There was a deal on at the time for two days for the price of one but even without the deal I was shocked at how brilliant the prices are! It didn’t take long at all for the castle to be set up and was given loads of advise. Absolute pleasure to deal with and will definitely be a returning customer. My son had an amazing birthday, the bouncy castle was the absolute highlight of it. Thank you so much!

The bouncy castle was excellent, brilliant/convenient set up and pack down (our garden access wasn’t the easiest - sorry Pete!) and communication before and after was excellent. Pete was very accommodating to our new date and let us rearrange. When he arrived to inflate the castle he was very professional and friendly. We hired the castle for a Saturday but, he dropped it off on the Thursday before for no extra cost. The kids really enjoyed it. T.Brilliant service with Pete from kangaroo castles. We had a last minute decision to have a bouncy castle, and it was well worth if. The website was easy to navigate, availability calendar made things so much easier to see which bouncy castles were available on the day, which meant no waiting around back and forth for email responses for availability. Booking with quick and simple, and communication was great for when the bouncy castle would be delivered.

First party was a hot tub he arrived on time and wasted no time deploying the tub it was clean and the instructions on how to use it were thorough.
The second time was this year for an indoor hire and we opted for the 2 piece inflatable again arrived on time to ensure the castle was up before the children arrived.
The course was clean and in great condition and anchored with sandbags if anything excessively to ensure there was movement
Overall very professional company, very polite and well organised staff and very competitive in terms of price especially for hiring such immaculate equipment I will continue to use again and again.

Pete would give us all the equipment and information we needed, explain and send us a video on how to maintain the hot tub.
We had extra two days on the hot tub from Pete as one we wanted to hire went into repair.
The collection was on time and left our garden clean and tidy.
