O. C.Fantastic venue - the staff are so professional, attentive & very responsive. I initially booked the hall back in May 2022 for my birthday party for the end of the year. Every detail was sorted in advance, very answer was met & whenever I needed recommendations, the guys got straight back to me! Lovely & clean, well lit etc! Thank you very much! Highly recommend for any occasion.
a. b.Went for the annual Allotment Society show. Always good, lots of excellent produce, photos and other crafts. Plus a slice of cake and a cuo of tea.

O.I booked this venue for my wedding/birthday. I wanted to snow for 15 minutes when my guests entered. The event manager was there the first time I mentioned it, way before the wedding. From her body language, I could see she didn’t like the idea but she never said anything about it. Arrangements were made for a snow machine to be installed on the day and a rug to hold the snow that came down so it wouldn’t be a Harzard. I got to the venue for my reception and I was told it wasn’t installed because the manager won’t let them install it as well as my smoke machine. My events planner confirmed this. When I spoke to the manager she claimed it was because the guy installing the machine said it was going to stain the walls. Mind you this was just clean water and the direction it was set to wasn’t even going to come near the walls. Carrie lied that it was the snow machine guy who didn’t advice it and put the whole blame on him. Mind you I had gone through all the security questions with the guy also shown him a picture of the hall and where it was supposed to be installed. Why would he have wasted his time to come down if he was concerned about the snow staining everywhere. Everyone uses smoke machines at their weddings or parties. She didn’t let them install that too. What was even worse than my disappointment was the guy refused to refund any part of my money because he showed up and wasn’t allowed to deliver any service. The only thing that made up for the wedding was the bar staff who were kind and very helpful on the day except they threw away my fancy cups that I planned to reuse without asking. It was a huge nightmare for me after spending almost £1800 at the venue . The two stars I have given were for the bar staff. I have left an extra star for the venue itself because it’s quite spacious and £600 lets you rent all the halls and a kitchen. I really hope they’re able to communicate better with their customers next time rather than leaving it till it’s too late.

S. L.In last week I joined dance lessons or maybe I should say class. And it's like a 2 in1 because you can learn how to dance and lose weight. I think it's more about losing weight. Its available for women and men at any age. I really enjoyed this 45 minutes hard work 🙂🤪. Lovely atmosphere with friendly people.
