Had an absolutely fantastic day at today's Harry potter event, the staff were all friendly and attentive, the security guard was absolutely lovely and the day was made special for the kids. Thank you !! Will be back again for sure. Was also nice and air conditioned great for a hot day.

We went along for a Sunday family funday. We hired the shuffleboard for 2 hours. Whilst there we had delicious pizzas and several drinks. The service was very good and the staff waiting on us ensured that we always had everything we needed. The premier league was being played in the screens (and Chelsea won) so the kids were more than happy. The children have asked if we can go again but next time spend the whole day, playing all of the different games available. We will definitely return for more family fun!

Booked this place very last minute for my son's stag night as had been let down by another establishment. Haven't been to a club in a long time and found the security to be very thorough but I guess that gives you confidence. We booked the table tennis for 2 hours and it was excellent. We had a great time and everyone else there seemed to be really enjoying it too. Drinks were also reasonably priced. Staff could have been happier - none of them looked like they wanted to be there - but other that that it was great.

Door staff were very polite and friendly. The venue was nice and we had a pool table. The food wasn't great and the price didn't really match the quality. The drinks weren't great either, we had a few beers which smelt awful and a coke which tasted like cheap artificial cola. All in all it was quite expensive for what it was. Could be a 5 star experience if they just invested a little bit more in their food and beverage offering.

Went with my friends a few weeks ago to watch the boxing, the security Bernie made our night. He was nothing like any security I’ve come across in a club for a long time, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to help us with, whilst managing to keep the club safe at the same time. Thanks Bernie

Absolutely banging night! From the start the evening we started with the magic wand from Bernie at the door followed by a great entrance and service from Charlie! Mohammed kept us in check throughout the night and Chelsea and Matt couldn't be more helpful behind the bar! Great night and wonderful staff! Will attend again 🙌🏻 Cracking night here... Attend if you can!

Very luxury with an amazing atmosphere. Great for a couple to have a drink. Or even bring a group of friends to play a variety of games! Had an amazing first visit there. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing venue Jack and Luke have turned this place into! The club has been fully revamped and looks absolutely brilliant!! The service was great and made us feel extremely welcome. The door staff were friendly and relaxed! Every part of the clubs atmosphere was incredible. We had a reserved table for our night which we were regularly checked on for refills and further orders by staff and the owners! This is definitely the go-to place for a quality night out and we will definitely be back there again soon👌🏼

Fantastic new sports/brunch bar, despite all the restrictions they have to adhere to due to Covid this place is quality. TVs everywhere and a giant screen in the middle means no matter where you sit you have a great view of whatever is being shown, and the table service was very good from the staff. We also ate and the food was cooked to perfection, we had the hotdogs and wings shared amongst our group there were no complaints! We will definitely be visiting here often, it's great to have a different concept for a bar in Maidstone.

I have been to Ballin on a few occasions since its grand opening and every time I have had a great night. I am very impressed with the level of service provided. We never had to wait long for the bar staff to offer us another drink and there was a good variety of food and it tasted amazing. I have been previously to play table tennis which was a lot of fun and I recently went to watch the football. There were several screens to watch the football on and the club had been decorated really well. The DJ played a good variety of songs and there was such a good atmosphere. Will definitely go again!

I have not only dealt with Ballin on a businesss basis but have had a great time here with friends. The place is run reallly well and provides a great day or night (or both) out with so much to do, you have to give this place a visit!

This is unmistakably the best thing we've come across by way of entertainment. The combination of activities, food, service and pricing is five star. My only criticism is for such a higher venue your exterior masks everything. Curiosity and a very well-spoken gentleman at the front is what brought us in. A very enjoyable venue with good atmosphere a must visit.

Amazing club run by absolute legends. We did private hire for our Nando’s Christmas party, and the team couldn’t do enough to make the night quality. Plenty of staff on so we didn’t have to wait for drinks, nothing was too much trouble. The place is spotless, DJ was playing amazing tunes we had an amazing night. Defo be back, and will be in for beers next weekend!

We came from Essex for a night out to watch the football. We arrived 20 minutes early and the staff found space for us in a booth. We watched the football on then 2726722 screens they have. Service from the lady was very quick and we had a great time. Would definitely come back in future!

