I had such a wonderful experience at With Love Bridal Boutique and its staff! Their friendly and helpful manner made picking out a selection of dresses to try easy, and they gave useful pointers throughout, listening and asking questions, which enabled them to guide me thought a selection of suitable styles. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable, making the whole process of finding my dress extremely enjoyable. I supported my friend to choose a wedding dress, with specific requirements. She was very clear about what she wanted. Jan was an amazing support to the process, as she took the time to listen, and hear what was required to select the right dresses for the fitting...there were 3. The fitting experience was very emotional to be a part of, and I was very pleased to watch friend purchase....THE DRESS. The material was light and very easy to wear and the lace was authentic Chantilly lace...just stunning!!! I would highly recommend this boutique. Both Jan and Valerie know their stuff. Amazing shop! I had the best experience here. They chose 5 dresses for me as with COVID I was not allowed to browse myself. All dresses were great and suited me but the 5th and final one was perfect. It was the dress I chose. Wow!! With love bridal boutique you are truly exceptional! From the minute I entered the store with a dress in mind my experience was incredible. I went in knowing exactly which dress I would like and Val asked me if she could try and beat the dress. I said she could try... and boy did she do it! She gave me the most perfect amazing dress which was better than any dress I had ever seen. For all of my fittings Jan was absolutely amazing, and so accommodating. They let me come in a few extra times to show my dress to my Nan for her 70th birthday which was so special and again when one of my bridesmaids was back in the country for a limited amount of time. Both Jan and Val are truly amazing at their jobs and if you are in need of special personalised service then look no further because they are the best in the business. I visited 3 other stores before coming here and I definitely left the best til last. On the day I had so many comments about how amazing my gown is and I can only thank Val and Jan as it really was my perfect gown and couldn’t have suited me more. I wish I could keep going back to With Love Bridal because the ladies felt like friends to me and my family and I will miss visiting you! I must have visited about 7 different bridal boutiques before finding this gem. As soon as my mother-in-law and I stepped into the shop, Val was extremely attentive. She made us feel as ease immediately. She listened to everything I was looking for and knew that they would be able to find me a perfect dress. Despite desperately wanting sleeves, I spotted a sleeveless dress and knew that I had to try it on. Val gave me the confidence to go for it and, despite trying on other dresses, nothing compared to the first one. My mother was abroad and although you can't take photos of the dress before buying, they suggested I FaceTime my mum so that she could share in the special moment. Both Val and Jan were extremely accommodating - since I am a teacher I was not always able to make appointments at convenient times for the boutique, however, they booked me in for fitting appointment just before opening and even held my dress for an extra week and had it pressed on a Monday (when they're usually closed). Their kindness and care for their brides is clear to see and it was a pleasure finding my dress with them. Pronovias was the one! Thank you Val and Jan for making my experience with you so enjoyable and stress-free!

I strongly recommend this store, very friendly from my first visit, found my dress on their suggestion, I went back a couple of weeks before my wedding, and was really looked after, they did some alterations while I was there and steamed my dress without any charge. I cannot reccomed With Love Bridal enough!! I had one to one service with Valery, Yasmin and Jan. If you are lucky enough to have any of these ladies you are in such good hands. Valery was the lead stylist and she just knew exactly what to put on my figure. You can just tell the amount of experience she has. I wanted to try basically every style on me to know that I had the full wedding dress shop experience. I didnt want to feel like made a decision to quickly and also didn't want the appointment to end because i was having the best time. Valery is such a wonderful person. She made the experience so incredible and I'm forever grateful that I have that memory. I will always have such fond memories. Yasmin and Jan also gave really good advice and just made me feel so so special. The shop itself is beautiful and airy, the ladies gave my guests drinks and top ups and everyone felt safe, comfortable and happy. They also allowed my nanny to come and see me in my dress which just meant the world. The selection of dresses is just amazing. I'm a size 16 girl and I never thought I could try on so many dresses. The range is very size inclusive if your worried...don't be!! I was also shown dresses that I liked the idea of but were half my budget. I loved that they did that! Overall the service and experience was incredible. I would reccomend to everyone! Thank you to the team for making that day so so special.

Visited the store end of Oct 2020 with my sister before the 2nd lockdown and I'm so glad I did. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jan and Yasmin. This was the 1st bridal boutique I visited and can't believe I found my dress so early on at such a decent price. Jan is an absolute expert she knows your body type and exactly what you are looking for. She gave such great advice on what types of undergarments to wear with certain dresses too. She works within your budget and allows you to try different silhouettes to make sure you are satisfied and she is so lovely, easy to talk to and funny. Yasmin is also very sweet and accomodating and gave me some lovely compliments when I was trying on dresses. They gave us drinks and made us feel so welcome. They gave us all the time we needed to find the right dress. I couldn't fault this store. I had such a great bridal experience and couldn't stop smiling after I left. You will not regret coming to this store for your wedding dress experience.

