We recently approached CDF Financial to arrange a re-mortgage and life insurance. The service we received from Tom, the managing director and Duncan, the financial adviser was absolutely fantastic. We were offered a wide range of mortgages from all of the mainstream banks/building societies and in the end chose the Halifax with an unbelievably low interest rate for the term of the mortgage. Similarly, with the life insurance, we were given a great range of quotes from all the main insurers and again at really great premiums. Another great service provided by CDF Financial is their offer of a free will writing service for all clients. Writing our wills had been something that we had been talking about for years and never took any action on. We took this offer up and can assure everybody that it is free and totally professional. After completing your will there is a completely no obligation option to pay a small annual fee of £14.00 that allows you to amend your will as often as you wish and the company also store your documents for you, if required. We are so glad we used this service and for the peace of mind that it provides. CDF Financial are an extremely professional company who gave us fantastic advice and procured our mortgage and insurance at the best prices available to suit our needs. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for financial services. We send Tom and his team our sincerest thanks and wish them every success for the future.

Damien was friendly and professional in discussing life policy options with me. When I decided that I needed alternative options to what I had originally thought, nothing was too much trouble. My husband & I bought a house at the height of the property boom in 2006, with really bad mortgage advice. We were in not only negative equity but also paying interest only mortgage. Tom Cardwell listened to our background, found out our needs & started a plan in process. It took time & a lot of work on his behalf. Halfway through the process we were introduced to his work colleague Lauren Irvine. Lauren was amazing at constantly phoning the Solicitors to chase things up to get the process moving & on track & really important to us the clients, keeping us informed. This was a nervous & worrying time for us but Lauren always the professional kept us reassured & informed. Re the house & building insurance, true to form she came back to me that same day with 3 different options to review, on the ball with such a quick response with all the information in one email.
