I needed to find a florist who would understand and arrange what I needed firstly for my Grandad's and then (not long after) my Nan's funerals. I always try to buy from smaller and independant businesses when I can and was pleased to find Hannah online locally. She was kind, always returned my calls/messages and did what I requested for the flowers, using her own interpretation where needed, which resulted in some lovely arrangements that I know my grandparents would have really appreciated. Her flowers were also reasonably priced compared to a lot of other florists but she was still able to maintain the same quality and professionalism as some of the bigger florists out there. Thank you Hannah for all of your hard work!

Wow wow wow!! Hannah was an absolute angel - so helpful and friendly and she completely understood the “look” I wanted to achieve for my mums bouquet…I was ordering from across the country so had to put all my trust in her judgement and was absolutely thrilled with the result! My mum LOVED her bouquet and so did I! Creative and astute Hannah will whip up a beautiful creation and you will not be disappointed! Totally recommend! :)

I ordered flowers for my auntie after the sad passing of her husband. The website was very easy to order from. The hardest part was choosing which flowers to have as there were so many lovely arrangements. Hannah even called me to see if she could help. Would recommend using Branchies Bunches for delivery in South Birmingham as opposed to any online company. The personal service from Hannah was excellent, and everything she promised was fulfilled. Most importantly, the feedback from the recipient was overwhelming with the quality and quantity of the flowers exceeding all expectations. I live in Essex and my family are in Birmingham. I found Hannah via a google search and called her to arrange and deliver flowers for my mum’s birthday the next day. I told Hannah my vision of what I wanted and she not only delivered that vision, but made it so beautiful and perfect. My mum was over the moon. Hannah kept in touch with me for the extra touches that I wanted, and delivered at the time we agreed. Ordered a bouquet for my elderly nan & trusted Hannah at Branches Bunches, to choose the colours & style to suit. She went above & beyond my expectations and they turned out beautifully! Something I'd never thought of, Hannah arranged them in a box with water so nan could display them straight away without the hassle of cutting any flowers and distributing them into vases, like a normal bouquet. Very thoughtful!....Nan was over the moon!...My mum and dad have their 50th wedding anniversary in 2wks time and I have already pre-ordered flowers for the celebration
