Had a fantastic experience at the Wed2b store. The first time I went I was served by Ellie who was an absolute star, she made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I then went in again to try my dress and was served by Maddie who again was amazing! For someone who was dreading wedding dress shopping the staff at this store made the process so easy and actually enjoyable.

Chelsea is the most beautiful human being. I went there a couple of weeks ago to book an appointment, and she kindly explained me is not needed to make one in advance but they may put up a wait list during busiest days...that day there was not too much people so she invited me to try on my favourite dress, which I loved straight away. I let mom fly from Italy to come and see it, so we were back couple of days ago. She recognised me straight away, she remembered also the dress and size, isn't it lovely? She also managed to squeeze us in they're very busy schedule, so mum would have had the chance to see me 😊 thanks Chelsea, I will hopefully see you soon again 🥰

Absolutely incredible experience! Plenty of dresses and the staff were so friendly. Unfortunately i didnt find my dress this time, but they get deliveries weekly. Will 100% be trying again later in the year

I have had the best experience and customer service from WED2B Manchester. I was served by Nicola who made me feel really relaxed and helped me find my most perfect dress. She is an absolute credit to the store. I can not highly recommend WE2B in Manchester city centre enough.

Bought my wedding dress at the Manchester store, and was served by nicola and Jen. They were so helpful in finding me the perfect dress that I was comfortable in and at a price I could afford. They were attentive, patient and very kind, especially in helping me find the correct additional accessories by bringing out every belt they had! They also made sure the dress was perfect by having it cleaned for me before I took it home. I’m bringing all my bridesmaids back here to get them kitted out for the big day. You really do come back because of the great customer service. Thank you for making the process so smooth and simple. As you can tell, I would highly recommend x

Located above Next in the Arndale Center. On arrival we (2 daughters and myself) were greated by Holly, very friendly and helpful. My daughter (bride-to-be) relaxed and enjoyed the "find the dress" experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of beautiful dress choice and great range of sizes. Large changing room area to try on and show the gowns. No pressure sales. Most dresses upto £599 or platinum range £799 so you know what the dress cost will be at maximum, so no disappointed of finding the right dress with the wrong price tag. We spent some time and my daughter couldn't decide between 2 gowns. We left the store to reflect on decisions. Torn, 2 days later her best friends and bridesmaids said they would go with her, and back we went (with a tot too). Lauren helped us, again, like Holly, very welcoming and helpful.... yet another dress in the decision making, which Lauren picked out to try. Yep, we had a winner, together with necessities of underskirt, veil etc. Gown purchased and case in hand we left the store very content with decisions and no pressure. The smile on my daughters face said everything. My daughter is very happy with her choice and looking forward to her big day. Lauren and Holly made the visits very special. Highly recommend a visit here if you are in need of a wedding gown without costing the earth or compromising on quality. I have 1 negative comment about this store, no toilets for customers, and you can be there a while. Now I just need to find somewhere like this store for mother-of-the-bride outfits. Sorry no photos, don't want to ruin the big day surprise.

Thank you Ellie for helping choose the perfect dress for our perfect day. Thank you for your honesty and patience with each dress that I tried on. Eliie and Holly were both amazing in assisting in the choosing of my dress. I tried 4 dresses in total and this one was the winner. Eliie was extremely knowledgeable in the best dress style for my body shape. She made me feel very at ease and nothing was too much for her.

Fantastic customer service. I walked in and was showed to a seating area. The lady asked if I had any ideas for what i was looking for. I showed her and she came back with two dresses. I loved the first one but still tried the other one first. When i tried the one i had seen first it was perfect. I was 5 months pregnant on trying the dress on therefore there was some guess work done by the sales assistant. I was 8.5 months two days on getting married. Only a small alteration on the bust was made. Thankyou so much WED2BE. Xx

