Always use for our balloon needs! Never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I've taken balloons in that I brought from elsewhere to be blown up and I've brought balloons and weights from them also!

had to decorate the restaurant for Jubilee weekend. So I went there to buy extra decorations, as everywhere was sold out. They were very busy, with queue, out to the front door. Staff were very friendly.

I was bowled over by the kindness of your colleague ZOE. Told her I was buying some balloons to cheer up my wife who is suffering illness at the moment. As I left the shop I increased my order. She told me to pay for the increase after I returned to collect the balloons after shopping in Tescos. When I offered her the additional money she told me she had paid herself as a gesture for my wife…UNBELIEVABLE KINDNESS!!

Great lil shop for party decorations and balloons. Loads of options for helium balloons for different occasions and ages. They have balloons suitable for lil kids to play with too. The staff are friendly as well, would recommend. :)

A great shop for all your party needs. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much anf they're happy to answer any questions. I think it's pretty reasonably priced too. I love the wide variety of products that they have, they definitely cover all events!

Went in to get spider man themed accessories and balloons but the store was small and couldn't accommodate all the themed accessories so we were asked to go to the bletchley store for the same. Has all the basic balloons and a few other party accessories.

Thank you for helping me with balloons and confetti for a 16th birthday party. Very friendly staff and priced better than online. They have a great variety of decorations including banners, balloons and table decorations. They also sell helium gas.

I went in on a busy Sunday as I needed some balloons for a work function on the Monday, the lady behind the counter had already inflated about 15 balloons before i told her this. She re-done them but with some chemical which keeps them up. it has now been nearly 3 weeks and they are still inflated! Only had 2 casualties. Highly recommend, lovely staff and a great choice of balloons

I recently purchased some party items and a helium tank for my daughters birthday from the store in Kingston and was astounded at the level of customer service and the advice that I got from the member of staff that served me. Having never used one before I was a bit dubious about buying one but she went through everything with me, asked how many balloons I was blowing up and what type they were (I’d already purchased these elsewhere) even advising me as to how best to ensure that they were all the same size and offered to show me how to work the canister before I left the shop (that was a huge help thank you!). She was incredibly helpful and polite, I never got her name but I came in on the Sunday before Easter. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic little shop, stocks every thing, where all the big shops failed, (card factory, Clinton's,etc) they came through, will defo use for all birthday balloons/bunting etc.

Susie completely saved us from an utter disaster by staying open late and supplying us with 12 botles of helium. Our other supplier had let us down at the very last moment before a charity gala we were hosting but Partyrama stepped in and saved the day!! great customer service! thank you for a 'human touch' in a world full of 'sorry, but we cant help's"!! five stars!!! ;-)