I took my group of girls there and had nothing but the best night. Jack and Gibbo looked after us so well! The bar staff were unreal and made sure they always had a smile on their face! Honestly a 10/10 night we all left so happy❤️

Shock and awe Didn't know about this place just walked in because we were too early for our 7 o clock booking elsewhere. I can only ask why is the place hidden. We walked in as a group of ten and we were totally shocked. The place does not make any sense at all. This is probably the nicest bar in the entire southeast of England and its a sports bar with beer pong. The owner has real gem that needs to be marketed more I would have much preferred to cancel our entire booking in the other place. 4 of us returned after and were welcomed by very humorous staff at the front. I will go back for sporting events as there isn't anywhere better right now. INCREDIBLE VENUE

This is a five star venue from front to back. From the curteous witty good humoured chap at the front door to our waitresses who always seem to be there just as we needed them. The pizzas were great and we were lucky to try different ones with the brunch. To the two guys who seem to manage the place you have a real gold mine there. I would class this as a something for everyone 5 star rated gaming venue with friggin good music

Well...what a venue! I previously visited this club when it was Gallery and wow what a difference. Every aspect of the night was on point. The venue itself has been transformed and the staff, food, drinks were all amazing and not overpriced. Definitely the best place in Kent go for a night out with a bit of a difference and not to mention it was so clean for a nightclub. Can't wait for my next night out there!

Brought my brother and wife to Ballin not knowing what to expect. I had read the reviews here when the venue was suggested by a friend. The staff and management blew away my apprehensions from the moment we walked up to the front of the building. We are not young but young at heart and the night was AAAplus rated. My brother lives in London but was amazed at the place. We talked to others in the venue too and the feeling was the same. I was asked for feedback on my wayout and we all thanked them but I think they already knew because they were just grinning away. Nice venue nice people I think they should tell people more about their excellent food no other chicken burger can cut it. Lol

My daughters took me too your disney party afternoon as a birthday treat as i love disney.I wanted to give 5 stars as entertainment wise it was amazing i did have a wonderful time but my daughters were left disappointed.They explained that for the cost they expected more food but between 4 we had what i would class as 2 small pizzas that was it,my daughter did inquire to staff who said there would be more so just a fob off,so after telling me the cost i understand their disappointment.So would i recommend this place for theme days yes but would advise eating else were first even if they advertise food you dont get it.

Its a all day with everything going on here, sports TV, American pool, food, we booked the cocktail beer pong vip, after everything it's classy nightclub. I attended with a friend on Saturday for a brunch and could not fault it! The venue is amazing with great staff who are all very welcoming and helpful. Very classy venue it's should be in Las Vegas or Hollywood the staff are very good and quick to help. We were dragged into the bar by the beautiful man at front just to see. We stayed. Lol. For very long time good food very good food maybe manager will organise big gaming competition for beer pong table tennis and final in snooker with big prize. I don’t often leave reviews but I have to come on to say what an amazing venue this place and the staff was! I used to go out every weekend before having my son a year ago, last night was the first night out since having him and I could not of wished for a better first night out! Security guards were lovely! A lady who I believe was running the place was fantastic with us, got us a table as I did not know we needed to book and we had staff check on us for table service all the time, not realising the dress code was very relaxed with us , amazing atmosphere and despite being £400 down between 4 of us on food and drink (my partner can’t tame his spending 🙄🤣) we had the most amazing night and I have no regrets🤣 we will be back! Thank you all so much. It’s been a long couple of years for everyone in this pandemic but being pregnant and giving birth in one when you have the opportunity to go out you wouldn’t want a better experience than we had last night. I planned to go out to be me and the staff made my night memorable. Amazing care keep it up guys💙

Music was great definitely got your 2hrs worth with the drinks and use of the beer pong tables. Food was great I’d definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone. The venue is simply unreal for maidstone. You cannot help but gasp when you reach the top of the stairs and go through the double doors. Me and 7 work friends were at a loose end having just left a large pub close by, we got chatting to the manager who we can only thank for a spectacular night. Customer service managers and a true bunch of critics normally, we all universally agreed that the staff we came across were exceptional. The bar staff were VIP grade attentive and those doormen were not like any I've come across, polite, humerous, and watchful ( my forgotten phone was returned to me before I even made the front door. I regret getting the chips when asked if we wanted food because 2 of my friends got a chicken burger a defo for when I go back. Thank you for an amazin time. I 've never ever considered writing a review for anything but your venue is totally unreal and I will be back for a repeat please do not change anything.

OMG. Wow what a different place this is. We went here spontaneously after going to the German place which we loved and didn't think the night could get better, most of us being over 30 in age. We were wowed in by the big tall good looking security guy at the front. Happiness is infectious and that was true of all the staff serving courtious from start to finish. The space inside was like Doctor Who tardis you never expect it to be that big. Everything was just huge all the screens big like being in Las Vegas. This place is truely an embellishment on any night out. Thank you Gina for your help. And Thank you the two guys that gave us the beer pong table and table tennis I will be back.

Brilliant new venue for Maidstone, staff are very attentive! Music is good, really gives off Shoreditch vibes. Had a chance to chat to the owner which is rare these days, very genuine guy would 100% recommend.

It is a really big and nice venue, you'd never tell from the outside! We had fun playing beer pong the only down was the manager lady (i assume) being a bit rude.
