Myself and my company Whiskey & Wealth Club had the best time. From start to finish our event with West End on the Thames ran so smoothly. We were last minute booking this but there was no issues and everything was catered for. Eliza the event manager was super helpful and never hesitated with any queries.

We recently used West End on the Thames for our summer event. From the initial introductory call with Sapphire to then working closely with Eliza and her team, everything was so easy from start to finish. The team communicated brilliantly with me throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble which really put my mind at rest. The boat was superb, spotlessly clean, well staffed, excellent food, brilliant photographer what more can I say the evening was absolutley perfect! I wouldnt hesitate in working with Eliza and her team again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first class service, brilliant!

We have had such a lovely experience with West End on Thames. They answered to all our questions and more before the party and were amazing during the party itself. The boat was neatly decorated and all staff was friendly and incredibly professional. Food was really good and the photographer and magician we hired through West End were fantastic. All guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening, only downside? It finished too early!

We chose Westend on the Thames to put together a special evening to celebrate a big night for Barron’s and they didn’t disappoint. Eliza and Ellie took care of everything and made sure we all had a fantastic evening. The food was amazing , the views spectacular and the live music entertaining. The attention to detail and special touches with our company logo made the event feel extra exclusive. We had a few extra requests for the evening but nothing was too much trouble and the girls made sure all our guests had a night to remember. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you so much for a lovely event on Friday! It was just perfect! The timings were as accurate as originally planned, so there was no waiting around for anything. The food was great, even vegetarians, who are not always very happy with their meal options, loved their strudel. And that vanilla cheesecake was similar to what you would get in a fine dining restaurant, just devine! The vessel was beautifully decorated, it really felt festive. The team was super friendly, so huge thanks to Ellie who managed everything so efficiently on the night, Lily-May, catering team, chef, bar team and photographer. Everyone was great. I heard a lot of great comments from my colleagues, everyone had lots of fun, so thank you for making our Christmas party so special. I would highly recommend WEOTT and will be using this company again for the future events.

Eliza, Ellie and the rest of her team at West End on the Thames went above and beyond to make our event special. Although I'd like to think we are pretty self-sufficient and not overly needy, they were prepped and ready to ensure we were happy and content during our entire boat trip. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with West End on the Thames, the pictures don't do justice to the sight of the London skyline at night! The food was excellent, we had no trouble at all communicating with our personally assigned planner, they were incredibly willing to tailor the experience to help make it what we wanted, and given just how unique of a setting it is it was also extremely reasonably priced for what was provided! any fears of the boat being unsteady or causing seasickness were quickly dispelled once we started moving, its both very still and very quiet once it gets going. On the whole, an unforgettable experience and a very well organised service.
