First time visiting with my two girls. The entrance fee really well priced which was £13.50 for both of the girls. and on entry we got given a voucher for both kids to eat free. It's extremely well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff members. There is two play areas for different age groups which caters for all ages. The food is excellent and its actually my two girls have sat so still and ate all their food in a while without being prompted to eat. Really excellent portion sizes and a really good selection of food to choose from. The staff are absolutely amazing my eldest daughter fell and hurt her arm and instantly one of the staff members came to see if she was OK and brought over a cup of water to help calm her down. I would highly recommend this soft play and rate it highly.

Tried new adventurelands soft play for the first time today and we were blown away. Staff were friendly, food was beautiful and the place was clean and bright. It was busy but had a buzzing atmosphere and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves while we had a well earned cuppa and a natter. We were a group of 3 adults and 6 children and easily found space for us all to sit together. Absolutely loads to keep the kids entertained with the added bonus of no time limits and adults don't pay so we had a bit spare cash for sweet treats and the little ride ons dotted around the place. Will definitely be returning soon.

Had the most amazing party here 20/11/22. Hired it as VIP and it was beyond amazing. The staff were great, food was great. They went all out and made my boys party absolutely fantastic! Thank you to all the staff.

It's great for the kids if you want a few hours out of the house, wish the cafe was a bit cheaper though. Spent over £35 on Hot Dog & Chips ( kids size ) twice & two adult portions of the same, next to no difference in size at all & a round of drinks, not including the price of admition for the two kids so it's not a cheap day out by any means as they won't let you eat or drink anything that is not bought inside the place. So if you want a cheap day out considering the price of fresh air is through the roof these days then you can go here as its a lot cheaper to get in than other similar places but eat & drink well before you go in & save a good few quid. The kids love it but my wallet sure didn't, fun day but far to expensive when they want refreshments & food, even if you have fed them before hand, kids always want something more when they see it & it is right there infront of them with all the sweets & slush machines as they come off the play areas to go to toilets etc.

Had my daughter's vip party here last night, honest it was absolutely amazing , entertainment start to finish, the staff were brilliant , couldn't do enough , games , dancing and lots of sweets and treats for the kids and the snow machine was a beautiful end , all the characters were a real hit , especially spider man who I fear may be still recovering 😆 , thank you so much, would definitely book that again

It's ok, a bit on the small side and some of the equipment was quite worn in places. Several items out of order completely. You can tell it used to be a factory or similar. No time limit on how long you are allowed to stay which is handy.

Top notch, clean and well run, hardworking helpful staff especially the young man who I think is manager,he is a credit to the company friend's child has additional needs and she is a single parent with another child v close in ages, 4 and 5. He has helped when the bairn had a meltdown and also helped out when the mammy needed help for both children to use softplay equipment at the same time, and she couldn't give adequate help on her own Absolute star!! 10/10 Every time he goes above and beyond He is warm, hardworking and professional. Decided to take the 2 grandchildren, I was amazed at the entry price,.. 👍👍👍😉. As far less than other places... I was also given 2 x free vouchers for the childrens meals.. FREE MEAL.. 😍😍😍 THE kids had a fab time... The food was really good to... The chicken nuggets were 100% chicken.. Really really tasty... I would recommend the gravy n chips... mmmm/m... The staff were just fantastic.. So friendly, nothing was a problem nto them.. 😋😋👌 very family oriented, clean.. would definitely recommend and we will be going again... 💯💯💯💯💯

Big soft play, we went during term time and it was quiet which I preferred. £5.95 entry per child and comes with a free kids meal Monday- Friday. 2 girls on reception were lovely and very helpful, 1 of them being the manager. Food was lovely when it arrived, cooked fresh and hot and good value for money. Will definitely go back. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because, the seating area was quite cold and the toilets could do with a paint and freshen up but they were lovely and warm!

We hosted our daughter’s party here. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, the staff could not have done more to make it as magical as it was. Lots of favourite characters came to visit the children, the staff all led party dances with them, there were little games running with prizes, and a snow machine party with Olaf at the end which the children adored! The whole event was just so well organised, we could not have asked for more. We had the VIP private hire, and our daughter said all her birthday wishes had come true. I cannot recommend highly enough for a private party so much more than just a soft play party. Thank you Adventurelands

Great good sized soft play area for the kids,great cafe not too pricey & lots of variation...they also sell Shmoo milkshakes 👌🏻 cleanest soft play area I’ve been too! Constantly cleaning in & around the softplay with little dysons & wiping down surfaces. Only downside was the large variation of play coin rides at the front was a big distraction for my little ones.

Thank you so much for an amazing vip party for ross this afternoon. He’s had the best party. What a breath of fresh air having nothing at all to do. Attended a birthday party today and my little boy loved it. Really pleased that plant based was an option for the kids. The play area is clean, tidy and well maintained as well as being a decent size and my little boy didn't want to leave. We will definitely come back.

