I had the most amazing, magical experience finding my dress at Pure Brides. Everyone was so friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make the experience so special. Rebecca was fantastic at helping me find my dress. There was a real buzz around the shop! I went for the blushing bride bridal appointment to try on dresses which included cocktails and nibbles which was great. Cannot recommend Pure Brides enough! I can't wait to go back when I pick up my dress!

What a lovely experience. The shop is beautiful and we were made to feel so at home and at ease throughout the whole process. Such professional, yet delicate and personal customer service which we were so impressed with. Renee was great and really understood my preferences, so I was thrilled to be able to say yes to my perfect dress with Pure Brides. I booked my appointment with Pure with it being the first time I was going to be trying on wedding dresses. We got a wonderful private room to have to ourselves with the stylist and the whole place is decorated beautifully. I tried on a variety of dresses, and I picked my dress on my first visit which I was not expecting at all as I'm very indecisive! As you hear alot I ended up picking a dress I never expected to pick, but I felt beautiful in it, and all the staff were stopping in their tracks to tell me how wow it was! Molly was amazing, she made the whole experience memorable. She listened to what I said about each dress, and made me feel very comfortable even though I was initially very nervous to try dresses on. After a couple of dresses I was soon having the best time and had the best afternoon! I cannot thank Molly enough for being as amazing as she was, shes a natural at making you feel welcome and comfortable with her kindness. Thank you Pure, I hope I feel just as amazing the next time that dress goes on! xx

I had such an amazing experience today at Pure Brides! Molly helped me say yes to the dress and she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful throughout my appointment. The studio is so gorgeous and I loved all the special touches (especially the cute little chocolates and comfy gown to wear between dresses!). I had been to two studios prior however my experience at Pure Brides was truly special. I’m so grateful to Molly for being so friendly and bringing such a happy atmosphere for me and my mum.

I was extremely nervous before going in to Pure. I’d never tried on wedding dresses and had no clue as to what I wanted. Rebecca was fantastic at my initial appointment. She made me feel at ease instantly and guided me through the process. She helped me find ‘the one’. I never thought I would find the one on a first appointment. I liked that I didn’t have to look through and see what I liked. Instead, she asked what kind of wedding I was having and based on that she brought me a variety of different dresses to try on. This was great for me as I would have found it overwhelming looking through to see what I wanted to try on as I tried dresses on I never thought I would have chosen myself otherwise! My second appointment was with Rene. Again, she made me feel so comfortable straight away. I re-tried the dress on that I had chosen initially so that my youngest sister could see it. Rene went out of her way to make the appointment so special and was amazing at explaining all the details without it feeling like it was too much information. Overall, both ladies are incredibly good at their jobs and made feel comfortable which was one of the reasons I was so nervous! They are an asset to the amazing team at Pure and I could not be more grateful for making what I thought was going to be such a stressful thing for me such an incredible and stress-free experience.

I came in today after a few disappointing experiences and Molly made me feel so special and made the hole experience so memorable for me and my family she was so patient with me and shared in my excitement when finding a dress. I visited a couple of wedding dress shops before Purebrides and didn’t feel like my preference were understood or cared about and left without my dream dress. I was Apprehensive on my arrival to pure brides and well……. from when I arrived to when I left it felt like a fairytale. I was taken to my own beautiful little room and the dresses that kept coming down were amazing!!! I felt so comfortable with Renee as she just got what I was looking for, Renee was just so sweet and understanding. Everyone in the shop at the time had been so welcoming the atmosphere was lovely. (Of course I said yes to the dress) The only thing I didn’t like is the fact I can’t visit this shop all the time :)

Beautiful store, the gowns are stunning and are such good quality too! I found my dream dress at my first appointment. Jade was absolutely incredible, I was so nervous before going and immediately Jade made me feel more relaxed and part of the pure bride family. Wow !!! From the moment we walked in to the time we left we were all made to feel welcomed & at ease. All the staff were amazing however, Molly really stood out , friendly , warm , excited overall incredible human. Molly listened and picked up on the vibe of the room and just went with it. I bought my dress about a month ago at Pure Brides and had such a wonderful experience. Not only was Jade super friendly, encouraging, supportive and reassuring, but several of the other members of staff kept popping their heads in to have a look at the dresses I was trying on and were really lovely about everything I tried on too! I had a appointment booked but found my dream dress somewhere else. Despite not going in, the customer service I have encountered as been brilliant and the people I have spoken to have been so lovely. They stock a variety of sizes which I think is amazing and some of the dresses are beautiful. Once you book your appointment you get referred to a online portal where you can pick dresses to try on via the lookbook, which I think is incredible! Despite not getting my dress from here, I will recommend this shop to others! x

I visited 3 bridal shops and to be honest, Pure Brides is the only place you need to go when choosing ‘THE’ dress. The quality of the dresses were second to none, as well as really fair prices. They had the biggest selection of dresses out of all the shops I visited and after a day of squeezing into teeny sample sizes (plus size bride here!) it was a breath of fresh air to find a HUGE selection of dresses I could try on comfortably. Vicki’s customer care was second to none, you could really tell she took pride in her job and the shop, and made me feel like a total queen. She just ‘got me’ so quickly and went out of the way to help me find my dress and make it a fun experience. Thank you Vicki see you soon :)

