Loved being able to communicate throughout the games with my partner, as we were then able to work together to shoot the zombies throughout the games. Worth the money, would come again!
M. P.OMG, amazing......what else do you need to know!!! Its bookings only I think currently. You are welcomed and as a newbie you set up a profile, useful as you get your results emailed over to you. The guy who led our session (14:00 on 23/03/22) was excellent. My son and I were with another group of 5, and it was a couple of brilliant games, we did zombie survival and some future bot one, that I've forgotten it's name. Absolutely quality and worth the £20 for half a hour.

Everything from the large open room games (working as a team to destroy the zombies) to the standing games (laughing at one another failing to slice fruit) to the consoles (resting while playing Mario cart) was incredible fun and so well set up by all the staff here. We had a very large group and every one of us had a great time!
W. G.Brilliant day out for any gamers out there. Zombie and Robot games were good fun and really put you in the game. There were a few problems with the VR but I think that was a one off as even the guy was abit unsure. They threw in another game for free so made up for it
The prices are abit expensive but it is worth it for a activity you don't get much elsewhere.
The games in the waiting area are a great little touch to make the wait go quicker.

Game and staff where great, but due to smaller
group size we were joined with a another group who caused some issues with not listening to instructions and causing delays to our game.
This meant our game time was shortened due to the actions of people we didn't know and limits the ability to give a 5 star review.
Would recommend for a larger group or if you can play on your own bit we are unsure of booking again for a small group.

P.The virtual reality in itself was an amazing experience. When I went ,I did the zombie survival which was a great game, I really enjoyed it. However there were a lot of downfalls to zero latency; you have to book 24 hours prior, which is greatly annoying if you want to do it on the same day and it is very difficult to receive a refund because if you cancel, you have to cancel 14 days prior to your visit. On the day that I went six of the computers were not working meaning that I had to wait an extra one hour to play my game , I came early at 4:30p.m when my booking was at 5:00p.m because they said we should come 15 minutes before the game and the time that I started my game was at 5:30 which then ruined my whole schedule. The time I started was the time I was supposed to had left . I would have given this a higher rating because the game was great , the workers were really nice but the service was terrible on that day.
J. M.4 of us went (age ranging 28-31) and we are all BUZZING from the Zombie outbreak vr game. One of the best days out we’ve had I cannot recommend enough and worth every penny!! SO much better than we were imagining!!

K. Z.Loved the vr experience, however they need to clean the gear between use. Everyone in the team had the same comment. The head gear, headset and kit all stank of sweat. It spoils the experience and at £30 for 30 mins, you don't want to be freaking about who last used the kit 🤢🤮😫

p.Wow easy to find its right outside the car park. Once we entred the staff were frendly and funny. There is more vr gaming here than just zombies like racing cars etc. Once we entered the zombie zone we was briefed then the games begin i was really impressed how real it was. Overall the experience was great and would highly recommend thanks

The experience isn't cheap but it is so cool. We went for the zombie version and there was screaming, shooting and although only 15 minutes, you really get involved.

Top of the range portable backpack Alienware virtual-reality gaming rigs make free roaming first person shooting incredibly immersive in a huge open area. About 60x40ft in size. UK scoreboard emailed to you after game. Ben the game master was cool too. Little expensive but there's nothing else like it at the moment. Even has console, retro and driving seat games to play while you wait.

We played a zombie survival mode and a PVP mode. Got to admit that I much preferred the zombie survival, but that might just be my taste.

It was a lot of fun. Due to this covid madness, we had the fortune of being the only people in attendance, which was quite cool. The chap Who dealt with us by the name of Kay was fantastic. He had a great deal of patience with the children who were not the best at listening at first. He made my wife and I coffee and proceeded to explain to the kids exactly what was going to take place.
After a full safety briefing, he showed the kids through to the fun zone where they proceeded to get cracking engaging with the VR experience. I had the opportunity to take part myself for a bit and I can tell you the actual VR experience itself is literally mind blowing.
Overall I would say we had a great night and if recommend it to anybody.

The games are fun and the young, friendly staff really know how to enthuse the kids, have a great sense of humour and yet keep them from going crazy. To top it all, 6 stars for customer service..all my queries patiently answered, any problems I had promptly and superbly sorted and a mix up dealt without quibbling in a way that exceeded my expectations 100 fold. There are so many options to play and adults and kids can both enjoy themselves. Yes it is pricey but they do have cheaper times and options and are expanding their repertoire of games offered. Highly recommended both for what's in offer and the quality of the customer experience. Well done!!!!

