G. T.Philip Kelly at Capricorn was brilliant in helping us get a great rate on our new mortgage. As a small company owner with variable income, it is immensely assuring to have a mortgage advisor who I know will go in to bat for me. In our case, there was a possibly of a month delay with the re-mortgage due to the legal company appointed by the mortgage provider being swamped and understaffed. In Philip's mind any delay was not an option and he applied the necessary pressure to avoid several hundred £ of unnecessary interest payments.
I'll be using Capricorn for our next re-mortgage (we also used them for our mortgage initially), in additional to life insurance etc.

Their service has been incredibly proactive, responsive and helpful from both Tony and his colleague Patricia. I have further recommended them to my sister and a close friend who have both also had excellent experiences.
G. R.Just a fantastic service from Capricorn financial. I have used them for my mortgage arrangements. Simon (who has now left) acted very quickly on my behalf to arrange a mortgage in principle as I needed to show the seller I was able to buy as another offer fell through.
We were so impressed with his service, my sister used him for her remortgage as the company she used previously were very rude once the contract had been signed.
