I attended a training session with Edd on Friday. It was very informative and helpful and gave me a lot to think about and gave me lots of ideas of how we can improve different aspects of our customer service and improving the patient journey. Attended a communication training session today. Unfortunately due to my son being unwell I had to attend via zoom instead of inpractice.
