A friend recently invited us to their wedding, this was where the reception was held. A stunningly beautiful setting with all the necessary amenities for a successful day, and the locally produced fizz was lovely too.

Held our wedding reception here in 2015. Was perfect in every way. Food was amazing, surroundings relaxed and the drink flowed well! Felt looked after by Ally and her husband from moment we met them-nothing was too much bother for them.

My brother got married at Highdown vineyard and the venue and service was great. I know all the other guests really enjoyed the wedding day even though it was a little cold outside at the time the marque was warm and the inside space was great for the evening guests and disco.

Sorry, i don't know how the review response was added (2 months ago). I was checking out your website at the time as my company had booked the venue for our Christmas party. The Christmas party itself was very enjoyable, well organised and the food and wine of a high quality. I have amended the rating accordingly.

Superb setting for a wedding or large celebration or gathering. Plenty of space and comfort. Only slight moans are rip off bar prices and poor parking for large attendances. Definitely a venue to consider.

Tough entry on a main road (comes out of nowhere) but has a lovely, and fairly quiet considering the proximity to the road, vineyard and parky area where games can be played. Was here for a wedding - enough space for at least 100 without getting tight, with a separate bar and entrance area. Wine selection is small (no red from the vineyard) but they have nice substitutes.

We just had our engagement party here and it was perfect. The location and the setting is lovely. Paul and the bar team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.

Ad hoc visit and staff were preparing for a wedding yet the (presumably) manager was wonderful and a still took the time to explain he couldn't speak for a long time with us but showed us the window especially available. Bought some and it's well worth the price. Thanks

A really great place to hold a function the room is the right side for all has a bar serving tea, coffee and alcohol and if you enjoy a odd bottle of wine your in the place made on the estate great stuff

Just looked at review which seems unfair. I visit often and the staff are very friendly and drinks seem fairly priced. Great freshly cooked food and a wonderful location.
