Wow I can’t thank these ladies enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress. They were so lovely, friendly and professional in their jobs. They put you at ease, listen careful to want and help you find your perfect dress without making you feel rushed or under pressure to buy. Great selection of dresses in the shop. Definitely recommend visiting city brides to find your perfect dress.

5 stars isn't enough! As a nervous bride, who isn't confident and doesn't like being the centre of attention, I found myself almost dreading my appointment, not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked in, Lucy helped me relax, was patient, and just so so lovely. She picked up on my nerves straight away and helped me through it so naturally. I even found myself really enjoying myself! My biggest fear was that I wouldn't look nice in any of the dresses and that It would be a nightmare finding "the one" so you can imagine my surprise when I said "yes to the dress"! On the very first appointment! She listened to everything... everything I liked in a dress, everything I didn't like...she disappeared and came back with a beautiful dress and it was just perfect. Lucy went above and beyond even getting me back into the dress after we were all ready to go just so my dad, who had been working and missed our video call could see it and give his stamp of approval.That meant the world to us all. My only problem with finding the dress in the one appointment is that I can't go back and do it all over again!! Roll on the fitting appointment! I can't recommend this place enough, especially for any brides like myself who are nervous and not the most confident...any fears you may have will be forgotten at the door! I can highly recommend City Brides, i was made to feel comfortable, and special, the whole experience was so calm and enjoyable, Juliette was not forceful or pushy in any kind of way, she listened to what i was saying about dresses i had tried on and went and found some i hadn't even considered. City brides has a large selection of different style dresses and also a large selection of different sizes of dresses. Thank you for making us all feel at home.

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish! From the initial contact through to the fantastic appointments with Lucy & Juliette, it was wonderful. I found my dream dress and the ladies couldn’t have been more attentive. We were offered fizz (perfect!) and we’re also reassured that shopping for a dress during a pandemic was a safe experience. They made sure that the area was sanitised and cleaned prior to and after our appointment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much ladies xxx

Best Bridal Boutique! After going to a series of bridal stores and being made to feel too curvy, too poor and being not listened to, I went to City Brides and met Lucy who was so friendly and welcoming. She listened to me and helped me find the most perfect dress. She and Juliet are so personal and kind and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an awesome boutique with the most stunning gowns x

WOW WOW, WOW. I cannot rate City Brides highly enough. From the moment I walked in with the girls, to the moment I went back the morning after with my son and said yes to the dress, these ladies were wonderful. Kind, caring, not pushy and gave all the support needed, when needed. I felt like I was with friends straight away. I wouldn't have bought my dress from anywhere else. Although I didn't purchase my wedding dress from this bridal shop, I thought I ought to leave a review as Juliette was so lovely and welcoming. I have to admit, it was quite an emotional day as I wasn't able to have the whole normal "bridal experience" due to the pandemic and had been made to stand behind lines and wear gloves all day whilst trying on dresses at other shops. However, Juliette made us feel so welcome and allowed me to touch dresses and actually pick out ones I'd like to try on rather than the shop keepers selecting some for me. Juliette was so down to earth and so helpful (especially when trying to help me work out how to get into one of the dresses 😂) - I can't rate her highly enough and as soon as my sister and mum came out of the shop too, they also mentioned how lovely she made the experience 😊

I had a lot of anxiety buying my wedding dress and was put off by some of the reviews I read of other bridal shops. I booked an appointment with City Brides and experienced nothing but friendly, reassuring service from start to end. I had a great time trying on the dresses. Juliette was great at picking ones that would suit my shape and she was very respectful around the actual fitting of dress. They have some seriously gorgeous dresses available. Highly recommend this place. No pretense or stuffy service; just nice people selling lovely dresses.

I cannot praise this shop enough!!! The selection of dresses is incredible, they really do have a style for everyone. The staff are amazing and made me feel very comfortable and helped me so much whilst searching for my perfect dress. Such a warm welcome every time I visited them throughout my fittings, they had so much time for me and didn’t rush me at all or try to push me out of the door with a dress I wasn’t 100% happy with. I went back today to return my hoops at what point they again had the time of day to speak with me about my wedding and what I’ve been up to since. Excellent customer service!!! I really cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me and I would 110% recommend them to anyone who hasn’t yet found their perfect wedding dress, you will not be disappointed! 😊

An amazing selection of gowns in a wide variety of styles and sizes to cater for all types of women. The team are so welcoming and friendly and take time to listen to what you want and are also so well skilled in identifying styles you might not even have considered...that end up looking amazing! Professional and fun...a great shop! And the sale rail discounts are unbelievable if you have a limited budget.

I visited lots of wedding dress shops to find 'the dress' and nothing was jumping out at me. Went and made an appointment with City Brides, and the service I received was friendly and professional. The girls are very understanding. By this I mean the dress I really wanted was out of my budget, so they helped to find a close match. But the dress I really wanted went on offer before my orginal dress was ordered and they let me change it. Thanks girls. Couldn't of asked for better service. Xx

I was absolutely and my wits end as I get married in 9 days and my dress was not sitting right. I fell in love with the dress that I had and no bridal shop in the west of England had it. I called city brides as my friend had given me a number of where my dress may be stocked. Juliet pushed heaven to earth to accommodate my need. And as Norwich is 10 hr round trip she made suggestion that in my state of mind ( which is not the best at the moment) I didn't even think of. Today is a lot better day thanks to Juliet and city brides. Words can not thank you enough thanks Sharron and all my family that have seen tears in the last. All brides to be should visit City Brides. My mum and I first went in a year ago on a Monday on the off chance I could have a browse through their dresses and book an appointment. The lady was amazing! (I cant remember her name but she was the mum, not the daughter as she didnt work Mondays) I ended up being in there for nearly 2 hours trying on dresses. I was not expecting her to spend so much time with me without booking first. She was kind, friendly, helpful and above all, honest with her opinion. Nothing was too much trouble. Dresses were taken off mannequins, veils retrieved etc. A year later, I started looking again as our wedding is drawing closer so having had no luck finding my dress in other shops, and having a second rate experience in one of them the previous weekend, I went back to City Brides this week - purely to book a Saturday appointment to try on new stuff and spent over an hour with her trying on three dresses we picked from her selection...and I fell in love with two of them! Such an on a whim visit and walked out feeling on top of the world. This shop makes time for every single person that comes in and you are made to feel as if you are the most important person in that room. Up until that point, I hadnt had that WOW feeling about any of the dresses I had tried on but that has all changed now. This shop treats you with respect, honesty and give you as much time as they feel you deserve in order to help you find that special dress. Please please please, visit City Brides. You will not be disappointed.

After experiencing other bridal shops where the experience was both fun and professional, i expected City Brides to be the same. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Whilst it wasn't unprofessional, it wasn't 'fun' or particularly nice. The shop assistant clearly couldn't be bothered which made myself and bridal party feel uncomfortable and awkward. Due to this, a sharp exit was made.

I cant recommend City Brides enough, All of the team from Juliette and her Mum to Kemi the seamstress each of them invested time and effort into helping me with my dress.
