Absolutely brilliant customer service , called at 9.45 am to have a special bouquet ordered for my granddaughter ( before 11am same day ) Gemma amazing , said no problem , and boy did she deliver . AMAZING flowers for an 11 year old and ready on time , I absolutely LOVE when people say they will do job and they do , 100% recommended. This is my go to florist . PS I live in Spain and decided at last minute to order . Thanks a million Gemma 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Charming, helpful staff able to assist me in choosing a bouquet. Both (young) ladies were extremely pleasant, offering insight and inspiration and some interesting local historical knowledge. Such a delightful experience in a bijou shop, fast yet unhurried, friendly and fun . . . will be my florist of choice. Update: I have now visited this florist several times and always come away with a beautiful bouquet, chosen with the assistance of the ever-friendly and gracious staff. Even when very busy, they are the best! The take-away bouquets come in elegant but sturdy boxes with long cord carrying handles. A very useful thought.

I wish I remembered the name of the lady I spoke with this Saturday gone, 7th Mar. She should be praised highly! I wanted to send an uplifting and colourful bouquet to my friend who was working hard over the weekend, doing 3 different jobs! The best time to review a business is when things go wrong and they pull out all the stops to help you. On Valentines day i had been let down badly by Interflora and Victoria came to the rescue. Not only did she sort out more Roses but she gave me them free because of the let down as well as refunding my money for the Interflora disgrace, all on Valentines day and it was also a Sunday during lockdown. I have been going to Victoria for years and this will make me keeping going to her even more. I honestly can't thank her enough and wish i could give 10 stars.

This truely is a specialist florist shop. The flowers they stock are different and their arrangements are stunning. The girls are lovely and friendly which is a bonus when you don't quite know what you're looking for. They are always ready to give advice without being pushy and you will come away with something different and special. Well worth a visit.