Been once before to a Zero Latency in Madrid, but this was even better. Staff were fantastic and genuinely just want you to have a great time. Shooting zombies is cool, but the escape room is mind blowing. Our team sucked, and even though it took us ages to get out, the manager stayed late for us to finish our game.

C.Tory was an MVP throughout the entire thing, massive props to her. Did 3 games, Outbreak, Survival and Singularity, all of them brilliant but the zombies were more enjoyable to us than the robots. Very relaxed, very casual, very friendly. We've got a fair bit of experience with VR but I've never seen anything like this, it was incredibly fun. The games feel like they're going very quickly lasting 15-30 mins, but they are the perfect length really for what you're getting. Could not be happier with the experience and will definitely be making the trip back down to Notts to go again!

Initially i wasn't going to take part, as although I'm a gamer, VR at home made me nauseous in the extreme. After everyone came out raving, the staff gently cajoled me into a session, promising me no nausea.
They delivered in spades, no nausea, no dizziness, but a fast paced and frantic battle with a zombie horde.literally the most fun i've had in an age. The staff were awesome and friendly, and i've requested a visit for my birthday from the wife.

Beware that you're supposed to book 24h in advance, even if it doesn't say that on the website. The entrance is temporarily just outside the Victoria Centre and it's locked, the staff opens it based on booking.

Game play itself for the escape room type play and the free roaming area was excellent.

P. A.I expected it to be quite good, but it was better than that. Friendly staff, great setup, good location, and a hell of a lot of fun. Our group did zombies and Singularity, about 20mins on each, but seemed a lot shorter. Highly recommended, will definitely return.
J. C.Got bought this as a gift for my birthday, so went with a friend. To use the gift voucher code was very long-winded, you couldn't use it online so had to phone up to book, and then wait for a phone call back, not a great start and surprising from a tech company. On the day we got there and they were running 25 mins late, but the seating area you can watch the players on camera in the empty room and what they are seeing in the game and other game consoles to enjoy while you waited. Got geared up and went through the induction and... The VR experience was fantastic, very well set up and run. Definitely worth going for the experience!

C. A.Great place and location. Staff are so so friendly. Keeps the kids entertained and there's loads of retro games for the big kids to play whilst you wait. Sidenote equipment is cleaned after each user which you don't often see at these sorts of places.

A. D.I’ve been on holiday during this past week and the weather hasn’t been the best. However, my cousin sent me a link to this place and I had a look online. I am an avid FPS gamer, my cousin - not so much, but we went ahead and booked a session for the evening. Upon arrival the staff at the desk logged us in and we setup our Gamer names. We were then offered to play a couple of games while we waited. Another member of staff then took us into a briefing room and gave us a safety notice, a walkthrough of the scenarios, an introduction to the weapon and got kitted up (Backpack for the mini PC, headphones and VR Headset - not heavy at all). Once we were in the room we were introduced to two more lovely members of staff and began our games. They were both very good and thoroughly immersive, at one point I got too carried away and fell over when taking cover :P ! I have to say that it was also a bit of a workout and would recommend loose, thin layers! Graphics were better than expected and controller mechanics were excellent.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely go again when I am back down.

B. M.Went as a New Years Eve outing with my partner and daughter, as shes 15 theres a lot that she isn't interested in anymore but wow this was amazing.
We did two scenarios, zombie apocalypse and the AI invasion - we had such a laugh and a great time with it, we were laughing all the way home.
Tori was a great host, and even though we were late into the VR (no ones fault), we chilled out with a beer and doritos while we played on old arcade games in the waiting area. Would definitely recommend!!

But I do have a couple about some parts... HOPEFULLY my first one has already been rectified, in the lobbt area, there were some console/arcade games and the price was £10 to play it which seems wild to me, but, at that point theyd not long been up and running so hopefully the price gas been looked at.
My second is actually a very recent issue, Im currently trying to get some information and book a birthday event for march time, Ive emailed them almost 2 weeks ago with no response and called roughly 14 times over the space of a week on different days and times... but nobodies picking up. Not ideal but I'll keep trying.

Boys had a go on the cars too and the guy who was helping setup and supporting them was amazing. Top class. Highly recommend. Guy on checkin was brilliant too. M.Zero Latency is one experience to behold. To start with the game runs smoothly and the controls are very comfortable to use. The gameplay itself is also extremely engaging. What's great though is the instructors that guide you through the game and safety briefing. The instructor we had was kind and also very funny making the experience go form a 10/10 to an 11/10. :D

The back packs they give you come with headphones and mics so you are totally submerged.
You can talk and see your friends and you have a selection of guns to choose from in the game. We had 2 of the most helpful enthusiastic hosts kerry and Julie who in my opinion kept us totally informed and well directed.(thanks girls)
If I had to find something to moan about it would be that I wanted to play longer but overall Whattt an evening!!!!! We will be back!!!

