I am so glad I stumbled across Jackie and her wonderful seamstresses! The customer service at this boutique is AMAZING! I found my dream dress on the first visit. Jackie instantly knew what I wanted when I described my dream dress! I will definitely be bringing friends and family who want to get married to Jackie's boutique! She goes over and beyond for her customers and she even stayed late to make sure I was able to try my dress to ensure everything was perfect! Jackie completed all my alterations in just 2 days! A very multi talented woman!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars then I would! I was so nervous to go and try on dresses as I'd only given birth to my second child a few months before and I wasn't feeling very confident in myself but Jackie and her sister made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was adamant I was having a certain style of dress and that that's what I would be leaving with but boy was I wrong! I let Jackie work her magic and I got the most perfect dress that I felt absolutely beautiful in! Jackie is amazing and so down to Earth and she really knows what she's talking about! Thank you not only for finding me the most amazing wedding dress but for also giving me my confidence back!

I had my first bridal appointment today; I was made to feel very comfortable / relaxed and tried on various styles, and with the help of Jackie and my bridal party I found the perfect dress! The experience was so much calmer and more fun than I expected and I’m so happy with the help & service I’ve received so far 😁

I bought my dress from another store and came here for my alterations and veil because it was more local and my friend came here for hers - Jackie was amazing throughout! Even when I had dieted a bit too much after my alteration appointment, Jackie had additional alterations sorted for me on short notice! can I give 10 out of 5 stars?! don't even know where to begin! Customer service is out of this world! I first met Jackie back in 2020! I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Jackie listened, understood me, we had an informal chat and a laugh, she took into consideration what I wanted and lined up a few dresses for me. She said though that firstly she wants me to try on this one particular dress first. I was open to it so why not... I tried it on. I loved it! I fell in love with it instantly! but this was the first dress in what I thought was going to be the first of many bridal boutiques... 15 dresses (on the same day!) later... that first dress. I had it back on and knew that that was going to be MY dress! prior to this first meeting Jackie didn't know me from Adam! how did she get it soooo right?! fast forward 2 years after one date postponement. I've just been to pick up my dress! my wedding is 2 weeks away on Saturday and I couldn't be happier with Jackie's service! I will forever recommend bespoke bridal boutique! I wish I could do the dress choosing all over again just to remain in Jackie's company! I can't thank you enough you amazing human!! roll on 11th June! I'll send you a sneaky whatsapp pic ;)

I didn’t find my dress at the shop as I am quite petite and slim, and my dress requests are quite specific. This was my first dress appointment. However, Jackie is one of the most wonderful, helpful, and friendliest person I have ever came across. She took in consideration my body type, my likes and dislikes and she gave some good advice as to what to look for in the future. I cannot thank her enough for this pleasant experience.

Went to Bespoke today with one dress in mind that I had seen a few months ago, Jackie was very honest with me when I went and said she really would not sell me a dress that didn't suit and she really put me at ease, I knew at this point that she loved what she did and not going to sell me anything that didn't look right. I tried the dress on and instantly fell in love, after accessoring me which again in my opinion looked fabulous, she started advising me on bridesmaid colours. This advice was valued and very much appreciated as I for one wanted as little stress as possible, my maid of honour was with me and tried on a few dresses which was very unexpected but really added to the most wonderful and stress free experience , neither of which would I have picked out but omg they were both amazing and fit my bridesmaid perfectly, we stood together in our dresses to show which style and colours matched. We just need to get all my bridesmaids together now for a appointment to try on and be measured,. I'm so glad I went along to this little boutique it really is a gem 💕💕

Amazing experience, Jackie was fantastic and really made my Daughter feel so special. 2 weeks before my Daughter was due to get married she changed her mind about the dress she wanted. Me and my sister the bride to be had an amazing experience. My sister hadn't even tried any dresses on elsewhere, Jackie was a like a fairy God mother she was amazing and we chose the most beautiful dress for my sister's day. She wasn't pushy at all, gave lots of advice and was very patient. Jackie is very experienced in the industry, you can tell straight away with the true passion she has for her business and role. Went last night with my friend to try on her wedding dress she ordered. It fitted Perfectly.(no need for any alterations at all)it was Beautiful. Jackie is very professional and has an eye for something if it's not quite right.i.e. my friend had bought a veil else where. It did not match at all. Veil was white her dress is ivory. Jackie choose a veil that looked Amazing. My friend is so happy she said she felt like a Princess. She looked Beautiful . And she can't wait for the day. Thank You Jackie
