surprise element, I mostly communicated with Alex, the organiser, via email rather than the phone. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with emails replied to in a prompt manner. A month or so before the event, I had a pre-arranged phone call with Alex, where she asked a lot of questions about the wedding couple, and the wider family, so she could write personalised lyrics to the songs that The Tailors were going to be singing. She was easy to talk to and phone call lasted over an hour. Alex also took the time to have another lengthy conversation with my oldest daughter (who was 'in' on the secret!) to gain even more information.
Alex arranged all the practical details with the wedding reception venue. These were more complex than usual as this was a reception that took place in the Covid-19 lockdown.
On the day, the two singers arrived in very, very good time. They kindly texted me to say that they had arrived. One of the singers posed as a waitress for the entire (quite long!) reception to add to the level of surprise when the singing started. The other singer appeared as an in-house chef at the start of the performance. The wedding guests went through an initial stage of bewilderment and confusion and it was clear that the surprise element was complete! As the songs developed, the guests responded to Alex's clever personalised lyrics with laughter and applause. The two singers were very professional and talented, and were nothing short of brilliant! From the comments that we have received since, the wedding day was thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests and this performance by The Tailors was a perfect ending to the afternoon - thank you for helping to make the day so memorable.
In summary, the process of booking The Tailors was easy. They made all the necessary arrangements themselves. Communication was excellent throughout. They took care to maintain the secrecy. And they delivered a fantastic performance on the day. If you want a wedding day that people will be reminiscing about for weeks afterwards, then I highly recommend that you consider booking The Tailors Surprise Singers!
B. L.I booked “The Tailors” as a surprise for my daughter’s wedding on 20 Aug. I had excellent communication from the start and my consultation with Alex was professional and very pleasant.
On the day we managed to keep the whole thing a surprise and after a brief discussion on how we were going to start, I simply left them to it. It was strange to be served by them knowing who they were but no one else knowing.
After a shock entrance the singing started and it was amazing, Alex, Liam and Jem didn’t just sing they performed. The lyrics were perfect and so personalised to the bride, groom and guests, it was clear a lot of effort had gone into it. My daughter loved it as did all of the guests who commented all night on how great they were. I can not recommend highly enough “The Tailors” you will not be disappointed.
A professional act that added that little extra to a special day.

A. T.Wow! Wow! Wow! Discovered The Tailors Surprise Singers on You tube and booked them straightaway for our wedding June 2021. Absolutely fantastic! So, so happy. Communication was brilliant from the start and following a consultation and general chat about the groom, me, and family Alex and Jem wrote some beautiful and funny lyrics to a number of songs to include a Disney medley. Unbelievably talented people and it made our wedding day extra special. Everyone loved it, complete surprise for everyone and we continue to laugh and reminisce about the whole experience. Love, love, loved it. Worth every penny. So glad we found you Alex. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Alex and Jem for being so amazing.
J. G.The Tailors were secret waiters at our daughter’s wedding in June 2021. Due to Covid the wedding was postponed twice but Alex kept in contact and when the government finally gave the go ahead for weddings to take place we had two weeks to make final arrangements. Alex liaised with the venue and the catering staff to ensure the secret was safe so on the day when she and her team burst into “ One Day More” from Les Miserables the 110 guests were totally surprised as were my daughter and her new husband. Everyone said how spine-tingling the rendition was and guests are still talking about it weeks later. So a big thank you to the Tailors and I would recommend Alex and her team to make an event very special.

Great communication from the start with Alex, she spent a long time going through all the details for the day to make sure everything was perfect. She’s very professional and really friendly! Nothing was too much trouble.
On the day the three of them, Alex, Liam and Jem did a great job keeping it a surprise from everybody and were very convincing as waiters. They blended in perfectly. As planned they made a big entrance during my speech and it couldn’t have gone better!!!
The lyrics were absolutely spot on, they didn’t miss a thing and everybody was commenting on how well polished the whole set was! The amount of personalised material they fitted in was unbelievable and they knew who all the wedding party were. They didn’t just sing they put on a whole show from start to finish!!
They have been the talk of the wedding and will continue to be for a long long time!
I’d rate over 5 stars if I could!!!! A 5 star service from start to finish. They were worth every penny and more!!! Thank you just isn’t enough for these guys! Everybody should book you all!!!!!
