Everytime I have ordered from Isabel, I have been left so pleased- gorgeous quality flowers every time. I recently ordered a bouquet for my sister & I asked Isabel to do something similar to a bouquet I had received before as it was just gorgeous. This time round, I got all the flowers I loved from last time plus some beautiful autumnal flowers that I had never seen before. Arranged so beautifully & full of different textures & colour- I felt chuffed with what I had received for my money. They made my sisters day :)

Fantastic customer service and absolutely beautiful flowers. I don't often order bouquets to be delivered but in my opinion the bouquet Isabel prepared and delivered was far superior in cost and quality to similar bouquets in offer from big online companies. All communication completed through messaging out of office hours which suited me perfectly. Ordered at 7pm and delivered at 10am three next morning!
