I had a number of pensions and needed to access benefits. Richard explained the procees and worked out how much I needed to take by way of tax free cash and income and looked after all the paperwork. The service was brilliant and I was looked after realy well. Even when I received my income, there was too much tax taken from my pension. Richard sent all the paperwork to the Revenue and I received a refund within a few weeks. If you want good honest advice - this is the firm to go to.

As it turned out I needed to use these policies and LV= were at one point being very awkward about paying out (FRIENDS/Aviva on the other hand were very good!!) and Richard was superb in the support he provided in sorting out the very naughty LV= and they ended up doing what they should have done in the first place! Thank you Richard!! He also organised several mortgages for the buy-to-let houses over the last three years and all went through successfully.