Had my sons party here at short notice very accommodating staff the man who did the food for the party and the cake was fab so good at keeping the kids giggling and entertained. The party bags included had a good little selection in. Kids chose from hot dogs chicken nuggets or fish fingers and chips. Ice cream for pudding. Unlimited juice. A couple of adults at party did get food they didn't enjoy. The chicken was crunchy they said but were offered a full refund and apology. Will be back for more party's and play dates in the future thankyou!

Our twin boys had their 6th birthday party at New Adventurelands in Heaton, everyone had an amazing time. We had the upstairs section for our party, which was nice and private and meant the parents could easily chat to each other. Nothing was a problem for the staff, who were organised and ensured everything ran smoothly. Libby did a great job with serving the food when the time came, and made sure all the kids had what they had ordered/wanted. Libby was engaging and friendly and took the time to have conversations with some of the (very noisy!) kids. The cake and party bags were all sorted as we requested, and the team even helped us carry the gifts to the car. Thank you to staff and management for a very memorable party!

I enjoy bringing the kids here, get a free meal for the bairns with the admission, i got a half pound burger and wasn't sure what I was gona get for £4.50 but it was bloody lovely! Better than most places I've been, the salad was nice n fresh, bun was lovely n soft and the burgers themselves were just right, not dried out like some. Didn't feel harrased to leave after an hour like the place down walker..... I would give 5 stars but am gona be nit picky n say could do with a lick of paint, especially toilets, other than that it's a great place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Adults and my under 1 year old went in free which is great. There was also great food options. The children’s menu even had healthy options and vegetables rather than all fried food (like many other soft plays I have been to). Great area for small children including sensory area. I would only suggest they clean the dusty little areas that the children can’t get to (through the netting it doesn’t look great). I will definitely return!

Absolutely outstanding! I had never been to New Adventurelands before and booked a party for my little boy's 5th birthday here on Saturday 4th December. I've done a lot of parties over the years for my older children but this has been the best by far! The softplay and seating areas are so clean and the staff were just amazing! A special shout out to Spider Man who kept all the children entertained throughout and made sure they slept in the car on the way home! So many special touches and the party buffet was outstanding! I can't thank the whole team enough for making my little boy's birthday party so magical! We'll 100% be booking back again for next year!

Took my daughter, yrs3, to a birthday party She loved it, so great for kids Disappointing the electric cars/scooters wer'nt on Kids party food was bare minimum 2 fish fingers, oven chips(lacked flavour) I ordered an adult's cheeseburger with chips and onion rings I was very disappointed with this £9.odd for this, it must have been the cheapest burgers they could find to make the most profit I would take my daughter back here but I will definitely not order anymore food Place rating for my daughter to play 4out of 5 Place rating for food 1out of5

I can't thank the party host, the manager and the rest of the team enough for having gone the extra mile for the kids and parents having a superb time. Great place for kids and lots to do....although the staff need to supervise the baby/toddler area. I've witnesses the big kids are literally falling over the little ones at busy times. the staff are friendly and welcoming....I can't comment on the food as I've never eaten here yet...the prices are a bit much and my kids are always more interested in playing than eating. Not the biggest soft play in the area. I’d say it’s ideal for under 5’s. My little one nearly 5 said it was small and a bit boring. Everything was clean but place looking a little tired especially the male toilets.

Great place. Friendly staff. The place can cause injury but this is quite normal for a soft play so this is not a massive issue as long as the children are properly supervised. Another small bit tedious issue I'd like to afresh is the pricing of the food and drink there. Due to the nature f the soft play the pricing will go up due to children being hungry and thirsty while playing actively. However this can be avoided with proper guidance from the parent, and you could potentially bring things in as well if you really wanted to. Overall I think that this place is quite enjoyable for the kids and the adults (well sometimes) and I believe it will continue on for the future.

It's ideal for young children. It has a race track, small indoor football pitch, baby and toddler area as well as older more advanced soft play area. Good seating for parents and guardians. Good dining options.

My one-year-old has a great time here. The soft play area was big enough that she was able to explore (for two hours straight, a miracle at that age), but small enough that I could see her from my table and enjoy a coffee most of the time. The food was better than I expected from a kids’ playplace, and it looked like there was a lot for older children as well. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s not a problem with a car, and busses drop you off within a 10-minute walk.

We returned today after not being her for perhaps a year. My daughter is 2.6yrs and loved exploring the larger soft play (4-8yrs), checking out the paid-for machines and having the space to run. I'm not making this 5 star, simply down to silly things such as, the carpet at the front looks like it hadn't been hoovered in some time and stuff sticks to your socks (although, staff were cleaning and hoovering the soft play), and you need to spend more than £5 on a card before you can purchase food/drink - despite paying over £4 entry (on a card).
