A. O.I recently had to order a sympathy flower arrangement to be delivered in London. I placed the order by phone and found it difficult to relay the written message as I got very emotional. I am happy with this kind of service ,and they do not rob you with over the top delivery charges.The only thing I could put as a negative was,I could not see a flower selection chart or photographs of them.

T.(Translated) My daughter studies in Glasgow and I contacted them by email to ask them to bring her a couple of roses for Sant Jordi's day. They could not be nicer, really, all facilities, they delivered it perfectly, at the scheduled time and also in the message that I sent to put on the card there were three emoticons, since I thought they were going to print it and it was a beautiful surprise see the card with the three hand-drawn emojis. Without a doubt when I can go to Glasgow I will stop by to buy some flowers. Thank you!

Mi hija estudia en Glasgow y les contacté por mail para que le llevaran un par de rosas para el día del Sant Jordi. No pudieron ser más amables, de verdad, todo facilidades, lo entregaron perfectamente, en el horario previsto y además en el mensaje que les envié para poner en la tarjeta había tres emoticonos, ya que pensaba que lo iban a imprimir y fue una preciosa sorpresa ver la tarjeta con los tres emojis dibujados a mano. Sin duda cuando pueda ir a Glasgow me pasaré a comprar unas flores. Muchas gracias!
