AMAZING!! I loved every dress I tried on and Lisa was so lovely and accommodating. The dresses are all beautiful and the quality is fantastic. Lisa was really helpful and has a good eye for what will look good and what won't. Honestly can't thank her enough - she made dress shopping a real joy and I genuinely could have bought about 70% of the dresses I tried on, if I had the budget. BEAUTIFUL and I highly recommend! Also, I'd decided to go dress shopping literally 2 days before and only found out about this shop about 12 hours before, so didn't have time to make a reservation. We turned up this morning to see if we could be squeezed in for an appointment - we couldn't, but we made the most of the half hour snatches of time between appointments and have walked away with a dress that I LOVE. This place is closing down soon, and I am SO glad that I found it just in time!

Alana was amazing. I went in for my first time trying on a dress and I was so worried it would be intimidating or I’d be judged but she was so charismatic, uplifting, kind and obliging. I felt so comfortable and it was like having a good friend there. She’s only young but you’d think she’s about 10 years older as her experience, eye and talent for picking things out are exceptional. Beautiful boutique dresses for chain store prices. I’d go here 100 times over before going to wed2be. Same prices but better value for money with the bonus you’re less likely to see another bride in the same dress! Just a lovely experience what more can I say. I didn’t feel rushed or pressure, it was all at my pace and I left feeling very happy.

Alana (think that's how you spell it), is a real treasure! She was able to find me my dream dress when I had no idea what I was looking for and I was being SUPER picky. I went in feeling very nervous and came out over the moon about my dream dress, she made me feel very comfortable very quickly. She was really good with my niece, made her feel so included in the appointment. I would 110% recommend Say Yes to anyone because of her outstanding service xx

I went in a few Saturdays ago looking for some bridesmaid inspo. Came out with all my bridesmaids dresses and a massive smile. The lady who helped us became an honorary bridesmaid, wasn't pushy at all and she couldn't do enough to help or advise us. The dress quality is amazing and the price was even better! - Such a good little find in Castle Mall with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank You! :)

Best experience I have had searching for a dress.the quality qnd service outshone other bridal shops. Amazing assistant who did not harass or push dresses that I really did not want. I came away with the most amazing dress and a big smile 😀

I came here at the start of September, having previously looked online at the dresses I had the exact one I thought I wanted and headed into the store with a prebooked appointment. The member of staff was SO welcoming to me and my bridal party, explained all how it works and we got started. I was so anxious about getting undressed, but I shouldn’t have worried because she made it so easy. She got the dress ready for me, and I got changed whilst she waited outside and I told her when I was ready to be done up at the back. She listened to my concerns & wasn’t pushy. And in fact all the dresses I had picked and what I thought I liked, I didn’t. She then said she would go pick a dress which I was open too and low behold that was the one. She took onboard my worries about having to much flesh on show and got a lace jacket and veil to go over the top and it was just all my dreams and more. That lady really does know how to do her job! I left the store in absolute bliss, but I had another appointment at Wed2b accross the mall, where it was the worst experience ever. I tried one dress on in there and left all the other dresses I had chose, came straight back to the Say Yes store where I tried on the dress once more and said yes to the dress! She done such a great deal too, I really got my dream dress for a fraction of the retail price. I can’t recommend you enough, you made my day thankyou

Excellent service both members of staff were extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't decide there and then so arranged to visit again the next morning after sleeping on it . They were very understanding and were extremely patient and made me feel very welcome . Thank you for my beautiful dress

I had the most special experience at SayYes! From beginning to end, Rickarna gave me her full time and attention. I went in with a few dresses in mind and knew what style I wanted, but she was able to guide me through the whole process with such enthusiasm. She was absolutely lovely and a credit to the store. Sonia has been absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly and after messaging back and forth I’m delighted to say she found me my perfect dress and I was able to say yes to the dress 🥰🥰🥰 these are such hard times for everyone but she has been amazing and was able to provide me a proper bridal experience from the comfort of my own home.
