This company gave me back my life, they were so helpful. I made my final payment in January 2020 and received my certificate in March 2020. I never missed a payment and provided all evidence that was requested. I am now debt free and able to get on with my life. Without the help I received I don't know where I would be

From the very first phone call all of the staff at Freeman Jones have been excellent with how they kept me updated on my application, handled my personal information and spoke through the whole IVA process with me, ensuring that I had the opportunity to have several different ways of meeting with staff, over the telephone meeting or face to face. They ensured that I understood what was happening at every point in the application journey. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and professional and it was so quick to get my IVA in place. Thank you to the staff that helped me and I look forward to continuing to work with this company throughout the term of my IVA.

The aim of Freeman Jones and staff is to help as many people as possible get debt free. Always remember that your agreed IVA is separate to your IVA company. The role of the company is to assist you comply with your agreement to get you debt free and make your life better. Make sure when entering an IVA to read all terms and conditions so you are fully prepared. Any questions, just contact Freeman Jones. 4 important issues to always remember.. 1. Make your payments 2. Update your circumstances annually 3. Send your IVA every piece of proof of income during your arrangement. 4. If you own a property, equity will be assessed in the final year and if above 5k is available and you cannot remortgage (which is likely) you are required to extend your arrangement by a further 12 months Main issues always relate to people not doing the above or doing it all at the very end leading to your IVA company having to review things in the final year, meaning you may then have arrears that you have to pay to finish successfully. Remember, it is Your responsibility to keep your IVA company up to date, not just verbally but physically sending in changes (improvements/reductions) to prove what you have said. Always keep your IVA company up to date, that way it will work for you and payment will ALWAYS be affordable. Good luck.

I am a Harrington Brooks customer and so far I have not encountered any problems with Freeman Jones, and I hope this continues until my IVA is up in June 2020. I have mostly got through on the phone and if I haven't I used the ring back feature, and always got a call back by friendly helpful staff. I recently did my review and when I received the letter informing me of my new payments, which had gone up by £40 pm, I rang them to inform them I could not afford that and it was sorted there and then, and reduced to an amount I could afford However, after reading some of these reviews I am getting a little worried now that there is going to be more money therefore more time added to my IVA. I have always worked with them and sent everything they asked for ie wage slips, bank statements etc and informed of any changes. UPDATE I finished my IVA with Freeman Jones this year May 2020. I got my Completion Certificate about 6 weeks later. Rang them cos I had some questions, and they were fantastic. Brilliant company, can't fault them The IVA was the best thing I did. I didn't know where to turn,I was juggling debts for years,after being told by a friend I contacted Freeman Jones and as soon as that initial phonecall was over I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted. It was difficult in the beginning but once we got used to the payment arrangement and the debt letters stopped coming through the post it was definitely worth it .It took five years but my IVA ended in 2018 and it was the best thing I did,I am now debt free and living comfortably within my means.

Freeman jones have been very helpful in regards to settling my IVA. i closed my case early after receiving a cash gift. All took quite a while to get sorted id say has taken nearlly 3 months to get sorted. But overall good service. The issue i have now is that they are saying it will take 6 months to receive my completion certificates. I thought when i paid everything early i would be able to move on with my life but unfortunately looks like i will still be worrying for another 6 months. This is why i have given 3 stars. If my completion certificates were issued straight away then i would happily give 5 stars. Im just disappointed in the time scales.

I can say nothing but positive things about Freeman Jones. From being to end they were supportive and helpful through the creation of my IVA. I was struggling with debt and though I openly admit it was all my fault I was never made to feel shame and was shown the light at the end of the tunnel. If you are struggling with debt and need help I would recommend speaking to them. Don't suffer in silence and go speak to Freeman Jones they can help.

Amazing service, I would 100% recommend, anybody that is in debt, Stop procrastinating and go do something about it, like I did! I stuck my head in the sand for well over 7 years, couldn’t sleep at night, too worried to open the front door and putting the post somewhere I couldn’t see it! I am now in an IVA and wished I had done it years ago, I have no nasty letters, not worried to answer the door and now for the first time in 7 years I can sleep at night and the nightmares have gone! It felt like the whole weight of the world was on my shoulders but now I can walk around with my head held high, what a relief! Freeman Jones takes away all the stress, from the start until the IVA was up and running it took around 2 months, they really do, do all the hard work, just trust in the and let them take on the stress and worry, it’s so simple- SO GET UP AND RING THEM, it’s the first step in the right direction!

I'm with this lot , sent across from Harrington brooks, I'm sure they are now wanting my IVA to fail because they have had their money , now theu need to pay my creditor's . I've got proof of every single thing I've sent to them / Harrington brooks so no way will they send me bankrupt!!! Be very careful cover every single aspect of your Iva and send all communication via recorded delivery. Update ... Freeman jones have now updated the records they were sent across from Harrington brooks. Very helpful I must say .

My experience, from start to finish, with Freeman Jones has been impeccable and no faults can be made at any point! Everything was throughly explained and if i felt that I needed to ask any questions or didn't understand something they would go through it again! If at any stage i thought of anything, i could ring or use the WhatsApp facility and I always got a reply within a short space of time!
