She provided an incredibly high level of customer service (swift responses, great ideas etc.), she was flexible to our ever changing requests (custom illustrations, changing table plans etc.) and she did everything she could to ensure the stationary looked fab and arrived on time, always keeping us in the loop. We had so many compliments for everything and we loved the final products. We couldn’t recommend Emily highly enough.
