Done some flowers for my mums funeral and I was very impressed with what I got. They were so beautiful. The staff was so helpful. Definitely use them again for any occasion. I would like to thank them for all there help they gave me on what flowers to have. I recommend them to everyone.

The flowers I ordered as a wreath were absolutely beautiful. Exactly as asked for. If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I was guided through the flowers, names given to each one picked so I knew what they were and it was outstanding. Everyone commented on how stunning it was and asked where they were from. Wanted floral tribute for a cricket fan which was only one week before the funeral. Spoke with Jayne who was very helpful and accommodating. Such a wonderful service from Jayne and Mandy. I had approached a few florists to get a funeral spray for a relative's funeral - many who did not respond or did not explain the process clearly as I have never sent funeral flowers before. However, Jayne and Mandy came back to me very quickly and the whole order was sorted within one day which relieved a lot of stress at a sad time. They have provided me with a photograph of the flowers (which are beautiful!!) and have arranged to deliver them to the funeral home in time for the funeral tomorrow. Their prices are very fair - perhaps a little too fair!! I just cannot thank you both enough - highly recommended!!

Wedding Flowers Jayne organised our wedding flowers for us. We weren’t too sure on what we wanted, but let Jayne know our colour scheme and took it from there, taking all the stress from us. The morning of the Wedding the flowers were all delivered on time and looked Amazing!! We were both so happy and can’t thank Jayne and her team enough. Sadly, I lost my beautiful Mum recently. With a floral arrangement in mind I went to The Flower cellar where I was greeted by two lovely ladies Jayne and Mandy. Fantastic flowers and amazing customer service. Recently my dad died and they did the spray for his coffin, it was brilliant and still have some of the flowers taken from it in the house as they have lasted over a week. Staff were so kind too so it's not just the lovely flowers at good prices that make the place so great.

I would VERY highly recommend Flower Cellar for their excellent customer service in helping to create a wonderful bouquet for my good friends 40th Birthday. I am quite picky when it comes to flowers and can say that the lady J (won’t mention full name for privacy) did a fabulous job. She created a stunning bouquet with the Wow factor! I saw and photo with a very happy smiling friend and they look really beautiful, and the attention to detail in the wrapping and packaging really showed them off to their full beauty. The lady created them for me at short notice and also delivered them when I asked which was very kind of her. If you are thinking of a florist in Coventry, do not hesitate to call them and look at their website also, but whatever your needs are whether for a special birthday or a cheer up or for a more sad occasion I can tell you for sure that you will be very well taken care of and be very pleased with what she creates. Recently needed some flowers. They were to show someone we were thinking of her whilst she dealt with devastating loss. Personally I think lillies are too funereal so asked if possible to have none. Also I wanted all pink flowers 💐. The gentleman showed me some different flowers, the names i can't remember which he said he could order in for the morning to be made up. They looked great! The friend photographed them and they were absolutely STUNNING! Thank you so much.

Very pleased with the flowers provided and such good value, I highly recommend this company. They care. I send some flowers to a friend on a cold day who was not in when they tried to deliver. The lady called me to say that as it was such a cold day she did not wish to leave the flowers outside so would redeliver them on her way home at no extra cost!