A.Overall me and my three friends had a good laugh but me and one of me mates where left a bit disappointed due to some technical glitches and problems ( my gun kept of switching sides and went out of view and made it hard to shoot, my mates gun did the same but worse and his audio and screen kept cutting out through out the game).
We also thought the game play was a bit sort and not woth £35 for 35-40mins of gameplay an hour would have been better (they could of added in a 15 min trial area where you go up and down areas and expicance amazing hights in the sky scrapers. “ like you do in the game for one bit but you they need to add more”!) or add a assault firing range. furthermore I felt the graphics could have been better but I suppose I had higher expectations than I thought!
However saying that they were problems that we expiranced, we all had a laugh and had a good time for most of us experiencing VR for the first time! Would recommend it for people to try VR out but I won’t go again only if there was better improvements to the graphics, gameplay, length of game (longer) I will go again!
P.Really fun! Wanted it to last longer though - but a super unique experience that's worth a go. The VR felt so real! Also everyone that worked their was super friendly.

S. B.Took my teenage son and his friend on Monday lunchtime. Played the "Survival" and "Singularity" games and we had a great time. The play area was larger than I expected, and the Singularity game made it seem even larger with clever use of lifts and a curving walkway. The survival game was our favourite, and although very simple from a gameplay point of view, it was still intense. The ability to walk around freely adds a lot to the immersion compared to home systems like the Vive or Rift.
A. P.Great experience, we finished earlier than planned so our game time was more like 30mins rather than 45mins. But I was getting scared of running and shooting at zombies after a while! So it was about right.

A. B.Despite a few problems with the headset itself, the novelty of actually being able to move around a virtual world is incredible. What I mean by the problems is that the headset has awful screen retention, meaning that there is a great amount of blur when moving your head. I feel like a great solution to this problem would be to just use Windows Mixed Reality headsets or even the Oculus Quest. This would also get rid of the tracking problems. My gun jumped around quite a bit and I had to pump it really hard to solve the tracking problem.
The main gimmick however, of walking around a massive space in VR was incredible. Easily one of the coolest things I've done in VR.
However, the problems with the poor pixel retention and the tracking issues kinda made it hard for me to enjoy the actual games.
I did see in a trailer for Sol Raiders that they were using Windows MR headsets instead, so I hope they will slowly roll this out to the other locations.
The backpack also greatly limited my movements, we were told to pick up the guns off of the floor at the beginning, and I could barely look down enough to do it. Again, something like the quest would solve this as you wouldn't even need a backpack.
The games also weren't a stable 90fps, I know for a fact that the headset supports 90hz, but the games were clearly running a lot lower.
The field of view of the headsets also felt quite limiting, I assume due the face covers you were using, as the headset has the same FOV as my Rift at home.
Despite this, I will be coming back in the future, purely for how cool it felt walking around a massive room in VR. I hope you will upgrade the headsets before then, pretty please?

J. H.I have been to the nottingham vr a number of times and almost every time it has been amazing.
On a recent booking they made a mistake and put me in wembley. The staff were extremely apologetic and Ben actually gave me his personal email and then organised that I was contacted at a convenient time; sorted out a refund and rebooking including some freebies.
I offered some responsibility for the mistake in booking but they were insistent they would see it corrected and me recompensed.
They really went the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service and I can't wait to go back later this month!
T. H.Just completed my first VR escape room. I love escape rooms but never really liked the thought of VR. This has changed my mind about it though. We really enjoyed the pyramid room, it was the only one that is available through the Groupon that I purchased. We definitely want to come back and try more.

H.Visited here for the first time last Saturday not having experienced VR before so we booked the Outbreak Origins campaign and the Arcade afterwards, and we have to say being avid gamers as well, we had SO much fun!! 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to experience something different and immersive! But for us it was actually the team Kay, Lucy & Ben that really made the experience so enjoyable, Kay was a fantastic host and guide pushing us to do our best during the origins campaign and Lucy was brilliant in giving us the full arcade experience trying every game in quick succession.
Experiencing VR for the first time was great! but the team really made it for us with their upbeat presence and fantastic customer service.
We can't wait to head back to get on that leaderboard!

Downsides were, not all the staff have skills for handling a gobby but harmless 11 year old (my son's flamboyant friend) an my VR lenses looked like they needed a clean. Could see a hair all the time I was playing. There are Pc's set up for Fortnight, PS4 VR and retro video games while you are waiting. Overall, mission accomplished. My son's mates think he's cool for a day
