C. D.We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Hospitium on 26th May 2018. It was THE perfect venue and setting. From the very first informal discussions with the wedding coordinators through to the big day, we were impressed with their friendly and professional approach. The day itself ran seamlessly, the food and service from Bradshaws were exquisite and we enjoyed every single minute with not a hint of stress throughout. The Museum Gardens provided a stunning backdrop to proceedings and photographs. I would highly, highly recommend The Hospitium as a wedding venue. I just wish we could do it all again!

K. G.This mysterious building was one of the abbey's support buildings, its purpose however is not known. It is definitely worth visiting the park where the building stands from the 14th century.
S. B.The grounds for this facility are really really good. They have a lot of land to relax in on a nice day and there always seems to be an ice cream van. The venue itself was very historic looking with stone floors throughout. It has 2 very spacious rooms with a bar on the bottom floor. The bar seems to have a good selection considering how small it is! The food we had was very good but the goat was a bit too fatty for my taste.

The wedding co-ordinators and staff working on the day were great, everything ran very smoothly and all our requests were listened to and dealt with. Such a beautiful venue, lovely rooms inside with a bar area. We had a live band in the evening which worked really well in there, very atmospheric! Lovely to be in the grounds of the Museum Gardens for photos. Very special venue for an intimate and relaxed wedding