My appointment with Ali was just so special and relaxed, the dress I actually said yes to was a wildcard picked by Ali and its beautiful totally me, Rebecca was also lovely with my collection appointment and made that experience special. Lovely experience at Pure with Gemma. This was my second appointment at a bridal retailer, so I did already have a rough idea of what I was looking for. Gemma was professional, friendly and interested in my wedding/fiance/style and used this knowledge to pair my dream dress with the accessories that absolutely confirmed my choice. I’m not exactly a small bride but I have been to pure brides three times in total. First time was with a friend and I narrowed the dresses down to two. The second time I said yes go the dress! I was so excited! Then covid hit and we decided to still get married then when it’s over we can redo our vows and reception so needed to find another dress so went back for a third time during their flash sale and once again found another amazing dress!! Nothing is ever to much for these guys and never once did my size get in my way of trying on dresses and finding mine! The alteration lady even helped me to get my dress altered within 6 weeks notice! They are an amazing bunch of girls who make everyone feel comfortable. This was by far the best bridal shop I went to for experience and dress quality as well as the fact they stocked some plus size dresses. They are truly amazing

I felt relaxed as soon as I came into the store dress shopping (and I was quite nervous about it beforehand), it’s such a welcoming and warm place, I’ve always looked forward to coming in and every encounter has been wonderful. Racheal was unfailingly lovely, managing to be professional and friendly and warm at the same time, and I looked forward to seeing her and always hoped she was there when I came in. I never felt rushed or pressured, it felt like chatting with positive, supportive friends and getting advice :) I loved my dress and veil and had lots of compliments on how beautiful it was, and the groom and groomsmen looked so good too. I felt so relaxed and confident on the day, which I think started with feeling so happy with how I looked, which with my dress started as soon as I found it at Pure Brides. Thank you Pure Brides! - I was so nervous about trying on wedding dresses for the first time and after going to a couple of other bridal stores with uninspired experiences, I wish I went straight to Pure Brides to begin with and saved myself a lot of time and worry! Pure Brides offered a perfect, welcoming, professional dress appointment. I was free to look around as I wished, whilst Rachael also picked up a few dresses for me to try after asking me a few styling questions - and she ended up picking out the one!! My bridesmaids, flower girl and mum were all able to see me in my dress, and i have been able to try it on again for family members who were unable to be there at the time. I also customized/altered my dress making it bespoke and special to me!! The whole Pure Brides team were so helpful throughout and were really passionate about finding a dress right for me. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, the shop itself is calm and beautifully decorated, and of course they have a gorgeous selection of gowns. Gemma helped me to choose my dress, and she made me feel completely at ease. The idea of trying on lots of wedding dresses felt quite daunting but she was confident we would find the perfect dress and that in turn it makes you feel more relaxed, and looked after. When the dress arrived Annette helped me try it on again, she was super friendly and lovely. We decided it would need altering ever so slightly, and I’ve since had my first meeting with the recommended seamstress whom can meet you in the store. The whole process has been a dream, from first going into the shop to rearranging an appointment-nothing is too much trouble. l can’t recommend Pure enough and am looking forward to picking up my beautiful dress next week!

I am an older bride but in no way was I made to feel that any dress would not be appropriate. Who knew that wedding dress shopping would be so fun! We had an appointment with Stacey who was super friendly from the start. She was so good at picking out styles that my partner would like, and was super knowledgeable about the alterations that could be done to make the dress fit correctly. My partner was stuck over two dresses and Stacey went to get more of the team to come and have a look and chat about the dress choices. Everyone was so in to it; it made us even more excited about getting married. Fantastic 2 hours that flew by! Is pure brides the best wedding shop in Norwich? I don’t know, but it’s the only one you’ll need to go to. My experience there was simply fantastic. Beautiful dresses at reasonable prices. The ladies are just so lovely and have all the time in the world for you and your people. From start to finish it was all seamsless and made so very special. Their seamstress Michelle is amazing. She’s incredibly experienced and not only took my dress up beautifully (it was a very detailed hem) and put in a padded bra (thank goodness!) as the back was low... again it was a very reasonable price. Aside from marrying your husband to be (!) the dress really seemed to be the biggest part of the day. Everyone was waiting for it and everyone looks and comments on it for the whole day! Before I went to this shop I was just going to get one from Monsoon as I felt I didn’t want to splurge. Don’t do this! Don’t ‘scrimp’ on the dress or the photography... I’ve spent a long time admiring the dress through photos! A simply perfect experience.

There's no pressure here and the atmosphere is wonderful. There were other women there who also had appointments at the same time as us...but we'd never have known! This shop is fantastic! Having been impressed by my first visit last year when I started to tentatively look for dresses, I booked a second appointment this month and I was treated like a VIP from the moment I entered until I left. The lady took me off to look through the dresses one to one and chatted to me to find out my preferences etc. She listened to what I had to say and was enthusiastic and friendly all the time I was there. I was taken to my own suite where they had laid on a jug of water and glasses for me and my party and extra seating was bought in for everyone. I was given a robe to wear whilst each dress was bought in individually, so I could mix with my party. The shop is stylish, clean and chic. I was helped in and out of the dress, I was given a petticoat with a band in the bottom to wear underneath so that the dresses fell right so you got the whole effect. I had very good banter with the consultant and she pinned me in to each dress beautifully. I was given a veil and tiara to wear with the dress to get the full effect. All in all, a fantastic experience and can not recommend this shop highly enough.

The shop is beautiful, just the kind of environment I have dreamed of finding my dream dress in, which I dont think I would have been able to without the expert help from Anna and Gemma.
