Ordered bouquet & balloons for my client on 1st January 2022... Really very beautiful flowers , but they charged too much extra money for delivery, online they show £2.99 delivery charges but on shop they charged £7.99 for delivery & delivery was within 1 &1/2 miles from there shop☹ (Coventry road) I booked my pakage £50 for just flower standing base bouquet & 5 balloons.. Anyway recommended for collection only point of view...

My first place to always go when it comes to baloons and gifts. They never fail to please😍 Every week im always in store, they do beautiful things for all occasions. Their flowers, especially the roses are packed to perfection, adding glitter to flowers as their final touch, exceptional💞❤

I want to say thank you to all at Ever So Special, my uncle passed away a day before Eid suddenley it was very distressing and the whole family were in shock. I made the call to Ever so Special on Eid day and explained what happened and might need the flowers urgently. Safina from the shop was so nice and very understanding even though i disturbed her on eid day. The flowers were ready for me on the day i wanted after me changing the day several times, and safina was so understanding and symphatetic. The flowers were collected and they were so beautiful and fresh..the comments from attendees at the funeral about the flowers were lovely and beautiful. So thank you all at ever so special for your support and last minute preparations for me, you were amazing x A very satisfied customer

I needed a hamper done for my friends wedding present. I rang the shop desperately in need, the lady I spoke to was really lovely and welcoming. Even though they were closing she said she would wait and do my hamper for me. When I arrived I was greeted and the hamper was done nicely and efficiently. The service really fits the name well, I felt ever so special, definitely the place to go for a great service and quality 👍
