I purchased my wedding dress from One Special Day two years ago, unfortunately our wedding has been postponed twice due to covid so we are now to be married next year. They have been absolutely amazing with me, letting me store my dress in the shop for a very small fee, I have been back today to try my dress on and was so nervous as I thought it wasn't going to fit me anymore. Danielle was so lovely and helped me get into the dress, it is perfect and I have left so happy. Thanks so much for today Danielle, you have really put my mind at ease and I can't wait to finally wear my dream dress next May. Would recommend this shop to anyone searching for their dream wedding dress

Staff, Danielle, so helpful. No rush or pressure and an amazing selection of wedding dresses, all at very reasonable prices. The prom dresses also look amazing, I can't wait to pick up my wedding dress. Danielle has been there every step of the way. Keeping me updated on timings for delivery so I could plan ahead. 5 stars for the 5 star service. We got let down by another shop for a prom dress. These fantastic ladies were amazing. They changed our awful experience with another shop in to an amazing one. Fantastic selection of prom dresses , at great prices. Molly was amazing she gave my daughter so much confidence, an absolute credit to this shop. Paula was great as she found my mum a mother of the bride outfit. I'll be coming back here for my wedding dress. You should advertise more as the people in South Manchester will love your amazing shop. I also brought my baby to the shop which wasn't easy, but nothing was too much trouble. Amazing x

What a fantastic shop! What a truly amazing experience from start to finish. Paula feels like a life long friend who gives honest and genuine advice. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Paula and her team genuinely care that you feel amazing in your dress without any pushy sales pitch or hard sell and encouraged me to think about the wedding dress and come back. Which I did and was certain I had found my perfect dress. One Special Day has such a great selection of bridal dresses and bridesmaid dresses and always makes me feel truly special and so excited for my big day. I can't recommend One Special Day enough and I can guarantee you will enjoy your personal experience from start to finish and feel like a real princess. I wish I could get married every year to spend more time with Paula and her amazing selection of dresses.

I went in to One Special Day with my friend whilst she tried on wedding dresses last August. Paula and Stacey were lovely and made us feel really welcome as we were in the shop for a good few hours. My friend eventually selected a dress which was absolutely stunning. Nothing was too much trouble on Paula's side and right up until the day the service was excellent. Lovely little shop with parking facilities, nice range of dresses offered in a range of sizes and a non-judgemental dress service to allow you to find a nice dress, and in the correct size. The fitting room is Nice and big so it's easy to get in and out of things without too much fuss (they are wedding dresses, there's a little fuss!) They also offer bridesmaid/prom dresses here which are equally as gorgeous.
