I moved to F9 from another accountants and they've been great. Extremely responsive, no issue to big or small, always at the end of the phone. I'd highly recommend. All of the staff at F9 have been fantastic but a special shout out to Jamie and Dan! Jamie is always at the end of the phone and always more than happy to help, in the rare event he doesn't know the answer to a question he immediately tracks it down from someone who does. Dan has built a brilliant business at F9 with a great team and despite the well deserved success of the business still makes you feel as though you're his only client. I throughly recommend F9!

I've been with F9 for over 2 years now and i'm really glad that I chose them. They came highly recommended by a friend that said they had made contracting 'easy' for him. My experience has been great - Anthony, the accountant handling my company, is always patient and takes the time to make sure that I understand all the details as well as having a brilliant understanding of the the tax system and being able to answer all of my queries off the top of his head. Lola has handled all the paperwork and given me clear instructions whenever there is administration needed on my part and Jamie has helped me with all of the little details, from helping me classify expenses in the online accounting software to reconciling my accounts - the accounting software was provided through f9 and i'm so glad they suggested it everyone should use online accounting software. I could not recommend f9 highly enough they have really made everything easy for me.

Having previously been with a large accounting firm, I always found them expensive and not entirely flexible. Not so with F9. I can't articulate just how convenient it is and how supported it feels to simply fire off an email and have it answered without being charged for it. To have the phone answered if you need a little more reassurance. It's also nice to know that the very people helping you have been in the exact same situation (contractors) so can offer you the best advice and have the experience to get you the best result possible. Dan is an upfront, approachable and direct consultant/accountant/agent. This is something I highly rate and very much a scarcity these days. I consider it real advise and not just a portal that many other so called 'accounting firms' offer. They are able to advise on the latest policy changes, to explain the implications of each of your action at the end of the Tax year and even more important, there are reliable and will make sure that everything will be submitted to HMRC on time.
