John Fisher was already a legend in my team before I met him professionally via the Association of Business Psychologists. John is not only an accomplished professional, he embodies an authenticity and integrity of character that touches your heart. Recognising a wonderful opportunity to disseminate his Fisher Change Model to a global audience, REA Partners-in-Transition invited John to present a coach development session, which he did in June 2021. John shared the Fisher Personal Change Curve, engaging and motivating a global team of certified coaches. We explored how the curve fits the world of global mobility as a "relocation tool", for a client base of new arrivals adjusting to personal, social, and cultural challenges as part of their international move.
The feedback has been outstanding, and has led to thought-provoking discussions between coaches and clients. We are immensely grateful to John and have no hesitation in recommending him and C2D.

I have worked with John M Fisher on a few occasions now and he always delivers a perfect pitched talk. Today he spoke to my Team Leader Apprentices' about the impact of the Change Curve model and answered their questions on how to manage change effectively as a Team Leader, to get buy in from the team and results for the business.
John spent time explaining how the model came into play, how it is used and gave depth to the models purpose and place in their role as a future leader.
John answered their questions on the model itself, change overall and helped them to challenge those people on their teams who sit in the more critical steps of the curve and gave them sound support on Imposter Syndrome too.
John is a natural Coach, so each question was answered but also came from a place of helping them to see the answers, rather then just delivering the response. He gave them the time to digest and understand and time, detail and knowledge were not limited.
We are thankful for his time today and I know this is going to really support them in their EPA and apprenticeship program.
Thanks

John undertook some training and coaching for my company as well as some coaching on a personal level.
Coaching sessions with John are challenging; in a brilliant way! He asks thought-provoking, sometimes uncomfortable questions, that really allow you to grow and step out of your comfort zone. He leaves you with the tools you need to move forward, take control of difficult situations and see things from an alternative perspective.
With regards to training, John provided employability training to a number of candidates on our pilot digital bootcamp, DEEPer. Not only has John delivered added value to our candidates by delivering the brief, but he has gone above and beyond to be flexible, change delivery where needed and work with the team to get the best outcome for all candidates. John’s training style is no-nonsense yet approachable and friendly, which as a result engages each and every candidate and produces real, tangible outcomes.
Thank you, John!

John, thanks again for the words of encouragement. I shall miss your sessions! It has been a blessing for me to be in the same 'room' with a fountain of knowledge. Thank you. :)

The sessions provided provide an amazing space and time for me to reflect and analyse myself and realise new ways to improve and steps to begin working towards this. Very beneficial if looking to really make steps towards improving and looking to the future.
