L. W.I selected my dress from Ashleigh back in the middle of 2021 and can only express my gratitude for the service that was provided. I went in with one particular dress that I'd seen online that I knew was stocked, but ended up trying on (at least what felt like) the majority of the store! This was the first (and only) place we'd been to look at dresses, and Ashleigh was extremely helpful with advice on where to start and using her knowledge of the selection to guide next options based on styles I liked/didn't like. I loved the dress that I chose, which was completely outside of what I expected that I would go for before I went in.
Once it was ordered, Ashleigh continued to be very accommodating with any requests to come in and try the dress on (with new accessories to check that they matched etc.,) and recommended a lovely lady where I could have small alterations made. I was also unsure about whether to have a veil, and one was kept aside for me without any pressure to buy it.
`Overall, the whole process from start to finish of selecting my dress up until getting it professionally cleaned post-wedding has been brilliant. Ashleigh is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and you can really tell that she cares about her clients. I've seen the store undergo some changes in the last few months, and it looks incredible and is very well-deserved. Thank you Ash for everything since we met back in May, you've been amazing throughout!

D. E.I would recommend Ashleigh Richards Bridal to absolutely everyone, the experience was so lovely and such an improvement on the first dress shop I went to! Ashleigh made me and the friends I brought with me feel super welcome and was very accommodating. I tried on half of her shop and she even suggested re-trying on my favourites until I was sure, there was no pressure on the time I was taking or even buying, Ashleigh is so genuine and helpful in finding the right dress. All of this, plus the dresses that are stocked are really beautiful and are of high quality. There were a range of styles to try, so there's something for people at any size, with any personal style :)
E. P.I cannot recommend the team at Ashleigh Richard’s Bridal enough! Being my first ever bridal appointment I was VERY apprehensive but as soon as I stepped through the doors me and my family were made to feel at home.
We chatted about styles and my preferences then were left to look through dresses- pulling ones I wanted to try, whilst Ashleigh made us all a drink.
Feeling very conscious of my body, I was made to feel SO comfortable from the off- chatting away and being offered advice on what dresses would suit my body shape! After almost 2 hours of trying on dresses I was left with two. There was no hesitation from Ashleigh who allowed us to take countless pictures and said for us to go away and come back if and when I chose one.
A few weeks later and I found another dress in a different shop- after a message to ask if I could come back to try on one of hers I knew I had found THE ONE.
Four months later and she arrived in store (two months ahead of schedule!)- I tried her on and she fits like a glove! I cannot wait to go back and find my veil with Ashleigh!
100% would recommend her and her wonderful team to ANY bride looking for a beautiful dress and an amazing experience! 💗

I messaged quite late on in the day (on a weekend) and was met with a lovely warm response to my enquiry and was booked in to view the dress and others a few days later. The experience was absolutely amazing. Very genuine and down to earth. Such a lovely atmosphere and beautiful display inside the chapel and great location. They listen to what you are looking for and also encourage you to try lots of dresses on in different styles as well as the one you like. Very thoughtful with the goodie bag, such a wonderful idea for nervous brides (and I was nervous but Michelle put me at ease straight away!) I'm glad I picked my dress at Ashleigh Richards Bridal and highly recommend to all you lovely bride to be's out there.

A. W.I visited Ashleigh Richards when they was first set up in their store in Eastwood. I then went back as I couldn't stop thinking about a certain dress! When I returned they had moved into the Chapel and what a beautiful venue! I can not recommend Ashleigh Richards enough. Not only for their beautiful dresses but also the staff. The staff listened to what I thought I wanted and things i wanted to avoid! They are so empowering around body shapes and made feel amazing! At one point during my appoint something didn't fit and I was told "Its not you its the dress its too small". As a girl who can at times feel very body conscious I immediately relaxed and embraced the experience!
