K. W.Every girl dreams of her wedding day, I for one loved the idea of dressing up like a princess and marrying my Prince Charming. From the moment I walked in it was magical and I felt so emotional my dreams were coming true. I was made to feel so welcome, I had an idea of a dress I saw on the website so I tried that on and about 3 more and I actually fell in love with a different one i surprised myself and chose a blush dress. I felt on top of the world. The young lady brown hair helping me knew her stuff (sorry I forgot your name) she suggested a belt and my word it took that dress from 10 to an 11 definitely worth it. Also bought a stunning veil. Dress was an excellent price as well. Waited about 5 months for the dress which was normal and had my alterations appointment and was met by the friendliest lady (short dark hair) she was honestly so wonderful a real credit to your business just like the young lady who helped me find a dress so praise to them! My wedding day was so magical my dress got so many compliments and I felt so confident, comfortable and beautiful! Thank you so much Alta and team

All of the women are lovely and friendly, making me feel totally at ease when finding my perfect wedding dress as well as the after sales experience. A special thank you to Joanne who helped me to find my perfect dress and also helped to get the measurements spot on so very little alteration was needed. I am very grateful for the experience especially as I was a little nervous at first. Thank you - I would highly recommend!

It was the first time wedding dress shopping, so really I had no idea what to expect and what sort of dresses would suit me. The girls helped me pick out dresses and chose some for me to try on too - they were so patient with me and really helped me figure out what sort of dresses I will be searching for. A photo was also taken of me in every dress so I can cherish them in my phone and look back at them and the wonderful experience I had.
I will for sure be back & would recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress

The ladies are lovely, polite, supportive and patient as you desperately try to narrow down the choices. Based on my questionnaire, Lauren nailed the perfect dress before I even arrived and Ines did a wonderful job turning THE dress into MY dress. Now I can't wait for all my guests to see it!!

B. D.What wonderful staff. My daughters original wedding dress was ruined and with only a week to go they really stepped up to the mark. Hannah was great and the dresses they have are amazing. Don't go anywhere else.
B. G.I purchased my dress in a one day sample sale. Due to being quite small and petite I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything. However I needn’t have been, the staff were amazing. I had enquired beforehand and received a response in good time to make the journey over to Maidstone (an hours drive for me). Unfortunately I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was so patient and attentive (even though there was a queue outside!). I was still allowed to have my “this is the one” moment. The dresses were well cared for, and although a sample sale, none of the dresses I tried on looked liked they’d been worn at all. In fact the one I went home with, was basically new but due to small size no one had tried it on. Result!!