I visited 13 different bridal shops (this one being my first) and honestly couldn’t find nicer dresses but more importantly people! Val and her team were so caring, kind, thoughtful, helpful and professional. They made sure I felt comfortable and that my dress was absolutely stunning! They went as far as opening up on a Monday morning so I could collect my dress - when this should be their day off! I really could not recommend With Love Bridal enough to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress. I went to several bridal shops in Kent and was ready to give up but from my very first appointment, the With Love team made it such a personal and special experience for me and my mum who I brought along. I visited With Love Bridal Boutique 6 weeks before my wedding day. I already had a dress which i'd bought elsewhere which I'd changed my mind about. I called the store and spoke with Valery (who is so lovely!) she assured me that they could help and did her best to squeeze me into an appointment the following week. Valery took the time to take some information from me on the phone and we discussed the sort of dresses I liked. When I went to the appointment Valery had hand picked several dresses which fitted the brief and I absolutely loved all of them. Jan, who takes care of the alterations (which is all done in house) advised of ways I could alter the dresses (I particularly wanted a backless dress). In the end the dress I chose had a little lace at the back which the team actually removed. Althought it was very close to my wedding date the ladies went above and beyond to give me my dream dress and I can't thank them enough. I picked out my beautiful wedding dress in February this year and wore it last week. It was the most amazing dress and cost me half the price I was prepared to spend elsewhere. My mother in law thought I had spent double the retail price on it as it looked so amazing and I felt like a princess on my special day. The train floated down the steps as if I was a movie star and when I looked at my guests nearly all if them were in tears. I could not have wished for a better dress and the compliments still keep coming a week later. The ladies at With Love were brilliant and were very attentive and patient when I forgot my shoes at a fitting and they were unable to measure me for the length adjustment. They have the best range of dresses and at the time I went, a massive sample sale. I had an ordeal deciding on two amazing dresses both so gorgeous it was so difficult to decide on and this was after I thought i had found my perfect dress in another shop so was not really expecting much! I found the ladies really lovely.

Have had a fantastic experience at this shop. Valerie helped me pick out a beautiful dress and with her incredible vision and Jan's expert skill and knowledge, together they have transformed it into something completely unique and stunning - quite literally my perfect dress. I had a super positive experience here, I found both Val and Jan to be extremely attentive and positive. It’s nice to have someone who is possibly as excited as you be there to help you try things on. Val was also great when it came to picking dresses for me, my mum and I had picked two each and Val asked if it was okay for her to pick some ‘wild cards’ which we were totally on board with seeing as she knows the dresses she has, despite loving everything I tried on I ended up going with one of her wild cards and bought it then and there. I can't actually reconcile the experience I had at this shop with the few negative reviews I have read. Luckily, I hadn't visited the shop due to reading reviews, but due to passing it everyday admiring it's beautiful dresses in the Windows and immuculately maintained shop floor, which as a business person in retail, I took as a good sign. I made my appointment with ease and was asked reasonable questions such as if I had fixed my wedding date, reasonable given that there is no point in wasting people's valuable time if you do not have a date or venue booked! I visited the shop on a Saturday and although there was another bride being seen by another assistant in the next changing room, the lady dealing with me (Jan) was totally focused on my requirements. I was allowed to choose a couple of dresses ( which was difficult as they were all gorgeous ) and Jan selected a couple which she thought followed my brief but was also challenged ideas of what I thought suited me best. The whole experience was revelatory and amazing. Jan was knowledgeable and clearly knew her products. At first I wondered if I should have looked at more dresses, but soon realised that it doesn't take trying on 100s of dresses in countless bridal shops to know when it's 'the one!'. Suffice to say I bought a simply stunning wedding dress that I wouldn't have picked out for myself and I felt a million dollars wearing it. This Is wholly attributed to Jans impeccable eye and incredible talent for detail. She and her assistant were amazing. I was so pleased with my experience that I felt I had to write a review as this was somebody who clearly felt vey passionately about her work, craft and customers. As a woman in business myself I recognised this level of dedication and admired and appreciated the high level of service I received. I read others reviews and simply cannot understand the petty comments of some people, but can only say that they reveal more about themselves than providing any valuable constructive criticism. I hope most people are intelligent enough to see through their narciscism and pay no attention to these rediculous comments of 'another bride was allowed to walk, I had to stand on a podium...' I am amazed the staff remain so professional when they have to deal with such customers that are only interested in playing dress-up at others expense. My experience was spot on. It was attentive and professional and I walked away feeling that I had just bought the most beautiful dress I will ever wear in my life. That feeling is priceless and I doubt I would have felt that anywhere else.

I just had to write a review to say my piece and let other brides know the truth about this shop! I was originally reluctant to visit this shop after reading some poor reviews; but I did, as my mum advised me to as it's a bigger shop than most and there would probably be great variety there. I was so pleasantly surprised that I couldn't help but thumbs up and smile excitedly over my shoulder as Jan wasn't looking! Jan was such an honest and professional lady with a lovely attitude and a wealth of knowledge and experience. I felt so comfortable and special. We were the only ones and the door was locked to avoid disturbances. I felt that Jan really listened to what I wanted and there was no pressure to buy at all. Despite this, we popped over the road for a coffee to chat and returned to buy straight away. Where do I begin, well I found my perfect dress with the help of Jan & Val making me feel so comfortable because I’m not your typical size 12 bride, after having bought it for my wedding which was meant to take place in jan 2019, but due to my fiancé’s ill health we had to cancel it, a year later with literally 6 weeks notice in August this year, Jan made some adjustments to my dress as I had gained weight but Jan worked wonders and made the dress fit perfectly and made me feel really special on my day, so thank you Jan you work wonders!!

Went to with love bridal today after having a horrible experience at purchasing a dress from another shop...they have been amazing from the start from the start helping me with suggestions even to the point of offering me into the shop with my dress to see what we could suggest...they never fobbed me off to by one of their own dressed they took my needs into account and have been truly amazing...i would like to get a extra thank you to Jan & Valery who really made me and my mum feel welcomed and for spending time to help me through this experience and make me feel better about myself and my dress you ladys have been truly amazing with kinds regards Rebecca Side
