We've been really impressed with the service provided by Yogesh, Priya and Nishma. We first made contact with Yogesh in 2014 and were impressed from the start with his flexibility, honesty and the comprehensive service. He explained everything patiently, never tiring of our endless questions, providing a variety of options and guidance to help us make decisions in our own time. We've recently done a product review and again were really impressed with the thorough service provided by the team at Aegis. On this occasion we've had various complications, but the team has followed up and ensured our best interests were at the centre of all discussions. This has resulted in our premiums being lower than the initial premiums quoted by the provider. They continued to provide support with further issues that arose post policy purchase.