HOLLY, THE LOVELY GIRL ON THE DESK GREATED ME WHEN I ARRIVED. NOTHING WAS 2 MUCH TROUBLE. SO HELPFUL. THEN MY DRESSER WHO GOT ME IN N OUT OF A MILLION DRESSES. I WAS SUCH HARD WORK.!!!! This was our second visit, with my two younger bridesmaids (12 & 13). They were both excited, but nervous and extremely self conscious. The young lady who helped us was fantastic, putting them both at ease, understanding their worries. She made it such a lovely experience & pretty soon their dresses were chosen. They understood what I was looking for and then threw in a couple of curve balls. I recommend them for helping me on my first foray into wedding dress shopping and the dresses are excellent quality. I went to the WED2B store in Manchester and I was very well looked after by all of the ladies there especially Gabrielle. She was amazing! After all her hard work and help I found my dream dress which I absolutely adore. There was so much choice and so many different styles of dresses, it was so hard to choose. I tried on so many! Through Gabrielle's expertise she recommended a certain dress for me and it was instantly 'THE ONE' I loved it straight away and it came home with me that day too... I just want to thank all of the ladies with an extra big thank you to Gabrielle for all of your patience, support and help throughout the whole process. It was so enjoyable, exciting and I loved it. Popped in yesterday for a look. The staff member who helped us was excellent and spoke through all the options available with no pressure to buy. In fact knowing the stress of a wedding she allowed us to note all the dresses we liked and gave us the contact details for a store nearer to home. I went to the wed2be in Manchester today not knowing what I wanted at all. I could not fault the service of any of the staff from the minute I walked in the door x everything was explained brilliantly. After choosing 4 dresses we were taken to the spacious waiting area. Once it was out turn a lady called Katie called us in to the dressing room area. Katie is amazing. From start to finish she was truly amazing. I changed my mind about a couple of the dresses so Katie took them out of the dressing room and brought me 2 of her choice in to try. What can I say one of her choices is now my wedding dress. It is not something I would have ever gone for but the minute I put it on I just knew. That was all down to Katie for bringing that dress in for me. Amazing service from Lauren at WED2B Manchester in helping me find the one! It was a choice by Lauren and one that I would have never picked out myself but I feel like a princess in it and can't wait for my wedding day! I bought my dress in august just after the first lock down after a lockdown proposal. We set a date straight away so i started to browse flr dresses. Instantly fell in love with a dress from wed2b. Due to lockdown couldn't travel with all my bridesmaids as not in my bubble but my mum and daughter helped with final decision. Cannot say thank you enough to tanya at the leeds branch for her help. So helpful and understamding. Wed2b after care service is amazing. Get all my questions about storage answered. Also I have used one of their recommended dress makers who is on my doorstep for my alterations. Checked on my dress twice since i bought it cannot help myself. Its like christmas everytime I open it and cannot wait for my big day. I would recommend wed2b to anyone. My dress was an absolute bargain amazing value for money.

I got my wedding dress from here around a year ago for my wedding on Saturday, We visited on a Monday morning so the shop was really quiet which meant we had 2 members of staff to help. This was great as one would help me to get in the dresses and another would go and find other dresses for me to try. The type of dress I thought I would end up with looked completely wrong and my sister had a suggestion of a fishtail type dress which is the dress I ended up with, and was a dress that a member of staff had got for me. I also ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses and some accessories too. I didn't feel pushed into buying anything at all, but the staff were so helpful. I had so many compliments on the day. I would definitely recommend!

Holly was so friendly, helpful and understanding. She made me feel so welcome and the dresses were stunning, and matched my vision perfectly. She spent 2 hours with me finding the right silhouette and fabrics.

I tried on a few dresses in January but wasn't able to find one - mainly because I had already found the one! The staff were lovely and told me how everything worked. I tried on a few dresses and loved that the lady was friendly and honest - sorry I can't remember your name but if I remember rightly you have a pug/french bulldog. I ended up getting my veil here which was exactly what I wanted and ended up saving £70! Definitely check out Wed2B for accessories as well as dresses as you could make a big saving.

I came into wed2b on 1st September to find my wedding dress. Gabrielle was the lady who helped me, she was amazing! I came will a list of dresses that I thought I liked but none of them really hit the mark, then Gabrielle came up with a wild card dress, something I would not even have looked at! Gabrielle certainly knows her stuff, the dress was perfect! I cannot thank Gabrielle enough for listening to me, her patience and genuine happiness in helping me find my dream dress. I have been singing the praises of web2b to everyone, cannot recommend them enough. At the time I bought my dress I didn't think I would wear a veil but changed my mind and yesterday was back to buy a veil and again was accommodated by the lovely Gabrielle. The store was very welcoming and we weren't rushed at all, plenty of time to browse and didn't have to wait long to start trying dresses. Meliza was brilliant and really helpful. I don't normally like trying clothes on at all in shops, but Meliza was friendly, enthusiastic, honest, made me feel relaxed and able to enjoy trying dresses, and we had a laugh as well. Great experience and I left with my wonderful dress. I will be going back for the bridesmaids and flowers girls, as one of my flower girls was with me on the day and Meliza made sure she enjoyed herself trying things on too.

I cant remember her name (dark skinned girl, black hair with headband, very pretty, very chatty) She had all the time in the world for me and even glammed me up with a veil. Id recommend this shop to anyone wanting to try dresses but cant make appointments as we waited around 20mins with no appt amd it was very busy.
