I have completed my SIA Door Supervisor at itsprotraining and in this I have learnt many skills such as the emergency first aid course, the different types of holds (v, safe, secure and single person support hold), the correct way to deal with customers and difficult situations with the right strategies for each, the correct way of communicating with customers with both non verbal and verbal. We also completed the physical intervention practise which is an extremely useful set of skills. And we have completed this course within 6 enjoyable days. Overall, the trainers here have great teaching skills, they have a great team here 👍

This was a great venue great place to train. And very professional teaching staff. I did my first aid course, different types of holds ie V-safe, secure, and single person support hold. The right way to deal with difficult situation and customers. Also the right way of communicating with customers i.e verbal and non-verbal as well as physical intervention practise which are good skills to have in a security industry when dealing with non- compliant customers. And the course was only 6 day. A big thumb's up to a great team of professional tutors.

Teaching was very good, place was very good, training spoke clearly and repeated information, Physical Intervention was amazing I liked the non aggressive stance, conducting a search properly and asking permission and also self search if it is a female. I like the part of how to deal with someone intoxicated or on substance misuse and I can tell this now by the signs like sweating and red eyes. Thank you everyone.

I like the training because it teach me how to communicate with customers and make them feel safe and happy. I have just completed 6 days with its pro training. The team there are very patient and professional. I throughly enjoyed the first aid training and the physical intervention training. I had a lot of fun and learned so much within these last 6 days. V has done a brilliant job, learning with him he’s been effective and efficient. The training involved: • first aid • conflict management • physical intervention • working as a door supervisor • queue management • cctv Learning that you have a duty of care for the customers and legislations was so important as I was very unaware of the majority of them. I would like to end this review by thanking all the trainers and the entire team for their services. It’s been a pleasure. Maybe they’ll see me soon for CCTV operations :)

I’ve recently completed 6 days of SIA training at ITSprotraining and I feel it was very beneficial not only for a potential career in the security industry, but in everyday life. We went through several topics including; Conflict management, Physical intervention and what is required as a Door Supervisor as well as completing a level 3 first aid course. The part that was most beneficial to me was learning different techniques that may be used to de escalate conflict, protect yourself against physical harm and to restrain someone if they are a danger to me, others or themselves. Examples of these techniques are; The single person secure hold, the V hold, the safe hold and the secure hold. All in all, this was a great experience and I’ll recommend ITS pro training to who wants to get an SIA

I like the learning for the door supervisor training, The phonetic alphabet was very good to learn, I like the technique for using verbal and non verbal communication, if someone attacks me I can protect my self with low pain techniques. The first was so good because I learned CPR 30 compressions. Excellent course. Please come to this center for training.

Some of the highlights for me where the non restricted prompts, safe secure holds if reasonable forced was needed to be used, always remember to make clear notes for myself, and the first aid was also excellent in the sense I am able to provide basic help in an emergency. Amazing 2 days course which prepares you fully for the actual topigraphical test. I learned how to use the A to Z map accurately, without getting lost. How to identify all Postcodes, Areas, motorways,etc. Also, this ITS Pro Training Centre have a online computer route planning system identical to TFL which helps a lots. If I have done my training here in the first instance first, I would have passed my test first time. Thank you to the team and the centre, anyone wants to succeed come and train at this centre.

Extremely helpful. Trainer have lot of experience in the field which he shares with us and train us with new techniques. Initially seems long and boring, cause for 4 days and also long hours, but once started you won’t know until trainer lets you off for break or the day ends. Loved the training and way it was delivered, a bit long day but it’s needs to be done 4 days training 9-6 pm. But have lovely atmosphere, have nice seating area and have hot beverages. ITS Training have a lovely team of managers, very kind and helpful, however the course is hard and the so are the 4 days but I loved it because I learnt so much about the DS that I never knew, they have a really nice rest area with tea and coffee, toilets are very clean for men and women, they gave us books to read, the trainer used power point and flip chart to teach us, I like that fact that most of the forms I did online including COVID questionnaire. The person in charge to the exam was strict and asked everyone to put there phones in the lockers which is very good so we can concentrate on the exams. Teaching us to know the importance of safe guarding and what it means to be a top notch security officer.
