My friend (the bride to be) and myself were told about this bridal shop by my friends dad. This was our 6th shop and we were flagging at the quality of the dresses so far and some of the customer service that came with them. Well what a breath of fresh air this shop really is. Lesley and Aliesha could not have been more helpful and the dresses were all just so so stunning and we were so spoilt for choice and we had no limit to how many the bride could try. My friend finally found her dress here which is totally gorgeous and exactly what she wanted. So thank you so much Lesley and Aliesha your expertise and wonderful customer service really made the experience so lovely for both of us. Five stars and more 🥂. Brides don’t go anywhere but here, you will get the best experience and service!

I went along to the shop with my friend a few weeks back to watch her try on dresses for her forthcoming wedding! Both Lesley and Steph were so lovely, helpful and honest! I even had my 1 year old daughter with me and they both were so lovely to her! Gorgeous dresses and a lovely welcoming shop! I've had many friends go to this shop and not one person has ever had a bad experience! Totally recommend them to anyone xx

I bought my dress in here for my July 2015 wedding. The staff were brilliant and made me feel so comfortable. Lesley helped me pick out some gorgeous dresses, and I finally found the perfect one after searching forever! They even steamed my dress for me 2 days before the big day. thank you so much for helping me find my perfect dress. Highly recommended, great value for money and lovely staff. :D

Lesley and Steph were a huge help when picking out my dress, myself and mum only pop down to have a browse in the store to start to get a feel of what I wanted to wear on my big day. Lesley was super patient with me while I tried on a load dresses helped me while I was getting hot flushes when I got overwhelmed. During this time I was super excited to say I found my dress. Lesley help us order in the dress and recommend a seamstress to alter it when it arrived. I was Lucky enough to shop there again when looking for my bridal accessories I was lucky enough to find the most beautiful two tier laced trimmed veil, steph helped me talk through hair styles and try on different headpieces but nothing seem perfect. So they sat me down with their suppliers catalogs I saw one that look like how I imagined and they place an order for me with no obligation to purchase it once it can into the store. However it was perfect! I had the joy of having Lesley join me on the morning of the wedding to put me in the dress, she helped me massively over my 18month journey from saying yes to the dress to my wedding morning! My now wife and I wanted to leave a joint review for this bridal shop. We got married just over two weeks ago and want to recommend this shop for every bride! From the bride... I love this bridal shop, and I'm so pleased I made the trip to Hythe because I ended up finding my wedding dress! This was the fourth or fifth shop I'd been to and was by far my favourite. The ladies in the shop are really helpful, friendly, genuine and welcoming, and were kind enough to send their best wishes on our wedding day. I'd passed over my wedding dress when I looked through the rail of dresses and tried it on based on their recommendation. I narrowed it down to two finalists and Lesley gave me some good advice, saying she preferred the dress I ended up going for. When you've tried on what feels like 100s of dresses, its so helpful to have someone experienced in finding what suits you! This shop is full of gorgeous dresses at reasonable prices, where two lovely ladies help you pick out the perfect dress for you. I loved this shop so much I recommended it to a friend of mine, who ended up buying her wedding dress here too! From the groom... while I never visited the shop, my wife was bubbling with excitement when she got home from her successful trip. Definitely the happiest she came home from wedding dress hunting! When I turned round and saw my wife in the church I was blown away. It was an exquisite dress (and reasonably priced too).

A stunning wedding boutique and Steph and Lesley are so lovely and helpful and will do all they can to help you find your perfect dress,they stock so many gorgeous dresses and styles more choices than we had seen anywhere else. I had such a beautiful experience with my daughter I can.t thank them enough for making it so special.You really do not have anything to lose when searching for your wedding dress here and everything to gain!

Having seen what I thought was the dress of my dreams with Robin from something old something new bridal boutique at a wedding fair I was fairly confident that it was the one. Visiting the lovely Steph a little while after at the shop at Hythe and trying on ‘THE’ dress how wrong I was!!!! Steph immediately reassured me that we would find the perfect dress and trying on numerous gorgeous gowns of course it was the last one the was THE ONE! Being everything I thought I didn’t want but truly perfect Steph caught my style,shape and taste to a tee and I couldn’t be happier. We celebrated with a glass of bubbles which was a wonderful experience to top of the day. Even collecting my dress with Lesley was superb. The attention to detail, politeness and reassuring nature of all the lovely ladies made me feel fantastic. Everyone complimented me on my dress at the wedding and I couldn’t of asked for more. As soon as I walked in to the shop I was thrilled to see so many dresses that caught my eye, that hadn't happened in any other bridal shop I had visited. I wasn't sure what dress I wanted initially, but I knew that I would be getting it from there regardless... there were a few dresses that I really liked! I grabbed a few I liked, Lesley and Steph grabbed a few they thought might be good for me, and I tried them all on. No rushing me and no strict rules when trying on dresses - I had their full attention and it was great! They were so helpful! Got me a few accessories to try too, which helped get the 'whole look'. I eventually chose a dress that had initially not really been, in my eyes, what I wanted, but it was pretty unanimous this dress was the one! I went back for a second visit before putting my order in, and on this visit my initial thoughts were reconfirmed. The dress arrived a couple of month later, and though there were a few problems with the dress (not SOSN's fault may I add!), Lesley and Steph did all they could to sort the issues, and calm my worries - they were not going to let me leave unhappy or anxious.... everything was going to be perfect! And let me tell you it was!!!! The 'perfect' dress came in a few weeks later (they spoke to the dress designer directly to get my dress prioritised), and I took it away with a smile on my face! They then pointed me in the direction of a fabulous seamstress, who altered my dress to perfection. It fitted perfectly - the length and shape were just spot on. I would and will recommend this shop to anyone I know getting married. I was so happy with my experience from start to finish, all in the knowledge I wasn't being charged an extortionate amount for a beautiful dress - so many other places I visited had hiked up prices and poor customer service. SOSN made my wedding dress experience the best one... this shows from the permanent beaming smile on my face on our wedding day!.... Go here, find your perfect dress, and enjoy your wedding day (looking beautiful!). It was the best day of my life :-).... and getting the dress right was a masssssssive part of this :-) Go Lesley and Steph!!!! :) xxxx
