My wife and I required a remortgage incorporating our help to buy loan. We didn’t know where to begin and spent hours and days scrolling through Google looking for new rates etc. fortunately we were recommended to contact Kerry at Mather & Murray’s to help us- and we are so glad we did. Kerry is extremely professional and supportive. We found the perfect product, at a very competitive rate. We would highly recommend Kerry for anybody looking for mortgage advice or insurance. We will never look elsewhere in the future. The service Kerry gave us was 5*. He really did go above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we required in our mortgage and insurance policies.

My wife and I needed to remortgage, our existing lender was not interested because of my age. Mather & Murray put us in touch with Martin as a specialist in the mortgage market for older borrowers. Martin went through our current situation and discussed at length what our requirements where in both the short term and in the future. I was impressed with Martins knowledge of this specialist end of the market and the products that were on offer which I would never have found. After a lot of work and perseverance by Martin we completed on a new deal which fitted our requirements and also at an excellent rate. I had so much help from Sue for weeks before as I had privately advertised my property Sue contacted me but wasn't pushy just helped me along the way even before I decided to trust them in letting my property through them and having them as my management company. I had some great advice over the weeks even when I thought I had a tenant and lost them the day before I picked up the keys. Sue met me at the property gave me very good ideas and advice and managed to get me a new tenant in within a couple of weeks.
