Loved it for the Killing Joke gig on 5th April. Booked for another one in July (The Jam), can't wait, brilliant venue

Fab experience for Bongo bingo, would definitely book again. Toilets were clean to start but do get a bit dirty by the end of the evening. Bar and pop up bar available all taking cards only. Security and first aid guys lovely 😍

I think this is my new fav venue for a gig in Newcastle! Very organised, loads of space, sound was great, toilets clean and a car park right next to it so hassle free!

I went to see my first concert here since lockdown. The venue went out of its way to make me feel secure with messages beforehand suggesting how I could make my visit safer. The Boiler Shop itself is a very beautiful, open plan setting which lends itself well to the new social distancing norms. It is a gorgeous building perfectly fitting for the Rock Orchestra that I was seeing. The staff there were very friendly and did their job at keeping the event both safe and relaxed. The drink prices were reasonable for an events venue, the facilities were clean and everything added up to a wonderfully enjoyable experience. Well done.

Be prepared to be patted down and scanned with a metal detector before entering the place - queues can be a bit long because of this, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Once you've in, there's a decent selection of drinks, the queues move quite quickly. Prices are what you expect for a venue like this. Sound quality is excellent for a big venue, though the stages is in the corner and views maybe restricted. Really enjoy visiting Boiler Shop, a really good venue hosting very exciting artists.

Absolutely fantastic music venue! This has to be my favourite place for watching live music. Stylish building where old meets modern with a warm happy atmosphere. Just the perfect size.
