Cleona is amazing, she is a great listener and is particularly skilful in being able to explain financial concepts in a simple understandable way. I am able to talk to her freely about my financial worries for the future. Recently, I have approached her for advice, I have a daughter with additional needs and was concerned about how she will be able to receive an inheritance without her having to navigate complex situations. Cleona has listened to my thoughts, explained the pros and cons of possible options and gave her reasons behind what might be most suitable for our family given our situation.
